1 star I had a really frustrating experience at this McDonald's. I placed my breakfast order at 10:29 AM, just a minute before breakfast service ends. When I arrived at the window, I was told they had already switched over to lunch and couldn't fulfill my order. I understand there are cutoffs, but I ordered before the deadline and still didn't get what I wanted. If you advertise breakfast until 10:30, you should serve it until 10:30, not cut customers off early. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Won't be coming back. read more

The only positive thing I can really say I can really say about this location is that they were quick. I came at 9 PM on Thursday. The location here have very modern chairs in an odd formation. The buttermilk tenders are very crispy and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it taste! I love the new container as well! Perfect to store your sauce and dip on the go without worrying about a mess! The sausage mcgriddle is my go to favorite! Good for anytime of the day! Unfortunately the service was very poor today. We usually go to the drive thru but this time we decided to eat inside this time. The cashier acted like she didn't know what was on the menu. The food took 20 mins to come out and by that time the fries were cold. They were also out of salads for the day. The place was not busy at all and neither was the drive thru. The service at this location was not that great this time. Hopefully it was just a one time thing! I would still recommend going to this location instead of the one on Pendleton. read more

Besides it being a little slow, they got my order right and were very nice! The sweet tea wasn't over bearing and the burgers I got were made well. Fries were fresh and hot. I would give this zero stars all day. I've tried to eat in here twice. The first time I was slightly frustrated by lack of any condiments, napkins or even straws out. This time it wasn't jus that but the lack of help I received. I stood at the pos for a while, it was just me and my girls trying to get breakfast before it ended in 15 minutes. After being passed by two employees wordlessly I finally yelled into the back if anyone was working the front register. No words just a lady came out of the side and asked what I wanted very blankly. I named the first item, hotcakes and sausage, and was given my total immediately as if to tell me that's all I would be allowed to ordered. I smiled and said "I would also like a bacon egg and cheese with a coffee". Again I was bluntly told my total and asked to pay. I ordered another meal and again was told my total. Later on I realized I hadn't ordered myself a drink because I felt rushed. Before she could leave from taking my order I asked if I could have some ketchup, napkins, straws, silverware, cream sugars and syrup. She definitely wasn't going to ask of I needed anything. I will note as well that the menu changed from breakfast to lunch while I was ordering, it had taken that long for someone to help me. My order came out missing hotcakes. I ended up having to go half way into the back screaming excuse me four times before someone asked what I needed. Finally with my order I realized I had no sugars or creams. I had to press every one of the help buttons and watched them actually ignore me as I asked excuse me over and over, five times this time. I was actually waiting too giving them time, waiting for someone to just be standing at the expo area. Nothing. If you want drive thru then you're fine but evidently they don't give a crap about you if you're dine in. I had just had a horrible morning and this was suppose to be an easy relaxing family breakfast at McDonald's like when I was a kid. However it became the rudest service I've had almost anywhere. I haven't really been keeping up with this account but I'm logging in solely to give this review at the moment. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever encountered. They're incredibly slow. Consistently. Their systems are down more often than any fast food restaurant I've been to- meaning they can't accept credit cards. The franchise owner owns several locations and they're all abysmal. The workers are hit or miss but mostly throwing off a crappy attitude (can't blame them based off the management I've seen in action). And it's been like this for YEARS. The owner is making buck so I'm sure they don't care. This location has 1.5 stars. If I could I'd give it half a star. Find out the problem and actually do something about it. The order kiosk is ridiculous. They say that it is safe and "convenient" but it took us 4 times longer to place our order there. The layout is stupid and the buttons need to be pressed 6 times to get them to "take". The screens are filthy so I do not know how they think that is "convenient" or health safe for customers. Everyone feels like McDonald's does not what the public inside anymore so everything is made difficult. The food comes out then we immediately need to get up and go to the counter and wait for help to get napkins which should have been put in the bag in the first place. We frequent this location because of its proximity to our house but I think I'm just going to stop going entirely because of the lack of service and rudeness. The order is usually wrong. The same person who always seems to take my order, never gets it right and always corrects what I'm asking for even though I ask for what it is called on the menu and then he still doesn't get it right. I think their computer system calls things by other names. Even when I only order a drink, it's wrong most of the time. The lady's at the drink and food window are usually always nice though. Unfortunately this restaurant is the reason I'm making a yelp in the first place. I was living in the area when the spot this McDonald's sits on was only a corn/bean field, and have now tried going back to it over and over again (for over a decade now) due to its proximity. Staff is usually poorly trained or disinterested plus you have an honest 50% chance of your order being wrong on top of it taking 15-20min. When this McDonald's was built and staffed, these problems were acceptable and expected but as someone who has worked in food services, it is boggling how this location's service quality has been so poor for so long. If you need a McDonald's fix, I'd drive several miles north or to the south on Olio to the locations by I69 or I70. read more

I always have a great experience here. I don't know why it says it's closed, it's not! It's always clean, food comes hot and orders correct. The employees are always super friendly. I had great interactions with the manager, Cheyenne. She goes above and beyond to help out. Well where do I start? I pull up to the drive through, the manager proceeds to tell me that they are only accepting cash at the moment. That wasn't a problem considering that I intended on paying with cash to begin. Then she tells me after I wait for 5 minutes that the entire system is down and she cannot take my order for 30 minutes at minimum. This is not the only time that this McDonald's has done this to me.
