I ran through the drive through to get a quick bite as I was running errands. I've never been to a restaurant in this chain before. It wasn't very busy and my order was taken promptly. Paid for and received my order from the friendly and accurate employee at the window. I ordered a six piece boneless wings with no sauce, ranch on the side. I didn't realize it came with fries. My food was $7 and change. Fries were fresh and hot. The wings were disappointing. The portion was plenty but the meat wasn't very good. It was greasy and chewy. It didn't have much flavor. I didn't like the taste a great deal or the texture. Maybe a sandwich would have men better. I don't think I would return. read more

I ordered a LARGE Outlaw. No onions, add mushrooms and banana peppers. I told them at the window my order was wrong and I needed my receipt. A young girl opened the window gave me a nasty look and my receipt. The young man working the window said the order was right. I attempted to call them when I got home just to find they turn their phone off. It's a franchise so the only other option is going back AGAIN to tell them AGAIN the order is wrong. This was my first time visiting a restaurant of this brand. This place used to be a Taco Bell, but they renovated it and opened this restaurant, so the interior was clean. Food: I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Cheesesteak. They have small, regular, and large sizes, and I had the regular, which was quite filling. I ordered the combo, and the fries that came with it were delicious. Service: I thought this was a fast food restaurant. I picked up my food and put it away, but there was a screen for tipping at the check. The restroom required a key to enter. It seemed like they wanted to keep the restrooms for customers only. Our first time here, and we'll go back. We have been wanting to try the Philly chesesteak, and we did that yesterday. We ordered at the counter, an original beef, with onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. It was dressed with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. We split a med size sandwich and French fries and added 4 boneless chicken wings in the sweet sauce for an additional $2. So we both ate for about $ 16 and had plenty of food. The food was hot, meat tender, bread warm and soft. Chicken wings were also very good, again, hot and tender. The service was good, and the restaurant and bathrooms were both clean. I'm not sure why the bathrooms are locked, and you have to have an employee unlock the door for you. That was a bit of a hassle. But overall, good food, service, and atmosphere read more

I was able to stop in here today when I was in the area for lunch. It's been on my list for a while since I saw them building it. It finally opened a couple days ago so I went in here and got a regular sized Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I got it in about 56 minutes and came out. The price was $10 and some change I went to the truck to eat it. It had an OK amount of meat on it. I've tasted the meat it was just OK did not have any sauces so I used to mayonnaise packets so that helped, the food itself was it's OK sandwich I give a three the atmosphere was really nice. The ambience was good in there. It looks really neat and new. Service was just OK nothing really happened. I just took my money and do my food. I'm giving it 2 stars because it was edible. Probably the worst cheesesteak sandwich's we've had. The grilled onions might have been put on the grill but not for long they were not cooked. There isn't anything that makes me want to try this place again. The other cheesesteak franchise in town wins my vote. read more

Usually come here all the time, my most favorite place to eat at, but today, I wasted $7 on a small chicken teriyaki sandwich where the chicken was so dried out, it tasted terrible. I could not eat the 2nd bite and had to spit it out. I tried to get it resolved and have them remake it, but they claimed that's the way it's supposed to be. I don't even care about the money, I just want a decent sandwich. I told them I come here all the time and order the same sandwich each time, and have never had chicken taste this bad. It's always usually so good and come to this specific location for a reason. Imagine my surprise when they didn't want to resolve the problem, so in the trash the entire sandwich went, and I left with empty pockets and empty stomach. Whats wrong with remaking it? Stopped by the drive thru on my way home and got a large Philly with everything on it. I got it home and half the sandwich only had meat and cheese and the other half had maybe one or two mushrooms and couple of soggy peppers and onions. I had two bites of the first half and on the third I bit into a huge piece of gristle so at that point I was dunzo. I fed the rest of the first half and the whole second half to my dogs. So I feel like I'm giving everything 4 stars lately but here we go again. This one is kind of like 3.5 but I'm rounding up because my family really likes them and they're new and seem to be working really hard. We have been twice now since they have opened and both times I have ordered online through the app and just run in to pick up our order. Sometimes I prefer that to drive through with an order for the whole family especially if anyone has modifications to their orders. Both times the food was ready exactly when it was supposed to be and was hot and fresh. I've tried both the classic cheesesteak and the chicken cheesesteak and both were good. I wish they had the sizes listed somewhere online or even on the menu board so that I had known before my first order what the small, regular and large sandwich options meant. The first time I went with a regular for myself and it was HUGE and I could only eat half so the second time I downsized to the small which was perfect. I love the loaded fries also as a side. My kids both liked the plain wings both bone in and boneless. My husband and I tried the bone in buffalo wings and they were super hot! I was actually surprised that they were that spicy given their heat scale that's posted. We tried the teriyaki the next time and those were good. The employees I encountered both times were very friendly and while the restaurant itself was pretty messy in the dining room area both times there was someone out there cleaning up each time as well so I can't fault them much for that especially since it was close to the end of the day. Me and my wife decided to try Charleys Cheesesteak and wings when we seen this new location. The building is newly renovated and looked very nice. The service he had was friendly and prompt. I tried the parmesan peppercorn cheesesteak. The menu said this item was a regular cheesesteak that had the edition of peppercorn sauce, A1 steak sauce and parmesan cheese. I did not notice the taste of the peppercorn sauce or the parmesan cheese on the sandwich. overall the sandwich tasted very bland and plain until i hit the spots where i tasted A1 and at that point id think oh this isn't that bad its kind of good but then i realized i was just enjoying only the flavor of A1. I think if the basics of the cheesesteak were better seasoned it would of made a would of difference for this sandwich. I would say you can definitely find way better cheesesteak in the area but this one in a pinch might slightly scratch an itch for one. i do think ill give them some time before i try it again since I tried it so close to it opening maybe after some time it will improve. read more

We went to Charley's on Preston HWY this weekend and enjoyed our experience. I got the regular steak Philly with everything , with the bacon cheese fries. The Philly was delicious, so were the fries but could've used more cheese since you do pay extra for that. My husband got the buffalo wings which had good flavor, but came out kind of cold. The dining room itself seemed to not have any heat which was noticeable as it was 10 degrees outside but we sat in a sunny spot so it was not too bad. Overall it was a good experience and we would go back, probably would stick to the sandwiches and not get wings there again. read more

The service at Charley's on Preston hwy is amazing, the cheese steaks are the best in the State. I drive 20min to get my cheese steak. It's that good!! The service at Charley's on Preston Highway was horrible. The service is slow, unorganized, and dirty. Amanda, the most vocal one at the store was rude, obnoxious and did nothing to satisfy the customer. Don't try to file a complaint or provide feedback, nobody gets back to you. A refund... lol, what refund. The email address that is provided to request a refund clearly isn't monitored because nobody ever called, emailed, nothing.
