This place stinks and I've given it a bad reputation. I don't know what they're going for but serving customers while they sit and wait does not make anything better in fact it's worse. They mix up to go and eat in orders and on a wild goose chase looking for a eat in number thats to go and vice versa. Today 11/22/15 I ordered "hot oatmeal" to eat in and waited 20 minutes. Turns out it was to go so no one bothered to check the tables for the number and even after saying sorry they didn't even bother to check if my oatmeal was hot which was not. This place does large volumes of business throughout the day. Morning drive-thru lines can run 6-10 cars deep. It is close to schools and major freeways. So you can see the rush. They try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Food here is standard much like the rest of the chain. read more

This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. First off they have two lanes for ordering, so everyone tries to cut you off so they can get their order first. And when you finally get to the window they ask you to pull to another parking spot to wait for your order. This happens almost every time. I'm avoiding this location from now on. My wait time from when I first get in line to when I finally get my food is usually 10 to 15 minutes, not my kind of fast food. read more

I asked why the cashier didn't say care to mention it was extra for juice, I was told because they don't tell guests it's an upcharge . I come here every now and then for my morning coffee and I usually go inside. Yesterday however I had to return, since there was cream in my coffee, and a lot of it, but I ordered an all black. Upon entering I told the first worker I saw about the problem and she, I believe karina was her name, immediately was willing to replace it for the right one. Everytime I go through the drive thru, my drink is always messed up. I order a Diet Coke, and what I received is a mixture of Diet Coke and Hi C. Very disappointing. I'm giving this McDonald the review it deserved, the staff you have there during the day is horriable they are not fast each time I go there someone is conplaining on the food or service. I live in LA but my best friend lives in Long Beach and even she has said that she don't go there during the day because the service is really bad. Today I decided to swing by there because I hadn't eaten since this morining so I give it the benifit of the dought and decided to go anyway I went through the drive through and ordered a "McChicken w Cheese, pickles & onions a sweet tea & a apple pie" OK the Chicken was cold and no cheese was on it so I turned around and took it back just so that they could try to give me the same chicken sandwich with cold cheese and I even asked the manager "Isn't that the same sandwich" and she said "OH, did you want a nother one" I just looked at her like "What", so then they got me another one which was still cold. I got into my car and as I was on the freeway I tasted my drink which I found out that it wasn't "Sweet Tea" it was "Regular Tea" and my pie was "Old" it was gummy and it wasn't hot either. I am upset at how as Amarican I was treated. I regret suggesting this place. We wanted something fast and it has been a while since I popped into a McD's . I needed to use the restroom before ordering no problem this young guy opened very courteous. As I was washing my hands I heard him say "that is her ." Another girl employee goes in I guess looked in and left. That was a Red Flag what was she suppose to find . I should of just left it got worse. I tried to order with a Hispanic lady manager and asked about the new burgers she looks at me if she does not understand me and directs another employee over to get my order then she redirects me to the entrance order and I told her we are paying cash and directs me to the register where now their are 3 people in front of me. She takes my order one with sesame ,one without both sweet barbecue and mine . The manager called the wrong number telling me it is mine " she missed it by ten numbers not the same number." Give it in a take out bag when we said " dine in". Both new orders got messed up ,but me hubby told me it was ok . Not ok when you cannot eat spicy food or did not care for it. All while bein watched by the guard and I am suppose to have a peaceful meal he waited till we got up and followed us out which our car was parked right in front. I was so upset at the way we were treated by the employees as a Hispanic and as an American Citizen I have never bein treated like this and hope I will never be again it is a disgrace for a Iconic restaurant to treat their customers this way. I went here last night around 10:30pm for a late dinner. Not the best choice, but it was convenient, since I'm local. I purchased the 2 for 2.50 (2 McChickens) and a small fries. I ate one last night, along with the fries. The first sandwich was typical. However, the fries (hot) tasted like they were fried in old grease or refried. I saw the lady in front of me pass her small fries back to the employee, complaining about its hardness. Sure enough, when I pulled it, it was the same. Hard, old and not fresh at all. I REALLY HOPE THEY DID NOT GIVE ME HER LEFTOVERS!!! This morning I ate my other chicken sandwich and both sides of the buns were the "bottom" of the buns. Ya'll make too much money to serve "bottom" buns. It's disappointing. I will never eat there late night again, if this is the kind of service I receive. read more

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this was a horrible experience. I wait in line, order 2 meals and additional items. I get my drinks and sit to wait for my#to be called. Finally i get up to find out why 3 other people got served who ordered after me the kid behind the counter sees me and asks if I'm waiting for an order. He said there are no other orders waiting. I give him my copy of the receipt and they find my order shoved aside under some other bags. They hand me my order and i decide to check it. Of course it is missing fries. When i point it out the kid actually said "well what do you want?" HOW ABOUT ALL THE FOOD I PAID FOR? Remember He read the receipt and it was in his hand! The woman who took my order wouldn't even look at me. Seriously bad service. I took the food at that point because i don't want to get mad, i just want what i paid for even though it was going to be cold. I get the order home and the "pumpkin" pies i ordered turned out to be an apple and some strange confetti/birthday cake garbage. So that makes 50% of my order completely wrong. I haven't been to a McDonald's in a while. I have been ordering the same 2 things for decades. A Big Mac and Sausage Biscuit with egg and cheese. The flavor and size has remained very consistent for most of my life. These sandwiches i got today were horrible. The buns were stale and the meat was virtually nonexistent. My only complaint about this McDonald's is the women's restroom was really dirty. I mean the floor the walls and even the sink was filthy. I am a close by resident of this store # 25741. I went to this establishment today 11/08/2017 at 11:01 am. I ordered chicken strips at the drive thru menu and the cashier told me they didn't serve chicken strips till 4:30 pm. I ordered something different but while waiting in line I started to question what I was being told. I pulled up to the window and asked for a manager. I then asked her why they didn't serve chicken strips till 4:30 pm. She told me that wasn't true that they had just not thawed them. I asked for my money back and went to a different store. In my opinion I can not trust an establishment that employs someone who nonchalantly lies to their customers about something so trivial. If they lie about that then what else do they lie about! Avoid the drive thru, they have messed up my orders few times, they refuse to replace it when I went back, food has been stale like the crispy chicken I've gotten there couple of times, and they don't do refills on Iced tea where everywhere else does! I've had it, I'm not going back. read more
