This is a super-busy East Memphis location @ Poplar Avenue & White Station. Not hard to find, since "It's next to Corky's BBQ" & vice versa. Breakfast here is consistent & mostly mistake-free. It still irks me to receive 17 cents change from $3 for a Large OJ. But that's my Beverage of Choice since I don't drink Coffee. They just can't seem to get any help. It's usually only 2 or 3 people trying to cook, serve, and take your money. I have spent over 30 minutes in line outside with only a few cars ahead of me. Absolutely horrible service. We placed a curbside order. After waiting for 15 minutes (analogous to sitting 15 minutes in the drive through), I went in to check on the order. The nasty service agent told me (without apology) that "we're out of tea." But they hadn't bothered to come outside to tell me that???!!! Since we didn't want a drink other than tea, I offered that we would accept a plain cheeseburger as a substitution (since similar price). She declined, despite the fact that she could not deliver what I had already paid for. She finally threw a hamburger in the bag and walked off without another word. No apology! My nephew can't get enough of those salads with grilled chicken - Premium Bacon Ranch Salad is what Google said. Add my moms and pops to this salad equation too for good measure. "They loving it!" I honestly waited in the drive thru for five to ten minutes, which granted the three cars in the other lane for the double drive thru were there before me and my friend were, there is no absolutely no excuse for that particular customer to get precedence over us. We were actually pulled up to the speaker before they were even close to it, and that customer was being rude about the workers not making much. So she thought it was funny, and let them place their order first. Garbage Food: We had one of the worst McDonald's meals EVER this evening! The container of large fries was only filled halfway but even that was too many because they were inedible; cold & funky tasting to the extreme. My friend got a 'premium' chicken sandwich which was also served lukewarm. He said it was "pretty nasty". My happy meal cheeseburger was gross & the fries were vomit inducing. They remembered to put the toy in the bag though. The Dr. Pepper tasted yucky, way watery like the syrup was running out. I hate fast food places because the margin of error is so fine, I mean it's not that great anyway & they really have to make sure the food is hot and fresh for it to be tasty at all. I have had an ok meal here before but when I get food like this it makes me not want to eat at ANY McDonald's for the rest of my life. I feel nauseous. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! You're better off starving!! Terrible. I will never return here again after years of living around the corner. My daughter and I were in the drive through running late about 9pm. Some lady w a little kid (toddler) let the child order at the window for about 10 minutes.. mind you I'm being generous on time. She took forever to order (obviously prob a kid of an employee.) Then they pulled up and were out of the drive through as I'm still waiting in the drive through for someone to take my order. The 2 cars behind me pulled away and said screw this (happens & is way too much accepted at a bad fast food place.) I waited. Waited. After some more minutes I pulled around to the 2nd window. (mind you I've been videoing all this at this point in total disbelief.) some chick was at a computer inside. Some other dude pointed and laughed at me and walked away. I kept sitting there and at this point I'm pissed. I kept honking and dude came to the window (which I again got on video) and told me he was "off the clock." I asked him who was on the clock then as it's now hitting 9:20+. He didn't say anything except he was off. I told him he should not be behind the counter or in the drive through window off the clock then bc someone has to answer to their bs. So all in all I spent 20+.minutes waiting for a toddler to have a hay day and order whatever and then be totally ignored. As a service industry worker I was appalled. I was never helped either. I called the number on the window to complain and I won't stop until I get a hold of someone to listen to this. I will never go there ever again. Once again, I got this all on video. No telling what they would do yo your food regardless so now I'm done. I don't do reviews much as I feel one experience could be mid interpreted as a customer.. but this similar experience has happened and this one threw me over any excuse they had. I told the employee to do better. Chick fil a will be the only option as I go forward. We went there and spent our money there and were treated nice and swift.. w fresh food at that!! This McDonald's is not only bad.. it's terrible and horrible and sad and should not be opened. I only gave it one star bc I had to.. I'd have given them a 0 as I was never helped at the drive through or any window. What a waste of my time. So disrespectful at that. Went to this location on 5-4-2018. Received wrong food from drive-thru. Payed $9.16 for 2 Bagel sandwiches with sausage, received bacon. Tasted 1, not enough bacon and I do not like bacon. Called and was told by Shonda to come back next time with receipt and they would give me 2 correct sandwiches. Do not normally eat breakfast but returned today, was told I had 7 days to return and get my wrong food replaced? Tiwanda was rude, uncaring, couldn't of cared less if customer was happy. My daughter and I stopped here for breakfast before class today and everyone was so nice and kind. One of the managers went above and beyond to help her pick out a toy she was wanting when we didn't even order a kids meal. Everything was fast. Our food was fresh. This is awful period. I live nearby and have frequented this establishment. The service is slow but even worse by usually not correct. Check your food order every time! On several occasions had to request for ordered foods and not a pleasant experience. I don't hold them to high expectations except food paid for and not cold . Tonight my french fries were ice cold , double cheeseburger awful, and just terrible. It's not a one off experience unfortunately. Avoid them if possible. Sad. read more

I worked two jobs today, i hurt, i came home, i got settled in. I found the wrong chicken on my salad. I can't be pissed, i understand it happens ( one of my jobs is fast food) but my disappointment was rampant. I called and explained, John the manager was nice enough to add me to the food replacement registry for full meal and dessert.
