Tried the caprese, Mediterranean, and egg potato sandwich - all were so fresh tasting. The lattes were also delicious. I wasn't a huge fan of the pistachio croissant. The inside is so cute and spacious. All the servers are so sweet and the owner is so kind. Will definitely be back.

I walked in an greeted the lady behind the counter. Though she was sweet, I made initial contact. I then ordered a vanilla latte(my favorite) and to my surprise it was 6.84 after tax. Yikes. But whatever- still paid and tipped. When my drink was ready, the lady that took my order pointed at me and said the drink was ready... excuse me. I grabbed my overpriced latte and added some sugar and walked out. The place is very artsy on the inside, very calm. I probably wouldn't come again unless desperate, though I would still recommend.

I really like this place but they are truly a hit and miss when it comes to the food. They are out of ingredients a lot of the time and don't mention it up front. Idl that ! Otherwise they are okay

The old adage,"first impressions are everything" certainly applies here. Highly recommended by a friend I set course for the nether regions of the ever expanding Collin county scene. Walking in,I was immediately at ease. Soft groove background track, abundance of seating to include, leather chairs, tables, banquet and high tops. Easy to read menu, helpful staff and the ringer....real glassware! Got me! Go!

I really love this coffee shop. When I first walked in, I saw beautiful paintings on the wall and it was paintings that were available for purchase! I thought that was a real concept as the artist did an amazing job on them. The staff was also kind and very patient with me as I debated over what to get. I ended up getting the Strawberry Matcha latte and also a blueberry muffin. I was going there to study/do some work and so they gave it to me on a glass cup and the matcha was a lot bigger than I expected! It also tasted amazing and I loved the strawberry bits in it. The muffin was okay but I also came at a time where there weren't that many pastries available. I've been on a cafe hunt and this is my top #1 so far.

Disclaimer: this was first posted on google maps a year ago! I just made a yelp account! My apologies if there has been changes since then! I used to love going here (past tense because it's literally so far away from me). I would come here early in the morning to study all the time. I love the different varieties of drinks that you can get here but I tend to go to my usual (caramel latte and hazelnut latte). But I have tried the Amazon Chili Mocha (I didn't like it as much but it's still good regardless. As well as the Maple Cinnamon Latte; I have gotten this at other places and it was just as good, though i think they went kinda ham on the cinnamon. I didn't like their Vanilla Cream Cold Brew as much but that might just be me. For non-coffee drinks, I did get a Vanilla Matcha and it was great! As for food, I tried the Avo x Pesto toast and it was pretty good, just a bit plain for my liking. But if you're there during breakfast time, I highly recommend making your own "My Breakfast Bowl"!

I tried their summer menu item iced blueberry crunch latte and loved it! I have tried blueberry lattes from other places and this has been my best experience so far. The coffee service was great and came out quick. I also got the avo toast which was pretty simple but still good as well.

What a cute coffee shop in McKinney. I came on a Friday morning and noticed almost the entire cafe was already filled. I didn't realize how busy this cafe gets. The actual cafe is a lot bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. It has plenty of seats to drink coffee, hang out, work, and eat. The noise level of this place is moderate to loud so if you're stopping by to do work just be aware of the background noise. The staff that took my order was nice. I ordered a caramel macchiato with almond milk. It was good coffee. I can't say the best but still good and the size was nice (16 oz.). I didn't order any of the food but I will the next time I visit!

Lovely coffee establishment. Lots of seating both indoors and covered outdoors. We got a hot oat milk chai (they didn't have soymilk) and an iced americano. Both were very good. They offer reusable mugs/glasses as well as to-go options. The inside decor is clean but very general. The cashier was very nice.

First off the Chicken Fried Chicken was delicious prepared very well good flavor and very crispy. The gravy had a lot of flavor as well no salt or pepper needed. The restaurant is decorated very nice and had a good vibe. I ordered a second piece of sourdough toast which tasted great hence the reason for a second piece. The real home made jam made the toast. When the bill came I was charged $4.50 for a single piece of toast. This was a ridiculous amount for a single piece of toast it was more than my iced tea. Really $2.00 for a piece of bread toasted seems like a reasonable price. I just finished breakfast at another breakfast spot up on University. I really can't compare apples to apples except for the addition pice of toast. $1.99 for two slices of toast. Over all meal was priced fair. I just don't think I will be back here due to the prices.

While waiting for our table, the manager or possible owner was telling single-party guests there was a 30-minute wait, while parties of three or more were being quoted only 10 minutes. An older woman standing there heard him tell the group in front of her 10 minutes right before he told her 30. The more I thought about it afterward, the more disappointed I was that I didn't speak up in the moment. Treating guests differently based solely on party size is unacceptable and left a very bad impression.

We were told it would be about 30 minutes, but it ended up only being about 10. Inside, Sunview is loaded with Texas décor all over the walls. It feels pretty small, but they definitely take advantage of every corner of the space for seating with their booths and tables. The prices are pretty fair for a brunch spot. One thing that definitely caught me off guard was how many things were on their double-sided menu. It felt like a legal document with how extensive it was. It is definitely overwhelming, but I locked in and ordered a Meat Lover's Omelet. It's filled with bacon, sausage, ham, and American cheese. For my sides, I got hash browns and two pancakes, which is a steal for a $14 omelet. It wasn't long before the food came out, and I crushed the omelet. It needed some salt and pepper personally, but it was pretty good and hearty, especially with the pancakes as a side. The impression from my brother and sister-in-law was that they wanted to come back here often, and I'll probably find myself returning next time I'm in Dallas.
