Stopped in after a procedure because I was starving and had one thing on my mind: a roast beef sandwich. I specifically came because of the $7.99 deal, but unfortunately it didn't include any roast beef options. The closest thing was the gyro combo for $9.99, so I ended up going with that instead. The fries were hot and tasty, and the mozzarella sticks were definitely a highlight. The gyro itself was packed with meat, so portion-wise it was generous and felt like a lot of food for the price. Unfortunately, the flavor just didn't hit for me. It probably would have been better with some Arby's Sauce, but honestly I think I was really craving their classic roast beef, and the gyro just wasn't satisfying that craving. I didn't even finish the sandwich and never touched the dessert because I was disappointed by the main item. I had been here once before and everything was just kind of meh, it was fine but definitely nothing to write home about. The other day was "Fryday" and so you could get a free side of fries with a purchase. So I got 2 chicken tenders, and a roast beef slider along with the fries. I ordered online and asked for jalapenos on the slider as well as 2 different sauces. The chicken and the fries were over fried - they were all dark and shattered when you bit into them. I hate things fried hard so those were mostly uneaten. The slider was OK, but there was no jalapenos on it and I was given two sauces but they were the wrong ones. I was already back at work when I noticed all of this so there was no point in complaining, I just took the L and decided that was the end of my trips to Arbys. One plus is that the restaurant was very clean, even though it was the start of the lunch rush so that was appreciated. read more

I went to Arby's a few days ago with my family. We expected a nice, heartwarming meal to share a conversation over. We did not get to do that. First off, the staff were ignorant and rude. They smelled like marijuana and they didn't get our orders right. The restaurant was dirty and it had cockroaches on the floor. The worst thing, though, was the food. We order a few different things off the menu. I, myself, ordered the double roast beef meal. The meat was gray and the sauce was sour and had a thick consistency. I had ordered ketchup, and instead, the sauce was white. My youngest child ordered the meat mountain, expecting glory. She did not get what she ordered. It sure was a mountain, but there is no way that it was meat. It was absolutely terrible. Since we had already paid, we decided to eat and not waste our money. The food tasted horrible. I cannot explain the taste, it was horrendous. We left no tip, and we dashed out of there the quickest we could. A day later, my youngest child had started to throw up uncontrollably. I took her to the doctor, and she had food poisoning. It was the next morning, and the last thing she ate was Arby's. Food is typical Arby's. It was prepared quickly. Staff seems to be friendly to regular customers, otherwise it may be hit or miss. They weren't very friendly to me. I place an order on line to be Picked up at 11:30 pm and got there at 11:33 pm And was told I have to wait another 40 minutes for the order to be ready because it was still cooking. I had been driving for over 6 hours to get to Louisville from Atlanta to visit my mom in who is in a nursing home. After visiting with my mom and before going to our hotel, my family and I stopped at this location. I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich. There was a long line behind me and it was late. So I didn't make the time to check my order. When I got back to the hotel I discovered that even though I paid for cheesesteak sandwich, they gave me plain roast beef in what looked like a hotdog bun!!!!! I love everything about Louiville. But the girl at the register informed me that they were out of a particular sauce for the steak house burger and then she didn't offer any alternatives. Decent service. We came here for late night meal. But beware!! They shut down the milkshake machine, so no late night milkshakes. Overall the food was great and hot. The service is slow though. I know it a midnight crew, but when we got there there was only 2 cars in front of us. By the time we placed our order, there was 3 cars behind us since we waited about 10 minutes or so to place our order. Our wait for our food was less than 5 minutes. I love Arby's Arby's is definitely one of the best fast food establishments around. The thing that makes Arby's a little difficult for me to participate in is the price of Arby's is always a little more expensive. I watched while the staff applauded taking over 5 min to make someone's sandwich. One sandwich. Only one person was making food and the others were just watching. I thought maybe it was a contest at first but no the same person then started working on another sandwich with others just standing around watching. In the meantime my sandwich sat waiting on someone to simply put it into a bag and hand it to me. It looked ok (see photo) but it was just a roast beef sandwich. If there was a manager here that person was doing a horrible job. Ordered my Arby's on DoorDash. Got the jalapeño bites and French dip, simple enough. Was going to ask for extra bronco berry sauce since this one usually only gives one for 6 of them, but this location didn't allow any "special instructions". Got it delivered since I'm not feeling well enough to even get out of bed. Got it without ANY bronco berry sauce at all, no napkins, and with the sandwich consisting of about 2 whole slices of (what looked, felt, and tasted like) old roast beef. Drive thru line was forever long but it was a tournament so it was expected and the lobby was closed. We got our food but didn't check it at the window but checked it before we left the parking lot. The line was three times as long now going out of the parking lot so I called and spoke to Walker asking if they could correct the food and bring it out to us. I normally don't review fast food restaurants but I decided to because I think this is the best Arby's in the city. I have never gotten a bad sandwich or bad service at this Arby's. Even at their busiest times of the day I always receive quick service and the correct order as well as hot, fresh food. Since I have been pregnant I have actually craved their roast beef sandwiches so I have been hitting this location a couple of times per week for a regular roast beef sandwich and medium Pepsi. My only complaint is the prices, and this goes for any Arby's. I think 3.15 is a bit expensive for a small sandwich. read more

The food at this Arby's is horrible. I just went there and got a fish sandwich and fries. First off the pricing on the board is wrong so when I ordered my order without tax was $6.49 then when I got the window it was $7.20. Even with taxes my order not have been $7.20. When I questioned the price I was told the $7.20 was the correct price. Then when I got back to work to eat my food. The fries are rock hard and the sandwich is cold. Who wants a cold fish sandwich. Writing a review of the promotion 2 for $6 Gyros. It is a good deal money wise, but the gyro itself did not appeal to me because of the soft shell that hold the ingredients. This Arby's has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will see you standing at the counter and just ignore you (including the manager on duty). I thought that going IN to the restaurant would help. It doesn't. At least half the time I go through the drive through, I give up and leave after 15 minutes (with only 2 or 3 cars in front of me, it's insane) I don't see how they are still in business. No one in there cares one bit. Never go to this location at night! The staff will get your order every time, and when you call them to let them know, they will put you on hold for 5 minutes and then hang up. Wait...it doesn't get much better. When you go back to the location the next day, If you happen to get the same shift manager I had, they will be disrespectful and tell you it didn't matter that your order was wrong and roll their eyes at you. read more
