Was here just a week before Christmas. Tried calling in for reservations, but nobody answered the phone! I arrived ahead of my party of 3 and was promptly greeted by..... nobody. Some wait staff kept popping up to check the seating terminal at the host station but never once addressed me. Love Sedonas happy hour. Their menu is the perfect place to go for good but affordable drinks and food. Each day they have a different deal. My favorite is going for the Rose glass happy hour. I believe it is on Wednesdays and it's $3 for a glass! The mini pizza and sliders are also so delicious. All the staff is also very friendly. I love sitting at the bar! read more

Very pleased with the quality of the food at this place! We decided to go check out this tap house based on the reviews and I'm happy to report it didn't disappoint. The waiter was very pleasant and polite. We had the wings as appetizers and they were really delicious with a bit of a bite and smoky, perfect combination. Service from Andrea was great and the restaurant still looks great. I had the grilled wings with a side of Brussels sprouts. Both were great with the wings being my go to meal. My wife had the Salmon asparagus salad. The salmon was a good sized portion, moist and perfectly grilled. We treated ourselves to dessert which was the Apple Pie and Lemon Ice Cream. Both were great. Went to Sedona many times in the past dating back to 2019, the food was good but the last time I went I had the Prime Rib with au jus dip. The Prime rib in the sandwich was far from good, being dried out like an old roast or something that had been held too long. Moving forward to today (Sept 22 2024), we opted to see if the situation with the food had improved since last trip about a month or two ago. Today I ordered eggs Benedict, (which I've had many times before), when it came the eggs were over cooked , the Hollandaise Sauce was about the size of a quarter, and the Canadian bacon must have been cut on a slicer it was so thin, hardly like what we had ordered many times before. The entire contents of the plate was barely above room temperature, so the owner (Bill) recommended in the past "they would gladly remake the order if I wasn't satisfied". I sent the order back and shortly after my egg Benedict came back to the table with ONE egg Benedict and the plate was the only thing that was warm. The home fries were the same fries that went back to the kitchen and not as good as they use to be, and still no warmer than the first time or shall I say very slightly above room temp BUT not HOT like they were just cooked, or at the very least, warmed up.The waiter was very apologetic and took it off the bill. Bill J (OWNER)....We gave it a try after you comped our one meal a while back when we were dissatisfied with the meal but we're out of tries here. The food has gone downhill since the days of past sorry to say. We use to come in on a regular basis but no more.
