I don't want to give any credence to the whole "shrinkflation" canard but this is ridiculous. Every time my son in law orders a delivery of McDonalds French fries for his autistic son, the fries come half full. These are orders of large fries. I know the Uber Eats/Doordash drivers aren't eating them because the bags are sealed. I attribute it to laziness and inattentiveness. This place is unbelievable, management has to hire more staff or handle things better because I'm just mind blown at the lack of progress this place has, the speed is obviously slow and lacking in training which i countered by ordering on the app prior which had helped however today I placed an order on the mobile app 24 minutes before hand and when I arrived the team was adamant that I had placed and paid for the order too late and that there was nothing they could do to give me my order because it's now 11:00 and lunch time.. I was happy with this place (past orders, speed of service, cleanliness, friendly staff) until I got to the fries today. As soon as I touched the fries I knew there was going to be an issue. The fries were barely luke warm. I decided to say oh well and eat them anyways, and that's when I found that in addition to them being barely luke warm they were also hard and stale-tasting; similar to when you leave out a piece of bread for a day. They were hard, crunchy, barely warm, and barely salted. I feel like they took old fries and dunked them in the fryer for 10 seconds to heat them back up because they didn't want to be bothered to make new ones. The odd part is that I was able to find a few floppy hot ones at the bottom of the box as well... So, clearly they're mixing old and new. every single time i go to this mcdonald's im missing something from my order. it's not that hard to put the correct items in a bag and hand it out. trust me i've worked fast food it's one of the easiest jobs. so one top of this, if you call and tell them what happened they say "oh okay just say your name at the drive through and we will give you free *whatever they forgot* next time you come if you can't come back". this has yet to happen, i've said my name and mentioned i called and yet this never happens. some people have jobs and have a limited time to get food. by far one of the laziest staffed mcdonald's i've been too so far. maybe when this place is given a completely new team ill give a higher rating read more

I'm surprised no one has reviewed this place yet - I thought I had seen a review for it - so here goes... I used to eat breakfast at this Mickey D's (or get it to go), for 3-4 years almost every Saturday during our crunch time period when I worked at George Mason University - Prince William Campus, back in the 1996-2000 time era. My boss then, being a perpetual frickin' milkman, would get up way to early and want us to get an early start on number crunching for whatever statistical analysis we happened to be doing at the the time for whatever government research project we were working on at the time. Huge quantities of coffee flowed forth from this McDonald's during this time period into my veins. I've had virtually every breakfast sandwich value meal combination this place served up. It's been years since I've been in here - but recently I've been back a couple of times for a meal. My most recent visit was yesterday for lunch - decided to try something I've not had before - their #13 Value Meal - the "third pounder" Angus Bacon Cheeseburger. The burger patty is noticeable thicker than what one is used to at a McDonald's. Served up with cheese, bacon, and thick slices of red onion and dill pickle slices. The burger was not greasy at all. The flavor was surprisingly good for a McDonald's burger. Fries were their normal hot, crispy self. I chose the lemonade option for my beverage. Lots of customers at this McDonald's regularly. It's got a good location - it's right off the Route 234 Bypass/Prince William Parkway and Route 28, as well as being close to the Manassas Regional Airport. Service was good, food came up quickly. My god you guys need some quality control and re-training. 100% of the time I order the Crispy Tenders - because it's the only thing you serve that palatable - and 100% of the time I get to the window, witness the employee put the Tenders and cold soggy fries (we'll get to that) in the bag and then just hand it to me. Umm...I think we're missing a step. If you were to poll 100 people and ask them if they want sauce with their Tenders/McNuggets I can promise you near 100% of them will look at you, like you're the dumbest person on earth, and respond "yeah... duh". Why oh why on earth have I NEVER ONCE been asked if I want sauce? Why do you even have sauce if you're not going to bother giving it out? It's a very simple hierarchy. 1. Is there fries in the bag? If yes: put 2 packets of ketchup if no: do not put 2 packets of ketchup 2. Is there Tenders/Mcnuggets in the bag? if yes: ask if they would like a sauce if no: do not ask if they would like a sauce How is this difficult? There is an Arby's by my house and the only thing I ever get there is their Traditional Greek Gyro. Regardless of the fact that my Gyro is already sauced and requires no additional sauce they ALWAYS ask me if I would like sauce. How are they capable of doing it and you're not?! Now, onto quality control. I have NEVER once gotten fresh hot fries from you guys. Every. single. time. they're cold and soggy. It's like chewing on wet paper. It's honestly disgusting. "World famous fries"?! More like infamous! Salty greasy wet paper towels. Now, here is the reason why I'll never go back to your location again (which means I'll never eat McDonalds again since I only go here because of it's close proximity to my work). I have also never once gotten fresh hot Chicken Tenders from you guys. They are ALWAYS dry, stale and have the consistency of beef jerky. It's a complete and utter rip off and you should be ashamed. I'm not making this up. A couple times there have been 1 - 2 of the 4 tenders that were edible but ALWAYS at least 2 of them are so dry/stale that they're barely fit for dog food. There is a Chick-Fil-A just down the street from you and they always have a line 20-30 cars deep and yet their chicken tenders are, 100% of the time, HOT AND FRESH. The same goes with their fries. I've never once gotten cold stale soggy fries/tenders from them. I challenged you: go there 10 days in a row and order their chicken tenders and I promise you that they've be fresh and hot every single time. The opposite holds true for your 'restaurant'. Your location is a disgusting joke. You're serving badly prepared ez-bake oven burgers and cold stale fries. How do you fail at something so simple?! It's asinine. Just came inside and figured it would be a better experience, and not only did they take forever in bringing our food out, they served people first that ordered after us, then had to remember to bring our food cause we were still waiting. Lately I've gone inside if I don't have my daughter with me because I always end up waiting in the reserved spot for up to 10 minutes at times. I finally got tired of it so I came in and ordered an Egg McMuffin and told them that I was tired of them burning the muffins. I said if the muffin is black, then it is burnt and tastes burnt and I will give it back. Love coming to this location. They are really quick at the drive thru & I've noticed that the only reason why there's a wait at the dt is that some idiot is taking their time ordering or complaining. This place is still only 2 stars. The double drive through is nice (if the driver in the other lane is not rude and cuts you off!). The speed of the drive through is great (unless you are one car behind someone who discusses their choices AFTER getting to the menu board - really! Next time just go inside.) Our sausage McMuffin with egg was terrible this morning. Egg and sausage were fine but the English Muffin was old and stale. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO A DIFFERENT MCDONALDS!!!!!! I have gone here every so often my whole life and the workers at this place should be fired. All of them. They lock the doors so no one can go inside when they shouldn't. I chose to go inside to pick it up because they didn't have an option for Big Mac sauce on their condiments list but when I went up they had EVERY DOOR LOCKED so I went through the drive thru and they had to get a MANAGER to get my order because apparently they didn't even care enough to even look that they had an order. I was there with one other person and they acted like they had 100 customers waiting in line. Rushing around for no reason. Everyone there should be fired or even better, just close the store ‍ kinda tired of this place. I even went there with my boyfriend the day before and he waited there for 30 MINUTES AND STILL DIDNT GET HELPED so we left and went to a different one which ACTUALLY is good.
