I was excited when I saw this location being remodeled as it is close to my home and is convenient for a quick bite to eat when I am on the go. Imagine my surprise when I stepped inside to find an extremely pared down version of what used to be there. As I am finding with many fast food places, you have to order from a kiosk. Since I was only need a little something to eat, I ordered a McDouble. Upon checkout, it asked me to grab a table number and enter it. There were no table numbers to grab. Strike one! Then I went to grab the receipt and it was out of paper. Strike two!! I took a seat and waited, anxiously keeping an eye out for my order since I had no table number. After a few minutes, I head someone shout out "McDouble" so I headed to the counter and retrieved my order. So much for bringing it to my table. Strike three!!! I opened my sandwich and found the thinnest, smushed McDouble I have ever eaten. the patties themselves were so thin, my thumbnail was wider than the two patties. And the top of the bun seemed like it had been pressed down so much it was barely thicker than the two patties. The burger itself was lukewarm and barely edible. Before you jump up and say "It's McDonalds. What did you expect"?, please know that I have eaten McDoubles plenty of times in the past. Not only was this was a poorly executed example, it is obvious that McDonalds is shrinking its patties and raising its prices. Same thing happened to their Fish Sandwich. First they started giving you a half slice of cheese and then they switch to a smaller rectangle of fish rather than the square one you used to get. Sadly, this will probably be my last McDonalds meal. I can get much better food for the same price at other local places. read more

I came here years ago when I was a little kid and when they still had their indoor playground. Times have changed and it has been renovated to beige.... I came here for the first time in decades!!!! I love how clean and spacious it was. I was able to order from the kiosk and they charge you .10 cent for a small paper bag!!! I got a bunch of their different breakfast biscuits and hashbrown. All that wait for a clean store for them to give me some bunk hash browns this morning. I got in around 5:25AM to get some breakfast before work and even ordered ages son the app and my hash brown was spongy. I ate my McGriddle no problem but the hash brown was forsure not fresh. The guy who gave me my food was talking up a storm which is cool but he didn't ask me if I wanted any sauces before shutting the window and I had to wait a few moments as he finished conversation and took an order right after. ***This review is for restroom use only*** My Mom and I were visiting my youngest brother nearby. She didn't want to walk up the condo stairs so we had to search for a place with restrooms. This McDonald's came to the rescue. Restrooms were clean and toilets were in working order (that is very important). I normally would buy something to say thanks to the establishment for the provided facilities, but we were on a time crunch so I didn't get a chance to. Bored and kinda stoned I downloaded the McDonald's app. Now what started as a no idea why I'm downloading this app quickly turned into a brilliant discovery!! Peep this, the App has a bunch of specials and deals of the day. I was so happy (and high) I ordered two cheese burgers off of the dollar menu on top of the Big Mac and drink .. smmmdh The restaurant is super big and fairly clean compared to the standard McDonalds .. they also have those new self order kiosks but no one was using them (rightfully so, terrible idea) Now I gotta hit this McDonalds' location with the three stars for the service. I specified the order was "to go" They call my number and as I walk up, my food is on a dine in tray with a note that states this order is to go (lmao) I stand around, no help. Other orders get called, no help. Then the elderly manager stops and gives me a dumbfounded look. After a long eye fight battle, I advise him that the order is to go and as he appears to begin to speak I quickly point at the note and it says "to go" .. that same dumbfounded look changed to a look of guilt and confusion .. often the same face one makes when caught farting in public. Yea that face. He wore it too well. He quickly packed my food up, handed it to me and went on his way.
