The calamari was tender. Hubby had a bacon cheese burger with onion rings. The burger was juicy and well seasoned. The onion rings were crispy and lightly coated. I'm at this location right now. I was greated by the sweetest, and friendliest cashier I've ever experienced in a restaurant!! Her name is BRANDI! We walked in, and she had a huge bright smile, she was right there ready to take our order. She said hello, still smiling, asked how we were, took our order, repeated it back exactly right. After our transaction she quickly walked away from the register and then very quickly put our food together on our tray, and brought it to the counter. Again a beautiful friendly smile, she asked if we needed anything else, then told us to enjoy our meal. She was so warm and sweet, very good at a customer service job!! She makes sure to wish everyone a good day after they finish with her too. I've been watching her from my seat and she goes out of her way, above and beyond to greet everyone with the same bright big smile, and hello, and delivers fantastic customer service. She's amazing! Doing a great job and I feel she should be recognized. I also spoke to the store manager on duty about her, I was really taken back by her impeccable customer service! We will be back. I was a McDonald's employee at this location (mind you, this was my first time working in fast food), and I just quit last week. Not gonna lie, their management here is horrible. Just working there was a bad experience. I'd say this: please do not apply for a job here if you're thinking about it. Most of the people are rude and make the environment uncomfortable. (Some people are really nice, but only a few.) I got yelled at by a supervisor (whom I didn't even know was a supervisor) over a question that wasn't clear, and made me quit the next day. The day after I quit this job, the General Manager did not bring up the situation or even ask what they could do to improve their management. Instead, they ignored the situation and did not care. I hope the supervisor gets fired, and I hope they will improve (probably not), but who knows. I highly doubt the corporation will do anything either. I'm leaving this review to warn others not to apply here. Please find a job that welcomes you and doesn't raise red flags from day one. I have never written a negative review before, but this is my first. Please take my advice and look elsewhere. read more

I don't know if she is a supevisor or a manager but her name is Ashley and needs more training. They have his promo and have won two prizes and I wanted to claim. She insisted that only one per visit but there are four person bought it. Technically even if I have four claim stub I can have the four prizes and they can just ring it separately or I can give the stub to four person and have them claim it. this place needs to train their managers better. to yell at an employwe in front of employees and customs is unaccept. if you trained new employees correctly they could do their jobs. But to yell at the top of your lungs is unacceptable anywhere. no wonder this place has a high turnover over of employees. Stopped going to this location completely because of the fact that the local druggies like to "camp and bbq" at the side of their driveway. Didn't mind it until I witnessed the guy who own the cart start harrassing someone unprovoked. I wish the city could step up and help that shopping center clean them out. read more
