Stopped here for a restroom/snack break on our way back to Birmingham. If you wait until the exit that makes most sense, you'll have to go all the way around the world to get to it, so exit before you think you do and just take the frontage road! But I digress... They didn't give us fries and when we told them they were missing they snapped at up to give them the receipt then told us to pull up with no apology. We waited for over 10 mins for our fries but they had forgot about us and we had to go in for them. Then I noticed that my burger didn't have pickles or Mayo so I went it to have them fix that and that took another 10 mins. All in all, it took us 40 mins to get our meal and have it made right and it wasn't super busy. When I was in there having my sandwich remade I saw they had ample staff but many of them were goofing off or staring off into space. The manager yells at her staff from the dinning area while she focuses on paperwork just as we walked in. Floors are slippery as if they used an oil based clean, just don't add water or you're going to fall. This a challenged store and should be completely re-staffed. Be aware of these issues read more

Waited 30 minutes for the slacker workers to play around and worry more about getting off work than to take care of a simple double cheeseburger add mayo and a mcdouble no pickles. i have medical issues and have to wait to eat sometimes so I buy ahead. I would give this NO stars if it would let me. Horrible service. Order wrong. Ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin. Took about 15 minutes to get the order. Then I finally got the McMuffin. With egg. No sausage. Went back to get Sausage. It was going to take 5 more minutes. Forget it! I let them keep the food and left. So I'm out $5 hungry and angry. Hoping to NEVER come back to this location and really mad at all of the McDonalds in general. Which is sad...because I did like sausage and egg McMuffins before today. read more

They are always friendly, they have never gotten our order wrong, and we always look forward to returning here. The location is open and clean. If we have a problem then they work quickly to resolve it. Other McDonald's locations could learn from this location. read more

While driving to Tennessee on a Sunday evening the kids became hungry when they saw a McDonald's sign from the interstate. Unfamiliar with the area I turned to Yelp but there was only one review more than two years ago, so we chanced it. This McDonald's appeared to have been remodeled with bright lights around the building and drive-through, televisions on the wall, an order ready number screen, and the menu with calories of each item on public display. The bathrooms were fairly clean with hands-free soap dispenser, water, & hand dryers. I tend to locate the rating on the wall whether a number or letter just to make sure the restaurant passed inspection & it had an A rating. The young lady who took our order was friendly and got our order right, that is a plus for me especially in fast food. Our food was hot and pretty good. This McDonald's has people taking orders with wireless boxes before you get to the counter, or the drive up menu board, to speed things up. When I arrived, they had 2 school bus loads of handicapped children filling the dining room. They do very well keeping things moving. They have nice hand painted 'murals' on most of their walls, and a couple of TVs to keep up on the news. read more

Driving north through Mississippi and we needed to stop for a quick bite. Even though they were out of crispy chicken for my salad, (said it would be 8 minutes or we could just have grilled) and the fries weren't salted to my "McDonald's" standards, I still wanted to submit a positive review. My husband noted, as we were pulling away, "I think that was the most polite McDonald's I've ever been to!"
