Absolutely the second worst McDonald's I've been to. 11pm ... tried to order a number 2 and a hot tea. Hey tried to just give me to Luke warm cheeseburgers and no fries. Then I get fried and they are cold as hell. And the sweat tea came with NO ICE and is warm as cat piss. Employees yelling and screaming inside. Had to wait forever at the drive through and I was the only car. This place was horrible. I will never go back. No wonder this place has one star. Who owns this place? Who manages this place? Where are the area supervisors or quality assurance people for this area? Regional manager? Anything? Fire and rehire with quality workers that will provide a quality service and product. read more

Whoever was working drive thru on October 16, 2015 at 10:20am was the rudest employee I have ever dealt with at a restaurant. After arguing with me in the drive thru intercom bc she would not upsize my M drink to a L when i asked her to. I ended up pulling out of line. So I had to go inside & order (which who took my order did give me a L drink with my order) & I even mentioned it to the worker who took my order about what happened in drive thru. I usually eat there 4-5 times a week at this specific location bc I work across the street, but after this altercation I WILL NOT be back or recommend this location to anyone further more. read more

Drive through takes forever! Most people drive off. There is always coffee grains in my coffee and it is disgusting. Also need to do some cleaning just looks so dirty. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever tried to get a meal... I even had an altercation with one of the kids behind the counter ! He tried to stare me down but I'm way to old school to let that happen ... I may not should have stood up in that setting but young people need to realize they can't just act any kind of way without a consequence ! This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to!! I live in locus grove and hadn't eaten there in months, I really wanted to have lunch there so decided I would give it another try... BIG MISTAKE!!! Visited this location on a Sunday morning and there was trash in the parking lot and the trash bins were overflowing. I felt like I was in the ghetto. Whoever manages this restaurant should consider another career because clearly they don't know how to run this business. read more

Worst McDonald's. Always give us large drinks and bottled water without asking so they can charge more. Didn't get syrup with hotcakes. Fries were undercooked last time I ate there and there was mustard on every napkin. Will not be returning. read more

I live in Locust Grove, I have never had a decent burger here. Always dry burgers, fries cold and NEVER, NEVER, go thru the drive thru! Literally waited 25 minutes for 2 icecream cones, and we were only the 3rd car in line! SMH Go somewhere else. read more

Ok so let me say that being a local here in LG there is not much to offer. My kids LOVE mcdonalds and what kid doesnt. I ABSOLUTLY voided this place like the plague until the new manager came in. I believe his name is Carlos. This place has done a 180. The customer service is great and finally the drive thru is fast. Thanks so much to Carlos and keep up the good work. I've been to McDonald's through Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Georgia... This one in locust Grove is the most horrible one I've ever been to!!! They are slow, rude, and unsanitary!!! My order has been wrong or cold 7 out of 10 times... Say something and they'll have an attitude like you're bothering them... Absolutely horrible! I ordered breakfast and waited for over 20 minutes for it. Then it was time for their menu to change from breakfast to lunch and after requesting my status on my order "somehow my order was lost". So the so called manager told them to make my order and it still took another 10 minutes and they still didn't complete the order after I stood and asked the manager again if they were making my cinnamon roll. The manager was very unprofessional and ignored my requests about if they started my food. After waiting another few minutes I told the manager to refund my money. This veteran-owned and operated restaurant is THE worst Mc Donald's I have ever been to - in the WORLD! The staff was lax, floors dirty, tables are not being cleaned, the bathroom was too nasty and vile to use, the food tasted "stale" and the telephone number for the restaurant (which is on the receipt) is not answered. The employees just let the phone ring or answer it and then hang it up again. I would say: RUN AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. Do not go to this one at all! Franchise owners should take note that this is not the way a Mc Donald's restaurant should be run and people who frequent there, should find another spot to eat. I'm just wondering how long this McDonald's is going to stay in business.
