I ran through the drive through to get a quick bite as I was running errands. I've never been to a restaurant in this chain before. It wasn't very busy and my order was taken promptly. Paid for and received my order from the friendly and accurate employee at the window. I ordered a six piece boneless wings with no sauce, ranch on the side. I didn't realize it came with fries. My food was $7 and change. Fries were fresh and hot. The wings were disappointing. The portion was plenty but the meat wasn't very good. It was greasy and chewy. It didn't have much flavor. I didn't like the taste a great deal or the texture. Maybe a sandwich would have men better. I don't think I would return.

    "Large" Outlaw add banana peppers

I ordered a LARGE Outlaw. No onions, add mushrooms and banana peppers. I told them at the window my order was wrong and I needed my receipt. A young girl opened the window gave me a nasty look and my receipt. The young man working the window said the order was right. I attempted to call them when I got home just to find they turn their phone off. It's a franchise so the only other option is going back AGAIN to tell them AGAIN the order is wrong. I was charged over $16 for a regular old school with onions and 4 banana peppers!

This was my first time visiting a restaurant of this brand. This place used to be a Taco Bell, but they renovated it and opened this restaurant, so the interior was clean. Food: I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Cheesesteak. They have small, regular, and large sizes, and I had the regular, which was quite filling. I ordered the combo, and the fries that came with it were delicious. Service: I thought this was a fast food restaurant. I picked up my food and put it away, but there was a screen for tipping at the check. The restroom required a key to enter. It seemed like they wanted to keep the restrooms for customers only. I was more satisfied than I expected. I will visit again next time.

I would recommend. Fast and friendly. I had regular classic cheesesteak sandwich. Good location and lots of parking. I did not go in, the lobby is open.

Our first time here, and we'll go back. We have been wanting to try the Philly chesesteak, and we did that yesterday. We ordered at the counter, an original beef, with onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. It was dressed with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. We split a med size sandwich and French fries and added 4 boneless chicken wings in the sweet sauce for an additional $2. So we both ate for about $ 16 and had plenty of food. The food was hot, meat tender, bread warm and soft. Chicken wings were also very good, again, hot and tender. The service was good, and the restaurant and bathrooms were both clean. I'm not sure why the bathrooms are locked, and you have to have an employee unlock the door for you. That was a bit of a hassle. But overall, good food, service, and atmosphere

I was able to stop in here today when I was in the area for lunch. It's been on my list for a while since I saw them building it. It finally opened a couple days ago so I went in here and got a regular sized Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I got it in about 56 minutes and came out. The price was $10 and some change I went to the truck to eat it. It had an OK amount of meat on it. I've tasted the meat it was just OK did not have any sauces so I used to mayonnaise packets so that helped, the food itself was it's OK sandwich I give a three the atmosphere was really nice. The ambience was good in there. It looks really neat and new. Service was just OK nothing really happened. I just took my money and do my food. Didn't say thank you or nothing so it was OK.

My neighborhood association had a pop up business day this past weekend and this company was setup manning the grill and selling some of there Philly cheese steaks and other items such as chicken sandwiches. Spoke to the the people who run it while waiting for the food and they seem like genuinely good people and are Definitely local business so it is easy to support that. From my understanding the long term goal outside of catering and pop up events is to grow to a food truck. Which I think would be great. The area needs a good Philly cheese steak food truck. For a sandwich and a bag of chips it ran around $10. Me and my wife both got Philly cheese steaks. I got mine without onions and mushrooms and she got hers without onions only. The steak comes with the meat, Mayo, cheese and ketchup. Decent sized sandwich and while it looked real messy was a pretty clean eat. I'll be honest. I'm not a huge Philly cheese steak guy. I seen this and thought I'll support local and give it a try. To double down on my honesty I was pleasantly surprised. This was a phenomenal Sandwich. Had amazing flavors and the ingredients mixed perfect together. I've tried some other local phill cheese steaks that's people swear by and I never understood the allure. With this one I can get it. Very good! My wife loves her as well. Overall, always great to see new pop up catering or food trucks around the city. Especially ones that offer a different and specialized menu. This place hits both those marks. I look forward to seeing them at hopefully future neighborhood events or just around town somewhere.

**5 Google/Yelp Review -- Sam's Chicago Grill**…read more As a native Chicagoan, I don't hand out praise for Italian beef lightly -- but Sam's earned it. The beef is thin-sliced, slow-roasted, and soaked in real au jus, piled on a roll that actually holds up when you get it dipped. The Chicago dog is done right too: all-beef, dragged through the garden with mustard, relish, onion, tomato, sport peppers, and celery salt -- no ketchup in sight, exactly how it should be. What really sets this place apart is Sam himself. He couldn't have been more cordial, and it's clear he genuinely cares about getting the details right instead of dumbing it down for a non-Chicago crowd. He was happy to talk shop with a fellow Chicagoan and went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. That kind of pride and hospitality is rare, and it shows in every bite. If you're missing home or just curious what real Chicago street food tastes like, get to Cane Run Road. Highly recommend -- this is the real thing.

I didn't need to wait long, service is extremely quick & fresh! I loved my sub! they had mozzarella ontop that threw me off a bit but a nice add on, my fries were dusted with parm & they give a generous amount of everything which is nice, so you do get your money worth! I personally prefer extra dipped so I have a soggy bread, the flavor is just different versus the dry Italian. The meat is very thinly cut & the peppers were yummy & traditional with carrots, cauliflowers, onions. I'd def go back for sure!

Brezzie ( sp ) was our waitress; she was totally spot on with everything. The setting was again awesome with a nice day over looking the river, the Louisville skyline and the bridges. Walking bridge was busy. Drinks were ordered and food orders placed. I had aside salad that was fresh, crisp, nicely crafted and tasty. Along with that I had the dry rubbed wings. So good and nice portion. My wife had the Reuben which was new for her (use). It was very, very good and well put together. I'm not a big Reuben person but I tasted it and it was very good! And when Breezie was busy another waitress perfectly slipped in to keep us well served. Their training is spot on. In my opinion this location probably has some of the best trained staff in the Clark County area. Not that others a bad this place just feels like a step up.
