Easy 5 stars. 6 if it was possible. The two female employees at the drive thru made this a more than 5 star experience. I used the app to order and got free fries with my drink. Can't beat that. The total was $1.08. Outstanding! And of course, my purchase went to my points. The girl at the first window randomly started a conversation. It was so sweet and unexpected at a drive thru window. At the next window, a different girl gave me my order. She was smiley and super pleasant. Both of these girl were genuinely nice and it showed. Over an hour before closing they refuse to take orders from the drive through and instead say to come inside. When we tried to go inside they had the door locked. They proceeded to unlock the door for someone inside and lock it back. They proceed to take some orders from the drive through. Overall they lack any sort of professionalism in anyway. read more

The food was cold and had a horrible taste and smell. The young ladies at the pick up window were SLOW and busy chatting and while not rude handed me my food and before I could ask for anything else they turned away and walked. Ok this used to be a very good McDonald's. I don't frequent here but within the last two weeks I have been here twice. Now both times I have asked for hot fries and did not receive them hot either time but what made this particular visit good was the girl at the pickup window who had extra sweet teas that were made from the order being rang up wrong and offered them to me. Y'all know I love sweet tea so I was elated. It is soooo good too. Now I waited at the pay window quite a while. I can certainly tell the worker was new. She kept requiring assistance. Went to this location trying to get a breakfast burrito. The cashier was changing out the trash cans in the dining area. He went past the wash station and proceeded to take orders. What ever happened to sanitizing your hands after changing out the trash cans. This is nasty on so many levels. I will not be eating at this location any time soon. When we initially arrived at this McDonald's I was excited about it being a special "bistro" type, however this excitement promptly ended at the door. This particular McDonald's has been refurbished to appear more in line with gourmet burger lines and some things succeeded and some things did not. First off you have the option to use a touch screen panel to order (nice if you need time to think, however it completely disconnects you from the service aspect of the staff) which we did. We sat down and I noticed the lack of care this particular restaurant had received from it's staff. The door to the closet where the mop was stored was left wide open the entire time we were there (which happened to be directly in my line of sight). The tables immediately inside the door were littered with a previous customers meal and all the tables in the store had visible crumbs on them. The soda fountain area was dirty, including the kitschy containers of fake food intended to class up the area, there were incorrect lids for the drinks, and no ketchup cups. When our meal arrived, after about 10 minutes but understandable since we had two build your own burgers, it was underwhelming. The peppercorn sauce had little to no flavor, the french fries were cold, and the kids didn't get the dipping sauce or the little toys with their meals. Because we were travelling we hit up the bathrooms which looked like they had not been tended to in several hours. There was a wet floor sign blocking a mystery puddle in the middle of the floor, toilet paper was strewn behind the toilets of one stall, the paper towel dispenser was empty (a 3/4 used roll of paper was balanced precariously by the sink), and the garbage can was overflowing. The design of this bathroom is unique in that the sink counter appears to "float" however if no one cleans the walls around it they just became a scum covered mess. While we were looking for a comfortable and reliable stop during our travels, we were greeted by a messy, uncared for disappointment. read more

THE SLOWEST McDonald's ever. Not organized. The staff needs training for customer service. The touch screen where you can place your own order, isn't doing this site any favors either. We were at this site for 30 minutes, 6-10 minutes just waiting for someone to take our order, 20 minutes to receive our order. Our order: 1 order of hot cakes, 3 hash browns, and a bacon egg cheese bagel. When we finally got our order, the young lady didn't apologize or make eye contact. Since McDonalds in Macon no longer has a 24hour store this one has a better service and employees who actually don't ignore u as u drive up an hour before their closing time. The McDonalds on pionono and Eisenhower absolutely sucks. They will close early and ignore u pulling up to drive thru. Have never had such a terrible McDonalds. I ordered a mocha Frappe a couple of months ago with a meal and another drink. As I got down the road a couple of miles I realized I didn't get the Frappe. It's McDonalds so most people know how the food tastes. I travel a lot and compared to other McDonalds in the southeast U.S this one is definitely one of the cleanest I've been to, and their customer service is better. I had to go back inside because I had forgotten to get my daughter a drink. The manager came out and asked if something was wrong with my order, and wether I needed anything else..... Sitting here at McDonalds watching ten different customers waiting on food they have ordered. I have my food, after an eleven minute wait! I don't know if they are understaffed or what, but even the tables in the dining area usually need cleaning. Went 5/21/16 AM drive-thru...terrible service for the millionth time...waited 20 min in line to get food...once I got to the window it was wrong, and had to pull forward into the spot where they forget about you to wait for them to finish making the order...all the while, they're joking about random stuff while I waited...btw, the person ahead of me in the pull up spot drove off without their food AFTER THEY HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IT. I gave this place 3 stars because they took about 15 minutes to bring out our food and as we were driving out we found that they forgot a quarter pounder. also when one of my sibling went inside to get the quarter pounder she found that they were closed at 6:00pm it was ridiculous.
