Along with MANY others, your hours say 24hrs every day. I show up to this location at 4am, just getting off of work. First time I've ever seen a "walk-up" window. Figured I'd have good chances ordering food and eating outside. No. The staff is on their phone, leaned over away from the window. Finally an employee sees me, opens the door and says they are closed. Computers where working, no one was cleaning, and they had at least 2 employees inside. So why aren't you open, even though you state to be open 24hrs. Seems like your employee rather make a paycheck milking the clock rather than doing their actual jobs they were hired for! read more

Long story short: Just go to Whataburger, folks. Wish 0 stars was a possibility because 1 star is too generous. I don't go to McDonalds very often and this location is a prime reminder of just why I'm not a mcregular. Went to order a couple meal specials through the app but the app limits to 1. Went to the drive through and was told the deal was now conveniently only available on the app. So had to pay full price for all items individually which came out to $20! Uh...when was the last time you paid $20 for 2 small meals at McDonald's?! At the window, the lady was about as rude as it gets. She walked up, gave me the stink eye, said nothing, and shoved my drinks at me. I said thank you for some reason. She disappeared for a while then came back, stared at me with that oh so loving Mcstink eye glare again, said nothing, and shoved my food at me. Again I said thank you for some reason. Got home and my $20 overpriced order included 2 ice cold burgers, 2 orders of old, stale, and cold fries, and was missing the sauce I ordered. So please do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Unless you like being overcharged, being treated like Mcgarbage, and getting cold, stale food in exchange. Might do yourself some good and just avoid McD altogether. Using the mobile rewards app, I was using the $1 breakfast sandwich deal and ordered a bacon cheese biscuit which is an eligible sandwich in the list. They charged me extra for the cheese and said they don't have a bacon cheese biscuit there. I asked for extra bacon and only got one slice cut in half. No extra bacon which I paid for! And on top of that they put egg on it which I did not ask for. If they are going to offer the deal then they need to get it right. I was over charged 49 cents for the cheese and$1.49 for the extra bacon I did not get! This is not the first time this has happened to me. Clearly, the only requirement to work at this location is a pulse. I was ordering food for a homeless veteran in the adjacent parking lot. I used the app and attempted to pick up at the outside window. The lady informed me all orders on the app needed to be picked up in the drive-thru. Okay, cool. I get in the drive-thru line. Upon telling the employee at the speaker I have a mobile order, he says he can't find my order. I give him the order number. I didn't have a drive-thru code because on the app, I chose the "pick up inside restaurant" option. The employee kept saying "you can order and pay for you food. You're not going to get it for free." First of all, wasn't trying to get food for free. Second, it was already paid for via Apple Pay on the McDonald's app. I guess he located my order because then he told me," online orders need to be picked up at curbside parking." Umm, no. I was told to get in the drive-thru line. Also, why is it an option to pick up inside or drive thru on the app? Needless to say, they gave me the order at the drive-thru window. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS! We ordered biscuits & gravy, a breakfast burrito & and bacon, egg & cheese bagel. We were given no utensils to eat the biscuits & gravy and the burrito was ICE COLD, like they had pulled it out of the freezer and put it in our bag. I called the restaurant and spoke to Laura, the manager. I was told that they would replace both if I could return to the restaurant by 10:30 am. It was 10:25 at the time of my call and we were at least 15 mins away. When I told her this, she again told me I had to be there by 10:30 am. I come here sometimes before work around 5:15am. I know there is only about a 50% chance that they take my order and make my food quick enough for me to actually have time to stay and receive it. The other times either the wait just for them to take your order is 10-15 min, or it takes 15-20 minutes to make the food and I have to just drive off like everyone else in front of me. WORST LOCATION EVER! In the drive thru line for 23 minutes and you would think when you got to the window the employees would be nice or at least apologetic? HECK NO! This IS the slowest McDonalds EVER!!! OMG I can't begin to tell you how frustrating it is to go to this location. For 2 years now the service here has continuously slowed to a crawl. I can't figure out how they have not had enough complaints to warrant a complete overhaul. This will be the last time I stop here. So this time, I pull in to the drive thru and there was one car in front of me placing an order and the same situation in the 2nd lane. Immediately another car pulled in behind me so now I was stuck even if I wanted to leave. I waited almost 5 min before the line moved at all to place my order and due to both ordering lanes now merging in front of me, I continued to sit motionless for an additional 10 min before reaching the pay window. After paying, I sat another 5 min before getting to the 2nd window. Now at this window I wait yet again and then I'm asked if I already got my sweet tea and when I said no, she asked if I ordered some things I did not order. The woman looked confused, walked off, and returned with another bag. She said "Here you go.", and handed me the bag. Frustrated, I drove off. Keep in mind that I pulled in to the drive thru at 1:35 and as shown in the picture with the receipt, I pulled away at 1:57!! That's what you call FAST food??? To top it off, once home, I am told that the large fry I ordered was a medium. This place has failed us so many times in the past.
