First, the good: when I arrived at the drive thru, I was very quickly greeted and the gal I spoke with was pleasant to interact with. My patty melt was very flavorful and delicious, as well as piping hot. Total thumbs up there. The unfortunate: I was the only car in the drive thru, and although I was able to order and drive up to the window quickly, I then sat at the window for aaaaaaages. By the time I was handed my food, the line was 3 cars deep. I appreciate that they were maybe making the food fresh, but holy smokes I waited forever. It is also worthy to note that the location isn't great. This is not the restaurant's fault, obviously, but it's something to know. The parking lot is ridiculous and I have no idea how there aren't constant accidents.

One small thing is that they didn't install hooks under the bar for hanging handbags. The first thing my Girlfriend does in any restaurant where we sit at the bar is look for hooks under the bar. Small thing but big improvement. More importantly is that for this new high end restaurant the wine list must be upgraded. The wine also needs to be served at the proper temperature. In Arizona you can't keep your red wine on the bar and serve it at room temperature. Hopefully management will correct things in time but for now we will be regular customers at this fine dining establishment. Now the best dining experience in Maricopa.

The restaurant is small but they have a nice patio option as well. Our server, Tyler, was wonderful - very attentive and personable. And the food was amazing! At our table we got the peppered shrimp pasta (delicious, spicy and filling) the flat iron steak (perfectly seasoned and cooked) and the special which was chicken fried steak. The mashed potatoes were honestly one of the best I've ever had and I need the recipe. I was too full to try the other sides but everything looked great. I am excited to come back as there are a ton of things on the menu that I want to try, and I love that they have specials! Also I need to try brunch! Will definitely be making this one of our go-to spots.
