Overall, a casual neighbourhood spot that's perfectly fine if you're in the area, but probably not a destination I'd go out of my way for. Saluti.

They clearly take risks in the best way, and it often pays off. The only reason I can't give five stars is an ongoing issue with salt levels. On a few occasions, dishes haven't just been slightly over-seasoned, they've been overwhelmingly salty to the point of overpowering the flavor and, at times, bordering on inedible. And that's coming from someone who genuinely enjoys salty food. When they get the balance right, the food is exceptional. I just wish the seasoning were more consistent.

The manager was verbally abusing his staff in spanish and kept calling a black man in the lobby a "gay nigga bitch" when they got in a dispute about his order time. Seen the same guy hit on underage girls from east high when they get coffee too and his employees just be making weird comments about customers. Definitely north side madison vibe? read more
