First off I ordered a Tuna - Add Cheese, Turkey and cheese. Both sandwiches were very fresh and very good. I think JM has the best sandwiches for any of the chain deli's. The service was amazing, everything was made quickly and fast. The staff were super nice and talkative. I'm old school I like to just go in and order and get my food so I can't comment on online ordering, but face to face was great service. I was pleasantly surprised as I have been to other Jersey Mikes and the sandwich was a little skimpy. This place made a good sandwich. I had the Large Size Big Kahuna with Beef no mushrooms or jalapenos. I think it was at a $13 price point which is what one would pay a similar restaurant. The meat was grilled while I waited. They cut the sandwich in half per my request. The parking was plentiful. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Couldn't get a Turkey Sandwich through Instacart today which meant that I also couldn't get your Instacart special. Called the store to make sure that turkey was available- yes it was. $15.00 service fee for using Instacart. $77.00 for 2 1/2 sandwiches. After setting up my account with JerseyMike's, I placed an order for two subs on Friday 1/7/2022 for pick up at 8:07pm. Got confirmation message, but when I reached the store at 7:55pm they refused to prepare my order. The lady said they are closed.  A simple message of order cancelation would have been good customer service. I world not have driven all the was to this location. A misspelled handwritten note on the door about closing early is not enough if you are taking online orders. You need to figure out a way to convey the message to customers who have placed online order and are on their way to pick up. Now I have to wait and figure out how I will get a refund for my order Jersey Mike's your customer service needs some major revamping. Just don't blame it on covid-19 because none of your staff had masks on while they were inside the store behind the service counter. Very disappointed. read more

This place can be horrible if one thing goes wrong. There is no recourse, there are no consequences. When I arrived they told me they were out of gluten-free bread I was told I would be given a refund for a sub I ordered through the app. The order contained several. Items. They waited until I arrived to ask me if it was ok if they made my sub into some sort of rudimentary salad. I said no, just give me a refund on mine and let me get the rest of the order. By this time it had been 20 minutes at least. When I arrived I assumed all the subs were completed as mine was already in the works and they were putting the final touches on the salad that lay in a Styrofoam box. Give me a break JM. Styrofoam??? There was no manager there so they called to see how to do a refund. As the three of them tried to figure out how to do this no one did anything else productive. Finally, I was approached and said the refund was complete. I then paid for the two remaining subs and thought they would be handed to me. They said, "oh no we haven't started them yet . I said, "but there are two on the counter; that is not them?" You motioned to them when you mentioned the rest of the order". I don't want to say that cliche saying about a long story... 5his could go on. Point is. It was a mess and I don't blame those poor young kids. I blame the management. Both the store and regional, as well as corporate. But, believe it or not, that is not my gripe. My gripe is, it has been over one month and I have yet to see the refund. I've called the store 4 times; and, corporate twice, where they proceeded to transfer me to customer support, where I was informed that nothing could be done because it wasn't a gift card. I love jersey mikes club sub. I often crave a juicy sandwich from there. YET everytime I am disappointed in the handling and safety of cross contamination. Today they asked me if I want mikes way. I said yes and please add pickle jalapeño and banana pepper. The next guy checks me out at the register as my sandwich is getting finished. I go fill my drink and watch the guy who I paid with not wash his hands and go put gloves with his dirty money fingers. Grabs my sandwich cuts it up and wraps it. Gross! I walked into this location at 8:22 pm they were already putting everything away, I mean everything. It looked like it was already closed. I asked if they were still open and the girl said they're out of bread, and only had bowl or something. I tried jersey mikes for the first time in Manhattan beach because it was by the construction site I was working on and I was so impressed by how much meat they put on their sandwiches that I came back to this location by my house.. I was very disappointed when I opened my sandwich after the gym tonight and there was maybe 1/3rd the amount of meat I got at the Manhattan beach location.. I hope the manager reads this and makes it right because I'll only be going to the location by Manhattan village from now on if this is the skimpy service other locations offer. I love Jersey Mike's, but this particular location has some of the lowest quality sandwiches I have ever had - even compared to Subway. Save your money - the one on Ximeno does a way better job and isn't that far away. Trust me. I have eaten here three different times (because it's slightly closer than the one on Ximeno), and each time has been a disappointment. I love jersey mikes sandwiches, being a sandwich that actually tastes fresh and flavorful. That and they support of nice things like hospitals, holidays and such when they fundraise. Nice, clean new location in an area I grew up in, although admittedly a place that does have some homeless people hanging around. I always recommend the #6, the roast beef and provolone sandwich on whit bread, mikes way with mayo. Their cookies and brownies are also pretty nice. read more

Stopped by b4 we hopped on the freeway to head home. My hubby is a regular patron at the Sacramento locations. Upon entering, we were greeted by every employee behind the counter. It was a delightful salutation. We ordered our sandwiches and made small conversation while they were being prepared. Since it was my 1st time, I received a free cookie...I love gettin free stuff, so that made my day. We were given our sandwiches and left. I ordered the number 6 sandwich. A reg sized roast beef w/ provolone cheese. Because this was my 1st time, I was unfamiliar with how the sandwiches are dressed up. My sandwich was ok. A little dry. I could've used some mayo and/or mustard on either side of the bread. The meat was plentiful. I prefer my meat a lil seasoned. They asked me if I wanted it Mike's way, meaning all the produce, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar. That combination did kick it up a notch! So I ate half of my sandwich, and I'll eat the other half sometime on the ride home. I will try Jersey Mike's again and hopefully I remember to ask for mustard and mayonnaise. read more
