I no it's a McDonald's but where you going to find better French fries right. This McDonald's does a great breakfast that I really do like. The sausage n cheese biscuit with hash browns is my go to stuff. Ya the egg McMuffin is awesome as well. The orange juice was so good today I just wished I had some vodka jk. Do not go here. Inconsiderate staff. They refuse to acknowledge anyone. God forbid the all the kiosks are being used and someone has to order from the counter. They'll just stare at you and treat you like a problem because you want food. They also didn't give me my second burger with my meal. With data rates at £1/MB (about $1.60), I'm always on the lookout for places where I can cheaply hang for a few minutes, catch up on emails and check the latest news. So with most McDonalds restaurants now offering free wi-fi, I'm spending a bit of time there. The food choices are the food choices. It's McDonald's, so I think you already know what's going on there. This one, like many others, has a sofa fountain and you can refill at will. I also like the McD's coffee, which is not only cheaper, but better than Starbucks! That's handy if you just want to spend the minimum while you hang out and eat up wifi until your battery runs out. The employees really care about the customers. Im never served the wrong food. If they ever do get something mixed up it's pretty much always just them giving me more than what I asked for so I don't mind that a bit! I know it's McDonald's but I go to this one pretty often for lunch cause I work very close to it... and I've talked to the employees a couple times and they really are hard workers and they definitely want to be there. I have a big heart for people with special needs and this specific location gives people like that an opportunity to be part of a team. I'd been seeing the commercials for the Grand McExtreme Bacon Burger from Spain and figured I'd give it a try. It's actually pretty decent, and the service was quick. Buyer beware- As rare treat we swung through the McDonald's drive-through. Spent $27.81 on two teens- get home and have someone else's order- not even close. The three double cheeseburgers were singles. No chicken sandwich. My fault for not checking in the drive through and assuming it was correct apparently? Needless to say my autistic child had a complete meltdown and I ended up cooking dinner about 10pm. I called immediately upon realizing we had someone else's order. The male on the other end said they would replace the entire order and took my name- I spelled my last name and he said no ma'am, I just need your first name. Just come to the drive thru next time and they will have it in the book. We stopped a 2-1-2 weeks later and we're told they don't replace anything after seven days. I use their drive thru quite often for breakfast. Never had any order discrepancies and staff is nice. Their $1 charge for drinks is really a deal when most places charge 2x that! They are always modernizing things. French fries aren't as good as Wendy's but they're good. read more

I worked here twice. It is such a miserable environment. The store manager doesn't have control over her lesser managers and they make sure that every non manager is completely and utterly torn to shreds and miserable. One department manager, Ruston, is an obvious sexist. Brenda, a non manager, curses out everyone and threatens the other employees. Its hard to serve customers with a smile on your face when youre being referred to as dumbass, stupid, 'a waste of space', and even racial slurs. During the day I was unable to check the accuracy of the orders I was receiving to hand out to tge next car because the managers were literally screaming at me. As someone who talked to a lot of managers, the store manager actually cares. But the district manager is sabotaging the store so she has to focus so much on times that she has no time to correct her department managers. read more

Seriously this place can never get my order right. I don't order anything altered from the normal menu but still manage to get the wrong food. Often times I get overcharged, cold food or poor customer service. Solution has been to drive an extra couple of miles to a different McDonald's. read more
