In these perilous times, smooth curbside pickups are essential; I'm very pleased to report that this Chick-fil-A handled it wonderfully on my last visit :-) The staffers we interacted with (all with totally safe social-distancing) were friendly, welcoming, fast and efficient. The cashier in particular was completely awesome, and should get a really big raise! Our post-Pandemic world is in desperate need of friendly, efficient staffers like the folks who work here. I love Chick-Fil-A, and have always loved their food. I'm just a little upset with the thought behind this new location. First it is not easily accessible, you either have to turn in by Texas Roadhouse, or in the shopping Center where Knoxville Wholesale Furniture Clearance Center is. -Accessibility to your parking lot = bad -They have 2 lanes to order in = good -Only 1 window to pay at = bad, causes an even larger backup -Wait time = bad, much longer than the old location because they only have 1 window now -If you want to get out of the line but have already pulled in it = bad, you're stuck because theres no way out Overall Chick-Fil-A I love you but I swear you could have kept that other location open and you still would have been busy at this one too. I could care less about eating inside just as long as I can get my food at a decent time (in your drive thru) & be on my merry way, which now seems to be kind of impossible at this new location. My wife and I went through the drive thru today and we were both super impressed by the efficiency and politeness of the staff here! We went during peak lunch time so there were many cars in line, but it didn't take long to get our food because of how quickly everything moved. Our order was correct and the food was delicious too. I love Chick-fil-A and the vast majority of their locations are great. They employ very friendly people that generally want to serve with a smile. But this is a horrible location due to their very poor management team and maybe the operator. I have had many problems at this location and have never had a manager treat me the way I have been treated when nicely asking that a missed item listed on my receipt be fixed. A very young manager accused me of trying to still a French Fry when I just paid for my order of 8 full meals at over $70. read more

Went inside to place an order. I go to this one often and they've always been open inside. We walk up to the register and they tell us they won't serve us unless we go in the drive thru which obviously the fire truck won't fit. They told the fedex guy behind us the same thing. Way better than the Turkey creek location, at the TC location I ordered extra cookie crumbs in my yogurt and they came out to the car to collect 23 cents...if they wanna be that way then fine, next time you forget my second slice of 30 cent cheese I'm going to pitch a fit. I like this location a lot better. They aren't stingy like the other location. They are however slow with curbside, I've had to flag them down a few times because they forgot about me. My suggestion is that they add another sign to the drive thru. A lot of the people pulling out of the drive thru don't stop, even though there is a stop sign. As always Chick-fil-A went above and beyond in "their Pleasures" name. From the time I walked in to the time that we left the cashiers were so polite and helped me through some of the new processes that they were trying out of this location. I love some of the new seating that they have implemented as it feels more upscale and not like a fast food restaurant Chick-fil-A usually has. For the kiddos they have a nice indoor playground that is good for All Seasons. Go let your kids burn off some energy and you will not regret it. Most importantly the food was on point this day and I really don't have any complaints. The location and parking is a little weird and confusing especially if you're used to the West Towne Mall area but other than that everything is okay. Now go eat more chicken and have fun! A friend brought me some Chicken Noodle Soup today as a gift because I hadn't been feeling well. Nice, right? When she arrived at my house, the soup had spilled completely into the bottom of the bag because the container lid was not attached completely. Therefore, it was not edible. I tried at least 3 times to write a complaint to Chick-fil-A, but they wanted a phone number of the store from which the soup was purchased and the way the soup was purchased (card or cash). Of course I had neither of those things because the soup was a gift. So now I cannot complain because I didn't actually buy the soup! I have a picture of the soup if they want it. read more

As usual, Chick-fil-A doesn't disappoint. Same high quality food, courteous staff, and clean facilities. This location is brand spanking new, and although there is plenty of parking, it is on the corner of Kingston and Morrell which makes for some heavy traffic coming and going. Worth it. This location has a kids play area which as every mom knows is a godsend. If you've been to any Chick-Fil-A, this one is not much different. I would wait until a month or so after the hype has subsided. It is super crowded starting at 11 and the staff is still being trained. As I was sitting at my table for about half an hour, I had four different people on six different occasions ask if they could help/if food was cooked perfectly/if they could get me a refill. Tad annoying? Yes but I can't hate on overzealous politeness :) read more

This is the first Chick-fil-a restaurant I have ever visited that has a big parking lot. And the employees are always pleasant and friendly no matter the location, but I think Melody at this location might be the sweetest girl on the planet. Our chicken egg and cheese bagels were ready fast and hot, and Melody's customer service was excellent. This was a good stop to grab something quick during our travels. read more

This used to be an excellent place to have breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere. Not any more since they stubbornly refuse to re-open their dining room. Since they now have only long drive-through lines I can only give them two stars. Their dining room - even at 50% occupancy - is still far more customer-friendly than a hectic drive-through window. read more

How about a moldy bun for breakfast? Been to this location twice now and was disappointed both times. First time the bun was frozen. This morning it was moldy. Service is slow and awkward. And the manager that I spoke with over the phone had the pat, come in and we will replace it. I am already at work, which is why I went through the drive through. There is not time to go back. Giving 4/5 just based on their chicken compared to other chick fil a restaurants around. Their patties seem to be thinner and mask just a little bit of flavor when compared to others. I personally think Chick-fil-A is okay. Their chicken is not my favorite but I would choose it over other fast food places. I like the play area for little kids. One problem was that we ordered a sandwich but it didn't come with our food. I do think that their ordering system is unique and should be used in more restaurants. Our food was served up really quickly which is a good thing because we stopped while traveling and needed to get back on the road as soon as possible. We used the app for the first time today. As the app was just circling, my spouse went inside to make sure the order was in fact received. As she was talking to the young man doing deliveries (very helpful and courteous), the manager proceeds to chastise him about "staying focused." Afterwards, my spouse went to talk to her as it was extremely poor leadership/management, but Becca W. was too busy to talk to her. Meanwhile, Becca was verbally frustrated with other employees as well. It has always been our experience that Chick Fila has led from the front with impeccable customer service and appearance of strong leadership and management. I was appalled by this occurrence. I do understand people have bad days, so it is my hope that this is not Becca's norm. read more
