I was there at around 10:35 am to get a couple of egg McMuffins but was told that they no longer serve breakfast at this time. I responded that I thought breakfast was served until 11 am(this was a Friday morning). The curt employee answered that is only on the weekends. Apparently each location determines when they end breakfast. If that's the case then it should be clearly displayed on their site. The employee could have been more pleasant about not serving breakfast at 10:35 am. Or he could have told me when breakfast is actually served would have been helpful. read more

People were god awful, yelling and goofing around like a bunch of idiots and forgot some of our food. When we returned we talked to the same lady again and she said they'd give us our stuff that we were missing, she then clocks out and tells no one about what they missed, we then had to talk to two more dudes who could not comprehend that we were there for our forgotten food, then a lady comes up to the window and yells at us when we're just trying to pickup the food that THEY forgot. read more

There is no way I can adequately convey how bad this McDonald's is. It doesn't matter what time of day you go, they will take forever, probably get your order wrong, and it will taste old. I worked at a McDonald's for a couple of years in high school, and it's obvious that this location is incredibly mismanaged. Horrible slow service. Drive thru is always backed up. The never seem to make large orders pull up and wait. Guess they don't feel like walking the food outside to them. This Mcdonalds is by far the worst in the city. The sweet tea lacks sugar and flavor and today I decided to give them one last chance at redemption. All I ordered was a big mac. I got a bottom bun two patties with the fixings then two buns on top. Really! When I went in to speak with manager, I asked him " what Is wrong with this burger" His reply was "oh it's just put together wrong" no I'm sorry let me fix it, or I will address it. just a flippant " it's put together wrong. I come through this McDonald's on occasion on my way to work (7 am-ish). More often than not the line is crazy slow in the drive thru. This morning I tried to save some time by going in. The guy in front of me had already ordered. I stood at the register, next to order, for 5 minutes (yes I timed it) waiting while the lady tried to fix the hot/cold drink machine. While waiting, I got to listen to the back and forth exchange of another employee not doing their job. Once my order was finally complete, I walked out to my car to see that the drive thru line that had had 7 cars in it was past where I would have been in line. 8th in drive thru--2nd in the lobby--still took longer in the lobby than a drive thru that my grandmother moves faster than. Then to top it off--the coffee I ordered was crunchy. I'm not sure what kind of filters this McDonald's uses but they may want to invest in some better quality filters over the money saving brands. Literally the worst fast food experience I've ever had. When I got to the menu at the drive thru, the cashier had me repeat my order at least 10 times. After finally placing my order, I pulled around to the cashier's window and found out why she couldn't hear my order: there was another employee yapping in her ear about another employee. The cashier rang me up, and had zero customer service competency whatsoever. Then when I finally pulled up to the take-away window, I could see the yappy girl SCREAMING at the other employee that she was previously complaining about, and they were literally about to fight. The "manager" told her to leave, all the while the girl at the window was cursing and fighting with the coke machine (literally smacking it and throwing things). When I got my order, it was missing items, so they had me pull up to the waiting parking spots and took forever to bring out my items (they were just some mcchickens). While I'm waiting, the yappy chick was outside screaming on the phone with her mother using all kinds of vulgar language and talking about everyone inside. This place was the number 1 most ghetto McDonald's I've ever been to. Never going back, this place is horrible and they employ scum from the bottom of the barrel. read more
