Management allows workers taking orders at drive through to scroll through tiktok while taking orders. Recently they have messed all my orders up and make me repeat myself 3 times. Then it takes 15 minutes to get my order fixed after parking and walking in with an incorrect order. I eat here once a week. Please get better! read more

I just stopped in here for lunch on 7/1/2018 at 1:30 for lunch. Upon walking into to restaurant I noticed that the majority of the tables had not been bussed or cleaned with trash all over them. Whoever is on duty is not doing their job. My wife went to use the restroom and reported the the bathrooms were a mess. There was a dirty diaper on the floor, two of the three stalls in the women's restroom had excitement on the seats, the third had paper towels in the toilet bowl. We both made our mind up to not dine at this location due to how dirty it was. read more

Not only do they not accept rewards deals from the McDonald's app for some reason, they also give me a pre made burger that they didn't even bother to take out the pickles when I ordered it without pickles. The beef is undercooked and it is hastily done. I went through the drive through but it was clear even from the outside of the building just how much the inside was dirty. Not even a receipt was given (I ordered more than just a Big Mac). I don't know how this manager or his employees were hired; they don't know how to make a simple burger. read more

I cannot believe McDonalds Corp would allow allow this place to stay in business. We went to this McDonalds location on Dec 30 at 2:00 in the afternoon. They closed the lobby and only had drive through service available. The line of cars for the drive through was so long it would have taken 20 minutes to give them our order so we just left and went to Hardee's. We witnessed two other people trying to get into the lobby get into their cars and leave. No way to run a business. read more

I ordered a drink, fries & 20 nuggets, listed all the sauces I needed and when I got my bag, I asked the employee if all my sauces were in the bag, he said yes...so I didn't rummage through it. Can clearly see from the window that nobody is at the front register nor are there any customers. Conclusion.... Only 1 employee on duty and they had a Heart Attack. I never write reviews, mainly because, as a fast food worker myself, I understand how one bad day isn't representative of your entire business. I know how a small issue with a misheard order can turn into a one-star horror story once it gets into the hands of the right soccer mom. But oh my god. I walked up to the counter with no one else there, and the cashier told me that I wasn't allowed to order yet because a group of other guys were ordering. I looked where she pointed. They were standing next to the bathroom talking, not even looking at the menu. I then waited 10 minutes for them to end their conversation, 5 more minutes for them to ACTUALLY order, just to have 5 other people jump in front of me and have her take their order. When I walked up to the counter finally, she looked at me, and walked away to go do drive thru. All of this up until now could've been a coincidence, places can be understaffed and that's fine!! I know they want me out of there even more than I do. But when I finally got to order 10 minutes later, we grabbed our food from a very kind employee with short dyed hair (who seemed to be assisting everyone who was missed over), we walked back out to our car just to be FLIPPED OFF by the previous rude girl at the drive thru. If I had been rude to her at all, then yeah, I'd understand, don't rush if you can't take it back. But the only, and I mean the ONLY words I had said to her the whole time was a friendly "hi!" When I walked up to the counter the first time, and then an "oh, okay!" When I was told I couldn't order yet. I don't know what the deal is, but this is the worst fastest food experience I've ever had, and this is coming from the most understanding person possible. read more

I stopped this morning for breakfast. I waited 12 minutes in drive thru only to receive a piece of round egg and no biscuit. I have tried to call and complain but no one will answer the phone. Pretty terrible as far as McDonald's go. Cleanliness and service were my main complaints. Cashier's friend ( not a McD employee) was hanging around the counter and chatting with cashier the whole time she took my order. The self serve soda/napkins/condiments bar was gross.
