This place is horrible!!! I went up to the walk-up line and after waiting 10 minutes for service (I know that they saw me walking up to the window) the manager came out to tell me that the window is closed and they are only operating one drive thru. I totally understand that you can be short handed but put a sign up letting you're customers know that the window is closed. read more

This location is drive through only! And they meant it! I placed the order via the app and choose pick up in store since it's one of the option. Walked to the pickup window and showed the manger I placed the order on the app. She told us it's drive through only and refused to talk to us. Since they have already charged my credit card and there's no way to cancel the order or to change the pick up option; I had to waited in lines on feet with the other cars on drive through line in order to talk to a person. Once they opened the window, my order was ready even I didn't tell them anything about it! This is because the manger saw us in the camera and refuse to take any action, but let us waited in between cars! Absolutely hate coming to this location but somehow I end up here. Every time I regret it so I've stopped. The kids want happy meals, it's the closest, but check this they never come through the mic. This is the worst location I have ever been too! I work at 5am so you can imagine my breakfast options are limited when I don't have time to make something at home; this location is conveniently located right by my work but they always has something broken, their system is always down, or like this morning literally had their drive thru blocked off with both employees standing outside smoking! I totally understand that things happen that are out of their control but when things are happening multiple times a week that's seems a little fishy. I'll drive the 5 minutes down the road to another McDonald's who never seem to have any issues and never has their drive they blocked off. i recently visited this location and used the drive thru. when i pulled up to the window to pay, i wanted to add a cookie to my order. the attendant had to check with the manager. after checking with her, we heard her yell across the restaurant "tell them they need to drive back around"!!!!!! Just terrible!!! Went and made a purchase and when they gave me my medium drinks they were actually smalls. I asked to see the manager and he also said that what they were giving me were the media m drink size. I asked to see the small then and they proceeded to show me the kids drink. When I got home my husband called up there to speak to the manager and he told my husband that did not happen. My husband then asked for the district managers name and phone number. Instead of providing it he gave us a bogus number to some random guy. I will never use this location again and may never got to a McDonald's again. Worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Went to this McDonald's after work I am a restaurant manager so I got there late. Went up to the drive thru no one every said anything went up to window no one came to great me. Then got out to see what door said as far as being open they were drove around a second time waited and was finally greeted after saying hello two times in the mic got to the window lady took my money and didn't say a word to me but to tell me the total. I thanked her for my food and she just shut the window on me. When I got home the bread was hard on my burger. Worst service out there. I have avoided this location for years, but yesterday I needed a couple of cheeseburgers and there is not another McDonald's on this side of town. I simply do not understand this place. It is drive through or picnic table (and walk up window) only. Even with two lanes, the line is always horrible. I went to the window and was not waited on for about five minutes. The other guy at the window happened to mention to me that they didn't have lunch ready yet... breakfast only at 10:45. I left and came back a little bit later after some shopping. Service that time was polite if slow, and the food was fresh. It is not like a dine in location cannot be supported here, and for much of the year it is way too hot to sit outside. To make matters worse, you have to drive though multiple parking lots to get to a light and make a left out of here. I suspect this will be the first and last time I come to this McDonald's. read more

Dont get me wrong. I get that this is a mcdonalds and i shouldnt expect much but come on guys!the black guy in the first window never gives me my receipt or even bothers to ask if i want it . And the girl in the second window seemed like she wanted to kill us because we showed up to her window. My food was correct. Which is surprising because ive previously worked at a mcdonalds and i know how many times people tend to mess up. Mcdonalds is just notorious for it. So thankfully my sausage biscuit and hash brown were both in the bag. But when i tried to ask the girl at the second window for ketchup, she tried closing the window before my fiancee could even inquire about the ketchup. Rude! If you are in such a rush you can at least still be courteous to the car currently in your window. I get that you work at McDonalds but life is not that hard. You put a lid on the drink. You hand out the bag and you provide ketchup if the customer asks. Dont make it obvious that you hate your job and your life so much to the point where it is obvious to others. For pluses, this place is very cheap and usually clean. The staff are patient and friendly. Most of the food tastes great. The ice cream and drinks are all good. For negatives, their food looks fake. This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I ordered a McChicken and a 20pc nugget. The McChicken was gooey in the inside and the nuggets weren't done. We actually come to this one on a weekly basis. Don't see a need for a dine-in so that's no real loss. However, it is not staged to handle the constant business that comes through. Walk-up by its nature should be given at minimum the same priority than a drive-up customer. They're generally treated as a nuisance that can stand there and wait until you're caught up with drive-thru. No matter how busy or steady this restaurant is, priority is always given to drive-thru. Always. They'll walk right by the walk-up window and not even acknowledge you. Most of the time I can run across the street to Wendy's, order my food, pay, pick up, come back to the McDonald's walk-up and the same people are still waiting on their order. It is rather ridiculous. Plus, please, please, please don't give a dirty, wet sometimes nasty cup. Yes, it gets dirty when you fill it up. Shouldn't you wipe it down?
