This location only offers drive-through with food delivery services being exceptions (curbside pickup). During rush hour the lines (two order lines merging into one pickup line) can go outside of the parking lot and into the shopping center streets. Despite the long line of cars, I did not wait too long for my food. Everything was well packaged. I decided to try out the new sandwich, Grilled Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich w/Colby Jack cheese, less the veggies and a different bun. I would definitely recommend this sandwich. For someone with a low/medium spicy tolerance, the sandwich definitely has a kick to it although the heat isn't unbearable. I came in for an ice cream cone today (March 20th), the girl taking my order, whose name I saw was violet, started looking at me up and down which I didn't really pay much attention too, what bothered me was that when I tried to order I tried to be all respectful and greet her with a smile. She cut me off with a rude and abrasive tone and said "for here or to go" nothing else. When I asked to scan a rewards code she rudely said "for what?" In a tone, and when I told her it was for my cone, she looked down at the screen and didn't say anything else, I had to scan it myself. If I didn't know where to scan it, I would've never known, she never said anything like "scan here when you're ready" only gave me a small gesture, no words. When I got my cone from her I tried to be polite and say thank you but she avoided eye contact with me and turned around without a word. I get people have their days and I would understand and have patience, but I saw she was greeting and smiling to other costumers unlike what she did to me. I've always had a great experience at this Chick-fil-A and the sandwiches has always been very fresh with a very juicy thick chicken patty. Weather I've ordered the deluxe or the regular sandwich the Patty has always been thick and juicy. The drive-through employees are nice and friendly, especially the ones at the window that hands you the food. My family and I have been going to this location since it's closer to us, but recently the staff have been being very rude to us. They always seem to have an attitude for no apparent reason whatsoever. I get it, I used to work in fast food, but I still wouldn't treat the next customer that rudely and be giving them an attitude just because. That still doesn't give you an excuse to be that way. A specific employee, I believe his name was Conver or Convor, made a very offensive comment to us. Mind you, we mostly speak Spanish, but obviously we talk English too. This time my mom was ordering, but she was just asking my dad what he wanted and then that's when that employee started making sly comments. Saying, "I have learned many languages and I've learned that English isn't that hard". He was very disrespectful to my parents, mind you, my father and mother understand English and just only have a little hard time with some of the pronunciation. But right from the get go, this employee was being extremely disrespectful to us, even tho I tried being nice and respectful. He had tried saying that comment in a low voice, so that my parents wouldn't hear him. But my sister and I heard him pretty well, he was just an arrogant piece of trash and rude person in general. He then got mad that we talked back to him with the same attitude that he had been giving us. My parents and especially my mother, can't stand being disrespected like that. They should provide a class to other drive thru places in drive thru efficiency. If there's one thing they have down pat, it's how to make a drive thru work seamlessly. What they lack is quality control inspection of what they are handing out the actual drive thru menu. My cookies and cream milkshakes could have been renamed messy milkshake, with no whip on it at all, it was running down the sides of the cup and from under the rim of the cap. When I asked for another cup to contain their mess, the young lady looked at me like I ad a million heads! How am I wrong for asking for another cup? No one wants a sticky cup, that's just gross! The fries were hot and tasted fab! The key is to ask for them with no salt so if nothing else, they will always be hot. I've been here several times and by far this is the first non four star experience I've received, maybe it was the milkshake, maybe it was the rain but I did miss hearing them say "my pleasure!" Its quick and consistent. The biggest problem with Chick-fil-A is that it's super popular now and the lines in nova are starting to get crazy, especially for lunch time. Don't get me wrong, I go, and its worth it, and they do things to optimize the line, like having someone stay out in front who takes your order super early, but you will still spend 5 to 10 minutes in line if its around a peak eating time. It's hard to beat that chicken though. Especially with their sauces. Let's talk about their sauce, because that's where they really differentiate themselves from everyone else. I highly recommend you grab some barbecue sauce from them, or their standard Chick-fil-A sauce. Both are fantastic. You can also get some honey barbecue sauce in a packet, which is a little known fact. It's also fantastic. I recently placed a catering order for a large tray of Chicken Mini's. I called and placed the order the day before I needed them, and scheduled a pick up time of 8:00am. The day arrives to pick up the order and my wife arrives at 8:05am and heads inside to the pick up area. She isn't greeted or confronted about picking up her order for a few minutes, but when she finally is addressed, the employee states that her order isn't scheduled for 8:00am but is for 8:15am. My wife explains that that's not the case but her claims are ignored. She hears the staff repeatedly say that the customer is there early for her 8:15 order, which is incorrect, but they state they are working on it. The time is now 8:25 and the order still has not been given to my wife. She is already running late to her meeting, and decides to get in line and pay for the catering order, and at the cashier, she explains to the employee that she's here to pay for her 8:00am catering order, and the employee states that the order is for 8:15am not 8:00am. My wife is beyond trying to explain to the employees that they are incorrect and that even if it was for 8:15, it was now 8:25 and she didn't have the order yet. Upon reviewing her receipt for the catering order, it clearly states that the order was to be ready by 8:00am... My wife didn't receive any apologies or anything as she finally got her order. This is not the customer service we've come to expect from this Chick-Fil-A location. They have always been prompt and very kind in our countless visits here. I have to say, this was not right for the employees to repeatedly tell my wife was wrong, yet she was correct the entire time. And the icing on the cake you ask? I get an email today with the following message: "Thank you for choosing us to serve your guests. Your order will be ready to be picked up or delivered at the right temperature, at the right time. In other words, the hot food will be hot, and the cold food will be cold. Remember, set-up and presentation are provided at no additional cost. See you soon!"
