She did not want to give me a refund. Thanks to this experience I will make my refreshers at home. Its more cost effective and I know its safe that was not ice crystals in the cooler, and if it wasnt for the drink not being properly prepared I wouldnt have investigate further into the texture of the ice crystals or sugar...whatever it was didn't natural.
