That's not exciting, and I do wish the Golden Arches could innovate again. For now it is what it is. A quick and relatively inexpensive fast food restaurant. Terrible! On 7/11/25, I went through the drive-thru around 3:20 p.m., and I didn't get my food until 3:40 p.m. I was told to pull into one of the numbered parking spots, but every single one was full because they were making everyone park and wait. It seemed really unorganized. I saw multiple people go inside because they either didn't get their food or it was wrong. One lady next to me checked her bag, realized it was the wrong order, and handed it back. Then that same bag was handed to me, and I had been waiting so long that I just took it. But turns out--it wasn't mine either. I went inside to get it fixed, and when they remade it, the bag seemed right. But when I opened the sandwiches, they weren't even what I ordered. At that point, I didn't bother going back again. I didn't even eat the food. There were a lot of employees working, so I don't really understand why things were so backed up or why so many people were getting incorrect orders. These people cannot make a sandwich correctly to save their lives. I stopped going here months ago because anytime I ordered they got it wrong. I even brought it back a couple times. I went again today because the boyfriend wanted a quick meal. They couldn't even get their own regular double cheeseburger right. (No special order) First they had us go park. That is fine, I don't mind parking and waiting but there wasn't even anyone behind us and there were 5 other parked cars. After waiting 15 minutes they brought out the food. We drove home. Opening the burger it was smashed flat with the bun half off and the meat and cheese exposed and there was no onion on it, one pickle and barely any ketchup. It was dry and gross. Had a few minutes to kill so I actually went inside this location and ate. Ordered at kiosk with no issues. Cups were self service to grab which I liked. Food was on my table in 4 minutes and cooked to McDs standards. Guy who dropped my food off offered a smile and a greeting which is more than many people i run into with fast food. Guy even checked a few minutes after I started eating to make sure it was acceptable. Good customer service is making a cameback? We can all hope so! read more

Drive through Egg McMuffins this morning, which I brought back to the hotel and disassembled to get rid of the muffins and just have the meat and egg and cheese. The queue for the drive through went quickly enough, the person taking my order was intelligible and my order was accurate. Super hot coffee as is usual. Typical McDonald's. I went through the drive-through and they couldn't find my order. Then when they found my order, they didn't have it ready. So I had to pull forward while other people backed up behind me and wait 10 or 15 more minutes. Lady comes out to bring some other customer their curbside order, and notices that I'm still waiting. She says to me are you still waiting on that breakfast sandwich? I said I sure am, I didn't realize this was such a complicated process. About five minutes later, she came out with it. there were people ordering at the kiosk so i figured it was still open. one of the workers came from the back and stood behind the counter to cash out the register i'm assuming. she then started talking very loud about how once they leave she's shutting them down. so i started to walk to the counter to ask about an online order i placed and instead of being polite she was very rude. she said the lobby was closed and i had to go thru the drive thru to get it. once i mentioned i placed an order over the counter she was VERY rude about how i could get i. i went thru the drive thru and another worker had told me that i was able to get it and that she had called it out already. the first lady that was very rude didn't wear any badge and wasn't dressed professionally. i do understand the lobby was closed but she could've have been more professional saying how the lobby was close. there was no sign or anything saying the lobby was closed and the website saying open 24 hours! read more

I live closer to the South Willow St McDonald's but the Brown Ave location is just better in every way. Cleaner, faster, friendlier. The manager is super nice too. I mean, it's McDonald's. Who really cares about reviews for McDonald's I guess, y'all who go are still gonna go, BUT they really new to get some employees with some attention to detail. First there was hardly anybody in love and it still took forever for them to take the order of one person in front of us, then our order came out wrong, they charged us extra by adding additional pancakes to our order, then didn't bring out enough silverware, then we realized we didn't have a syrup for them, and the food was not as good as usual for breakfast. Well anyways me and my wife came here around 2am after attending a Def Leppard concert Saturday night. We got the number 5 (2cheeseburguers + small fries and soda), 10 piece Mcnuggets , A Big Mac , A large order of fries and a chocolate milk shake. Everything was done and delivered through the window in less than 5 minutes. The food tasted great nuggets and fries were nice and crunchy. And did I mention it all costed $21 ?? This is quite possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff is incapable of comprehending orders via their drive through, either the equipment is broken or they all have their ears boxed with brass cymbals when they arrive for work. When confronted with mistaken orders they become defensive and obstinate. In my case their wasn't even an attempt to rectify their obvious mistakes, it's incomprehensible to me that the employees and management have such little regard for paying customers. Perhaps the proximity to the airport means that they don't have repeat business to cater to. Honestly though the fries are likely salted by the tears of those self loathing customers who choose to frequent this establishment more than once in their quest to eat themselves to death. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would, one can only hope that the establishment is closed or that hearing aids are provided to the staff. Damn this place to hell... even there it would be shitty. read more
