I was there this morning around 8am, I was in the drive thru and naturally on a Thursday morning it was busy. I ordered my drink and two pup cups for my dogs. It took about 5 minutes to get to the window which was understandable due to it being busy. When I got to the window, I sat there for about 3-5 minutes with no one coming to the window. When someone finally did, they asked me what I ordered (I ordered two shots of espresso over size with oatmilk cold foam). I explained to them what I ordered and the gal shut the window. A few more minutes went by and they handed me a hot drink which was not what I ordered.. I explained what I ordered and I was interrupted by the worker saying "we got it". After another few minutes (mind you, there are now about 5-8 cars in the drive thru), they handed me a cup with very little ice, my two shots of espresso and whipped cream.. Which again was incorrect. I drove off and had my husband go inside to have them remake the drink for the third time.... The staff in the drive thru were not friendly, there were about 3-4 girls working and none of them seemed to know what was going on. An older lady helped my husband who finally got my drink right the third time. What I ordered was not complicated, yet it took three tries to get it right. Very disappointed with this experience.
