Standard McDonalds, staff didn't give the right sauce for the chicken. Staffers were moving people through the drive thru at a good pace. The instructions bring you near but not to the site on Waze, too, interestingly it ends on the road right in front of a Fairway Green housing development/HOA. Drive way is one way onto a one way, so it's a bit confusing in the back to get from Old Post Road onto the main Rt 1 road and then into the parking lot/drive thru lane. read more

Service is very slow. Can here with my dad to have lunch ordered take out for family and when I ordered it was by accident the location on Port Chester as it's the same street location. When I asked the manager to see if he can get the food here in Mamaroneck he said no I had to cancel it and it wouldn't allow me so I had to spend double for the same food order and now it's sitting in Port Chester. This is so annoying as McDonald's is a large corporation and could clearly help out a person. It's frustrating as he wasn't helpful at all. Most of the ordering stations have something wrong with them (payment, receipt, screen), the bathrooms don't seemed to be kept up with (no toilet paper, dirty floor) even after I told the people at the front counter I feel sorry for the guy who sat down without realizing *sigh* and after all that there is two (2) TWO (2) strands of hair in my food (10pc mcnuggets). not a pleasurable experience by any measurement in my humble opinion. read more

Hello to all and what a day it has been! Upon receiving my 3 pack of chocolate chip cookies, opening up the bag I was excited hence anticipating three chewy, soft, gooey chocolate chip cookies. Saying I was disappointed is a marginal understatement. My cookies were hard, burnt and not even warm!! What an outrage! I am disappointed by not only these cookies, but with the quality and care in which these cookies are being baked under. Not only will I not be ordering the three pack of chocolate chip cookies again, but I will retain business with this location indefinitely! This place just underwent a million dollar renovation. The place looks nice, but they should have spent some of that money hiring people who know what they are doing. You order a Diet Coke? You'll get regular. You want a double cheeseburger? You'll get a double quarter pounder. You don't want pickles and onions? They'll print out a label saying there aren't any, but you'll get a mouthful of pickles and onions. They seem to have lost a lot of their competent employees during renovations and replaced them with people who just don't care. If you go there, check your order before you leave the store and place bets to how much they get wrong. read more

Looks like I'm not alone in giving them a terrible review. I ordered the two quarter pounder deal (dollar extra for the second one), drove home without checking the bag, found they left out one of the burgers. The only reason I went out on a cold night was because my wife was sick, and this would give her a hot meal without cooking. Upset, I contacted McDonald's website, thinking they would offer to make good for the mess-up, and maybe offer me a bonus for screwing up the order. Despite being sick, I went and ordered food because my kids were asking for McDonalds today. I ordered online and picked up through the drive thru and went straight home only to find a sandwich missing from my order. I called but phone # is not working so I drove back to let them know that my order was missing a sandwich. Instead of apologies, I got dirty looks as if I was trying to scam them of a sandwich which really annoyed me. If you ordered online they will almost always never give you a straw and leave out the syrup and butter for hotcakes they know what they're doing. I went here with my friend tonight and she tried to order for store pickup but and was told she had to go to the drive thru. When we got to the drive thru, the person at the drive thru was very rude and told her if she wanted something she had to go inside. She had a drive thru order from the app and when we went to the front she told them that and they were rolling their eyes and acting annoyed as if they weren't the ones who told her to do all this in the first place. The tables were messy and there was food and trash on the ground Also, every time I come here and order a frozen Fanta/coke drink I order a large but am always given a medium. Even though the medium and small are the same price as the large (2.00), it's still kind of annoying. It's a McDonald's, and it works like it should, except the left turn into the parking lot from Boston post road can be the most annoying thing to the whole trip. You might be stuck waiting 5 minutes in the middle of the road before anyone lets you turn. Otherwise, there is a really amusing drive-thru employee who works the night shift usually past 9pm. This McDonald's is down the road where I live on West Boston Post Road. I ordered a Big Mac and medium fries. The medium fries were ok but the Big Mac was a big disappointment. The meat was not juicy and hot. The Big Mac was tasteless. For these items I was charged over $9. What a gip! The one star is for the fries! As I read other customers' reviews I am not surprised by the low ratings this McDonald's has received. read more

This place needs to train their employees better. I went to buy an iced caramel latte on the drive-thru and they didn't add enough caramel to it, so it tasted bitter. I went back inside the store to ask for caramel and they told me to wait, okay I waited without any problem. But then the person tells me, you need to pay 0.75c for the caramel, which I don't mind paying but why you didn't tell me this since the beginning and make me wait for nothing. It was not my fault that the latte wasn't prepared properly. It's not my fault that the employee was rushing and didn't take the time to add enough caramel. read more

Check your order before leaving. Twice in two days our order was not correct. It was buy two for breakfast sandwiches for 4 dollars opened the bag and there was only 3. How is that possible. Last night ordered 4 quarter pounders and again there were only three. This seems to be a major problem for this McDonalds. Other times totally wrong orders. I placed a mobile order, waited over 20 minutes and they never brought my order out to the car, had to go back to work, so I didn't get a chance to go inside, so now I have to dispute the charge. Went there tonite to use up a 50 year coin promotion for free Big Mac -- staff didn't know about promotion and acted like we were trying to get one over on them. Place was packed - drive thru and eat in. Staff was not polite or friendly. Place was a mess. Paper and food on the floor -- the soda station always has one soda handle that isn't working - no straws - bathroom was dirty and paper and cups piled under the soda station. Now at other times we would see them mopping but the place isn't being kept up and when you are busy - get more help! The food generally is good but the place is going down hill and not a place that is inviting to go to. Tonite was a huge disappointment and a mess!
