The food is served quick, but the quality is extremely low even my McDonalds standards (I got mcnuggets that were still somewhat pink), and the staff seem very stressed out and not able to keep up with the pace of things. There was also a battery here lately, so overall don't come to this place and support local businesses in the area instead. read more

tldr: AVOID THIS LOCATION. Staff lied about a promised voucher and falsely claims he never even took our order, then the "manager" fled the store when we called corporate. Expecting a response from McDonald's corporate soon. Full version: Worst McDonald's experience in 25 years. We initially ordered only drinks. A staff member who identified himself as the manager, "Dominic" (no name tag to confirm), told us our survey voucher couldn't be used because we hadn't ordered food. He then left and brought over a male employee. That employee told us directly that we could place a new order and use the survey code on it, so we ordered food, completed the online survey, and wrote the code on the receipt exactly as instructed. When we went to redeem it, "Dominic" refused again. The male employee then suddenly claimed he never told us that and that he hadn't even been at the register when we ordered, despite having said it to our faces minutes earlier. We asked to simply return the food and get a refund instead, since we'd only bought it based on his instructions. They refused that too. A female employee then came over and repeated the same refusal, even though we had done exactly what we were told to do. When we said we were calling corporate right there in the store, "Dominic" walked out and drove off before we could even finish the call. No one on staff was wearing a name tag, so we only have his self-given first name, plus photos of him and the female employee, taken because we suspected this was exactly the kind of runaround we'd need proof of. We've filed a formal complaint with McDonald's corporate and are waiting on a response. Dear lord, this place was...something. I don't blame the workers per se and in fact sympathize with them, because they are EXTREMELY overworked and almost certainly don't want to put in extra effort, but even by McDonalds standards this place was bad. I remember getting 20pc chicken nuggets from there relatively recently, and they seemed much more dry and stale than usual. Granted, there is a lot of salt in it, but it made me much more dehydrated than usual and I needed to down 2 cups of water just to make my throat feel less parched. Overall, please don't come here. So I bought some drinks through the kiosk, and on that receipt, I saw the promotion of buy one get one any sandwich through their survey. Then I got the validation code and went into the store and told the worker about this, but their "STORE MANAGER" (very unprofessional) told us, "No, bro," it doesn't apply as you bought drinks before. Then he got another guy and told us that we could get one free sandwich if we bought one, so we did. But then when we did the survey, they told us that NO, IT DOESN'T APPLY. Afterward, they got another worker (a white woman) and told us that we had brought the first receipt from the kiosk and they had no control over it, so it doesn't count. Then she said that we needed to buy two sandwiches at the same time to get the buy one get one free promotion. They are giving us many different reasons why they are not giving us that free sandwich, very unprofessional and unreasonable. Also, that girl said that she is a new person, so she knows how that promotion works while that manager and the other guy don't? Like what is happening with this store? Also, when that promotion didn't happen, we asked for a refund, and they said that NO REFUND. But then afterward, they said that we could have the refund. Like why couldn't they just straight up tell us that the refund is possible in the first place? Is it because we are Asian, and they are racist? The workers there don't even have a name tag on them, and when I asked who I could complain to, they told me that the manager is the biggest in their store. Like McDonald's is such a huge store, it isn't possible that the manager is the only person I can complain to, right? So overall, I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with how this situation turned out, how words/promotion that are on their "OWN" receipt with their own logo are useless in such a big chain store as McDonald's. Also the guy in blue is the manager and the other women is the one who said that we need to buy two sandwiches at the same time for the promo to work. I meant to add this review sooner, but I was still mad at the behavior of the employees on the night of July 2nd. DO NOT GET HUNGRY AT NIGHT BY THIS STORE! The drive-thru person at 2:00 in the morning made me wait 5 minutes then couldn't understand the difference between the word Sprite and fries. It's easy to hate on McDonald's nowadays. In our case, with this location, it was pretty easy in/out. Our order was accurate and fresh. Not much to complain about. The location is either great or terrible - depending on what your situation is. If you're leaving Meriter Hospital and need a quick bite, this serves the purpose. I did notice, as we hit the drive-through window, that inside the restaurant was a bit unkept. The worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. The drinks were warm (no ice, no hot drinks available). When asked for no cream or sugar in the iced coffee, over 12 total asks, 3 windows and 3 staff, they still put sugar in the cup. Half of the ten piece chicken mcnuggets did not have chicken. just pure breading and air. I don't even know how. When I went in to use the bathroom, I saw one of the employees leave the stall, wipe her hands on her apron, and leave without washing her hands. I have encountered multiple issues at this location. My previous visit included this questionable Filet O' Fish sandwich. This sandwich ruined the meal for me and I can never order it again. I received the wrong beverage which didn't matter anyways because it was mostly soda water. The meal cost approx. $9.00 - it was a huge disappointment and headache because I had to toss it and get lunch elsewhere. As far as McDonald's goes--this location is one of the worst. Is it the staffing crisis? If so, pay more so you can get some quality help, please. Anytime you go, the wait is unbearable for McDonald's--and did three years working for the Golden Arches in high school and college, so I know a little something about kicking people on down the road with some sort of speed. Last night, I tried to get a simple order: two cheeseburgers and a large diet Coke. That's it. The drive-thru was only backed up three cars deep. I pulled up to the speaker and waited. Someone asked for my order, I think. It was hard to tell because it was muffled and not clear. So I gave my order. Someone equally muffled and unclear spoke back to me. I have no idea what they said. Then...I sat and waited for almost five minutes at the speaker because no cars were pulling ahead. Finally, we moved ahead one car length, and more waiting occurred. I was in that drive-thru, only four cars total including me, for more than fifteen minutes last night, and I eventually gave up and pulled away. The line WAS NOT MOVING. I pity the people who stuck it out to get the mediocre slop McDonald's serves. Someone needs to do something about this place. They're bringing the corporation down, and that's saying something because McDonald's is the devil on the best of days. read more

Stopped this morning for breakfast and asked for orange juice with our meals.....they say they don't have any. So we opt for chocolate milk. Then they don't give us hash browns and we have to ask for them. We pull off to park and eat, our daughter says her chocolate milk tastes funny. I've been here like 3 times and this place just gets worse and worse. The workers do not speak English and ordering anything is impossible unless you use the app or the kiosk inside. They don't take orders at the counter because they do not speak English. If you attempt to order in English at the drive through then good luck. If you use the drive through you will wait for 5 entire minutes before they ask you for your code from the app and then you will have to repeat the code 5 times because the workers do not speak English. I wanted to add a cup of water to my order so that I could add it to my favorites in the McDonald's app to order a water cup in the future, because otherwise you cannot order a water cup in the app (they want you pay for a bottle of water) but instead when I got to the window and asked to add a water cup to my order (which was just a soda that I didn't really care for) she just said something in a foreign language and gave the indication to move forward in the line. Then I had to ask at the window for a cup of water since that was the whole reason I even came here, but I ordered a soda on the app and wanted to add a water so that when I reviewed my order after the fact it would show the water cup in the order, which you aren't supposed to be able to get on the app, and then I could save that to get free water through the app in the future. This may sound like it's not a big deal but it's important because you can't actually order it in person at this location since the workers do not speak English. Instead they just handed me a water at the window and I wasted 10 minutes in line, but the soda that they gave me tasted absolutely awful, like it had an after-taste of sweaty ass, and then I took a closer look and realized it has a slight brown tinge to it (it was a sprite so it should be clear). That's absolutely disgusting and I will never come back here unless it's to order a drink and chuck it through the window. Obviously I don't think someone actually sharted in my sprite but it sure looked like it and tasted like it, so I would assume their fountain soda machine just hasn't been cleaned for 10 years. I think If you intentionally hired a team to work here and instructed them that you'd pay them a million dollars if they managed to do the worst job possible they would probably still do a better job than the crew that currently works at this place. read more

Asked for an itemized receipt from my mobile order and was told they can't do that. I found that curious because I had an itemized receipt my visit prior. I asked to speak to a manager and was blown off. The cashier ignored me and served other customers. My second visit I got up charged for an entire expresso when I only wanted one shot added to my previous drink. I tried to correct at the screen and the drive thru cashier started arguing with me. So it made me wonder was he trying to signal me or secretly meet some dude in the bathroom after tapping his feet? In the end, my battery was dying and I couldn't take much more. The first time I came here, my order was very simple. An egg mcmuffin and medium fries. I was the ONLY customer in the store. They charged me for both items, and when I got home and opened the bag, there were only fries inside. It's what you'd expect from a McDonald's, and I appreciate that they're open for dine-in when most other quick service restaurants in the area are not. That said, they're not paying particularly close attention to the cleanliness of the dining room; the floor is littered with food scraps and paper waste, and none of the tables that are available looked to have been wiped down or swept underneath lately.
