Customers should be able to pay for their food without worrying that their financial information will be compromised. I understand that card theft and fraud are unfortunately common today, but businesses also have a responsibility to ensure their payment systems are secure and to investigate when customers report repeated incidents. I have reported the fraudulent charges, and the individual responsible has been identified. I sincerely hope Burger King takes this matter seriously so that no one else has to deal with the inconvenience, stress, and financial risk that comes with having their card information stolen.
