I went to this McDonald's after I got off work. I was the only one in the drive thru. I gave them my app number and ordered one of the app specials. The gentleman taking the order was hitting every button but the one I ordered. Finally, a manager came and helped him. I repeated the order numerous times. I even handed my phone to show them what I wanted. They rang up my total and I said it was wrong. They overcharged and never applied the discounted price. They said I can't use two specials on the same order. Because my family was hungry I paid. On my drive home, I called another McDonald's and explained what happened. Long story short, the manager lied to me. They said they have buttons on their micros to give you the right price. They said the manager didn't even try ringing it up correctly. When you have a sick family, you give them what they'll eat. My husband started eating and ended up spitting out the food. The food was cold and inedible. The fries were old and greasy. I didn't even get a full order. I called the store and the manager remembered me. I never heard the run around in excuses until I talked to her on the phone. I asked for the owner to call me. I have yet to get a phone call. Obviously, she never told anyone. If I could give 0 stars, that would be generous. Don't ever go here on non rush times. Your food will not be fresh. And their employees need retraining. read more

Best McDonalds I've been to in a long time. We stop there when going from twin cities to Austin frequently. Quick service and always hot!

I stopped to get lunch, it has a tiny parking lot with many potholes. I was driving a small rv, the manager came out in a loud voice and said Ma'am you are blocking my parking. There is truck parking over there. I apologized jumped in my vehicle and hit the road. Perhaps a sign would be nice. But, his approach was so rude. Really, bummed me out! Corona Summer, this year was a year of road trips. Everything was canceled so we decided to venture out. We have stopped at the Medford McDonalds multiple times. Every time we have stopped at this specific location to grab breakfast to start our journey. Best attributes: 1) Great customer service, the guy today was dancing when he took order #lovedit 2) Accuracy of order, every single time, 3) Less than 5 minutes exit to on-ramp, and 4) Quality of the food, top notch care. Worst experience ever. Stopped her to just use the bathroom and there was zero toilet paper in either stall of the women's restroom. That's because it had all been shoved into the trash can for some reason of the larger stall. Upon further investigation, the entire wall was wet with some liquid that I don't want to ask about. Let the front employees know and they said "oh well". If this is how they leave the bathrooms, just imagine what's in your food. read more

This location is one of "those McDonald's " that can never get the Oder straight for example I was just there yesterday morning and asked for a simple egg McMuffin I received a sausage McMuffin with egg and so on and so. I would say without exaggerating 1/2 the times I'm there it's messed up. read more

My kids are picky. They do not like condiments. Every.single.other.Mcdonald's we have been to has messed up our order. There has always been an errant pickle or cheese where there shouldn't be. I have dreaded having to wipe onion and mustard off buns while going 60 on the highway.... but today... this evening... Medford,Mn McDonalds on the Frontage road... you have restored my faith in Fast Food professionalism. The line was almost out the door when we arrived, unfortunately the service here can't seem to keep up with the demand & it wasn't even that busy. Everyone in the building seemed to be waiting for their order and confused when they received a messed up order. The facility is new & modern looking but the service needs work. read more

If i could give this McDonald's a zero I would. Filthy floors, dirty bathroom, tables, overflowing trash (couldnt get our trash in.) Stone cold french fries, bacon burger no bacon, no lettuce, forgot the second sandwich (we only ordered 2), LONG wait!!! This is at 2 PM Sunday. Really slow service, really dirty bathroom. At 9am, no soap in dispenser, faucet was barely functional, and only one stall.

Handed us a bag of slop when we asked for it for dine in. Food was poorly made and cold. Hash browns look as if they had been sitting out over night. I watched a worker pick up cups off the ground then proceed to put them back to give to customers. Disgusting. read more

This place is disgusting. Food tastes old. I was told that there were cockroaches found behind the frappè machine. Managers are immature and unfriendly to costumers. The bathrooms are disgusting.The floors are always sticky. On several occasions, I have seen managers and workers sticking their hands in the fry vet and eating fries. The kitchen workers are not required to wear hairnets. DO NOT order chicken sandwiches because on one occasion, a customer ordered a chicken sandwich with no lettuce and there was already a sandwich made with lettuce. The employee then went to the garbage can, pulled out a piece of plastic and scrapped the lettuce and mayo back into the garbage. Employees are always going on their phones and don't give correct change. This place is disgusting, I will be taking my business else where and would recommend saving your money and driving to Wendy's instead. read more

We were traveling through the Medford location on 6/11/2017 stopped and ordered a happy meal and a frappe. It took 25 minutes to get our order. When we received the order the soda was water and the frappe was runny. After all that the happy meal was without a burger. So we had to stop and go inside. Very rude and stupid people. Needless to say we will never stop again. We usually travel through that area for our grandchildren...I guess you don't care how you treat customers. read more
