At the end of the day, it's a chicken place, not bad, not awesome, just neutral good. This location has provided two lanes for our convenience due to the virus. The food is always warm and comes out right, the multiple times I've been there. The sweet tea ain't have bad either so hit up!!! My personal favorite is the grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and lettuce it's not too shabby. I highly advise this location as a go to for lunch. read more

Terribly disappointed in my order tonight. The 10 piece boneless I ordered barely had sauce covering the chicken. And the basket of fries wasn't even half a basket but the Manager weighed them and they were the right weight, she remembers my order she said..... you weighed the fries? Sorry I just don't believe that one at all. The manager's solution???? I can drive back to them and they can fix it, I'm already home with my food I shouldn't have to go back to begin with and by the time I get there my food would be cold you call that a solution????? Or 20% off my next meal seriously?? 20% doesn't cover my gas to get there and then to pay to have you mess my order up again??? Wow the chicken is tasty! There are not a lot of options. The food tastes real good but that means it is not real healthy. We give Zaxby's 5 stars for taste, and 3 stars for healthy. This would average to 4 stars. There are real good salads but that's if you stick to just a salad. Price is not too bad either $9-11 a plate on average. read more

Saxby's has great chicken and this franchise is no exception. Our wait was a little long for a simple order for two, though: we got our food about 10-12 minutes after placing our order. I also wish the cashier or the signage had indicated that our chicken order came with Zax sauce--when I mentioned that we wanted Zax sauce, we ended up getting charged for two extra sauces on top of the two that came with the order. Terrible customer service. Drive thru associates can't even punch in the correct price and then they act hostile towards the customer for asking why the menu price is different from the price on their receipts. Don't go to this Zaxby's because the management can't train the associates right. Especially the assistant manager Jose. A place where a manager argues with customers for associates up charging customers does not deserve anyone's business. read more

Extremely disappointed in Zaxbys because they have greatly reduced the size of their salads for the same price and to add further insult they have made their container appear much larger than it is with several design tricks. I enjoy Zaxby's very much and typically don't have a location preference as I feel the service is, for the most part, equal at all locations in the area. This review is specifically of the Thompson location. I eat here semi-regularly and rarely complain. Most of the time the service by the younger employees is sub-par but the older folks usually make up for it. Most recently I visited for dinner on a Friday night. From the drive thru I order tenders, fries, and the house chips. The wait was exceptionally long for this location, there were two vehicles ahead of me and maybe two families in the restaurant. When I received my order I was appalled to find the chips completely raw (see attached photo). Like unacceptably raw. It was like someone just cut up a potato and put it in the to go box. There is no way any competent employee would look at these and think "it's safe to serve this." And it wasn't just one or two chips it was the entire box, there was not one cooked chip in sight. Also the chicken was dry and overdone. So maybe next time, if there is a next time for this family, they'll meet in the middle and everything will be acceptably cooked. read more

This is my first review to ever write and I am so angry That I didn't argue about this I had too. I order a number 1 large sized in the drive through. Have a conversation with the girl at the window about how many tenders a regular size comes with and how many a large comes with and that I would need to purchase another sauce for a large. I get home and realize I have a snack meal. I obviously can't share this meal with my fiancé so I am forced to drive back. I get there and explain I was under the impression I was getting a large chicken tender plate like we were discussing in the window. Her response is the menu had changed and the #1 was no longer the plate but the snack meal. She proceeded to explain Since that's what I ordered she couldn't replace it but she would sale me a plate. Thank u Gessell for charging me another 8 dollars to finally get what I originally wanted. read more

I love Zaxbys. Their nuclear wings have just the right amount of heat. It's comparable to slim chickens but I prefer Zaxbys over Slims. And I definitely prefer Zaxbys over raising canes. If your a first timer, I recommend wings and things. Also their 'zalads' are pretty darn good and big enough to leave you satisfied. read more
