So stopped at this McDonalds last night on the way home from work. Placed order at 9:23 PM for a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, and a small Fry. Have had these 4 or 5 times since McDonalds rolled out the fresh never frozen quarter pounder that is made fresh when ordered. All previous burgers I had since the switch were actually great. Hot juicy and quite good tasting. Even had one at this location before that was great. Last night though not the case. So there were 5 or 6 cars in front of me when I placed order at 9:23. It took until 9:35 to get to pay window. I asked if they were short handed as the vehicles in front of me sat at pick up window for a long time rather than pulling to side as customers are asked to. The guy replied that at night it is too dangerous to have people pull into the waiting spots, crazy right? I let it go at that, pulled to the next window and got my order. So as I had not eaten since lunch I was planning to eat on the way home in the car. Pulled the fries out and put in cup holder hot and fresh, very good. Then I took the burger out and bit into it, Cold sandwich. Not one that was freshly made and cooked off cold. Cold as in pre made burger taken from warmer shaped on cold bun with cold condiments, cold pickle, and cold slice of cheese. I know this is the case as the new Quarters with cheese I have had were very hot and the cheese had melted as it should. This burger had not been put together with a fresh off the grill meat, as I lifted the cold slice of cheese up intact. I called when I got home to complain. The manager on duty said he was not sure how it could have happened, but that he would replace it at no charge. I am not after a free burger. I just wanted a pound of flesh an the assurance that his grill person would get an ass chewing. I know its McDonalds, maybe my expectations set too high, but this was the worst quarter pounder I have ever had. As I said earlier the rebranded fresh quarter pounders I have previously had were awesome. Very disappointed as this store is always better than that. read more

It's food thats fast , or at least mostly. The reason I like this McDonald's the most is because they have the friendliest employees. Also because they know how to quickly adjust your total when you give them a competitors coupon. I just paid $4.21 for a large coffee, hash browns and 2 sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffins. Stopped (3:45 am) in to get something for breakfast yesterday and they said they were closed for maintenance. Asked what time do you open, they said 4 am. I stopped in there today to get breakfast and wouldn't you believe it, I was told they were closed for maintenance. Really it's 4:10 am. They need to get people that want to do there jobs. This McDonald's has the worst operation in history. They need new management or to be shut down. They close super early in the evening which is stupid. I tried to order something at the window and they said they only do "Door Dash" orders. I said "Well, I'm here, can you take an order?" They said "No." Lazy! Useless! Kicked out my husband who works for the big 3 as he was working from home that day since the kids were off from school. He ordered a coffee for breakfast and was about to order lunch and they kicked him out and said he was a security threat. I told him to go to Starbucks. They encourage people to work there and give free refills with my gold card. This is the only place that cared when an engineer tried to work and eat there. Trash food anyway read more

Stopped off for lunch got a cookie tote and the lady asked me if I wanted a bag to put the tote in because she dropped hers at one time and I said no I will be fine or guess what I walked out of McDonald's and I dropped the cookie tote only about three cookies were damaged so I threw those away but employee came out of McDonald's and they replaced the cookies for me of course they laughed at me a little because they just told me so. The employees are great I love them thank you so much for great service and next time I buy a cookie tote I'm having it put inside a bag. read more

Tried this McDonald's since the other two closer to us are bad in getting orders right. I ordered two Quarter Pounder's, a Fish Sandwich and a medium fry and asked for them to be made fresh to order. Especially for the fish sandwich, most of the time is cold and rubbery, but not when made fresh to order. When I opened the box to one of the quarter ponders, I saw the meat was half off the bun and cracked in half. I took the top bun off and well, a picture is worth a thousand words. I just do not know what is happening to McDonald's, their quality control is nonexistent. read more

lemme start off by saying the management at this place is GOD AWFUL. the managers all have an attitude and are unprofessional by arguing with the customers. black lady has a bad attitude and the woman about late 50's argued w/ me because my order was incorrect. the bathrooms, however, are absolutely disgusting. walked in and there was feces all over the toilet seat and when i sat down, there were ketchup packets folded up and they exploded all over my legs. never been so disgusted in my life. read more

Ordered four breakfast meals all well done, gentleman at the order window was very friendly and efficient, however the young lady who took our payment was extremely rude. Pulled up to the second window and the girl proceeded to hand us 3 decent sized drinks with no cup carrier.....we only have two people in the car ordering a meal for four people and just about every average car only has two cup holders. Actually had to ask for a cup carrier as she was leaning on a whole stack of them. Upon the request she asked "what?" like this was some kind of foreign concept. Not sure how she expected us to drive with 3 drinks and a bag full of food for four people. Upon arriving home, realized that they had forgotten a chocolate milk we ordered with one of our breakfast meals, my sweet tea wasn't sweet and tasted almost dirty and was warm, and all of our sandwiches were cooked inconsistently. We ordered all of them well done and my muffin was almost raw, while another order had a well cooked muffin but undercooked sausage. The only positive part of our experience was the gentleman at the ordering window and the hash browns that came with the meals. Won't be coming back here any time soon. read more

Everyone is super nice here, this is my go to location for McDonald's. Sometimes they're a little stingy on the sauce but as long as I ask at the window they do give me more. They're always letting me know how I can upgrade my meals or make them cheaper, and they'll even remember my order! I love the staff here, they're extremely nice and well trained. Worst McDonald's ever. Unfortunately this is the closest McDonald's to us and with two little kids that love chicken nuggets we wind up at this one more often than I'd like to. They are unlikely to remember details like barbecue sauce, or possibly one of the sandwiches that you order from them. They have even forgotten to put a toy in my son's happy meal more than once. The drive-through gets the order correct about 10% of the time, occasionally you do get more food than you ordered. I have also received hamburgers that were not fully cooked from this McDonald's on two occasions. If possible avoid this McDonald's at all cost! read more

The staff is very nice, they know my Mom, in fact she goes there every day for coffee! We know most of the staff members by now, the food is good and we come here every Friday to sit down with our friends and enjoy breakfast with them! I stopped in after work for something to eat. I haven't ever been to this location before & not gotten fresh food. I'm always satisfied with service. I'm unsure of what happened tonight but my food was disgusting! I had to ask for fresh fries, which it seemed like she dumped some off the top & the rest were stale. I love its design inside, it is clean, and the staff is very nice but they always get my orders wrong. I am not exaggerating the fact that I order twice a week and every time I order the same thing, (I make sure I tell the specifics of the order) it is always wrong. This is the only McDonalds on my way to work as unbelievable as it may seem. I stop in around 5:30am. I will be the only person in line and they will ask me to go park in a parking spot. Its not like i'm ordering something special or a huge amount of food. I get a steak egg and cheese bagel and a coffee but please go wait in a spot even if there is nobody behind me. I gave up on the steak egg and cheese bagel thinking maybe that was the problem I was wrong. I ordered a sausage egg thing and a coffee please pull over. So i figure maybe 5:30 is around shift change so i went at 6 one day no difference. I cant believe how this place is in business. It must be the worst managed McDonalds in history. Always disappointed when I come here but only come cause it's the only one open and nearby, its 4am and I just ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins and got no egg on one, 2 hash browns, one was broken in half and thrown in the bag, also ordered a large fries with NO SALT and got old soggy fries with lots of salt, asked for a side of breakfast sauce and they gave me enough to dip about 4 fries in it, surprisingly they didn't screw up the two large orange drinks with ice, not to mention my total was 20.02. I think I got charged for adding ice to my oj. This isn't the only McDonald's I've had a problem with lately I think I'm done with this corporation, even though it might not be their fault their bad employees give them a bad name, They can't even get a simple job done to "match what's in the bag with what's on the receipt" they always seem to mess that up.
