I can honestly say every single time I come to this particular location I leave with a frown, but I go back because I am fooled to believe they will clean up their act! I grew up on loving the French fries. The prices are good, the location is good, the customer service stinks, the inside isn't the greatest. But it's not a 5 star restaurant. It would be nice if I was like it used to be but everything changes. Some for the better and some for the worst. This place has just changed for the not so great. Franchising doesn't make the product quality decrease, it just distributes it to other places. I just hope they turn around soon. Service. This was the worst service I have ever experienced at a McDonalds. I waited 20 minutes for 2 orders of sausage biscuit meals. When it finally came there were no condiments that I asked for and the young man forgot my drinks and accused me of having it regardless of not seeing it in my car. Line is LONG, Customer Service is ass, wanted to add more items but they completely ignored me and moved onto the next person, I pulled up to the window and asked the same thing, they told me I would have to go back around and get back in line to make another order but we didn't go back for just a couple items to wait in a line that takes 20+ minutes. Also had to substitute a cone and inquired about what I could substitute it, they gave very short and rude responses and when I just settled for another unwanted soft drink, they didn't reply and and answered with a "second window." (Didn't know of this McDonald's reputation of broken ice cream machine). It's good for when all other nearby McDonald's are closed but if you can help it, go elsewhere. I went through the drive through around 8:30 am and ordered 2 sausage biscuits & 2 hash browns. I was advised to park in the drive through spot to receive my order. It took 10 minutes to receive my items. Because of my wait I went inside to ensure I would receive my order. The staff were absolutely rude and even rolled their eyes. When I come into town I normally go to the other location, but since this was closer to where I was I stopped here. I will not come back to pay for unfriendly, rude and slow service. read more

The manager on duty, 17 July (chubby black girl) allowed the cashier to disrespect my wife and I over the one large pop we were waiting for 15 minutes with no one else in the dining room. The immature "lead" cashier(with red hair) told us we needed to wait until she gets to it. Next thing you know, the entire crew was shouting at us. Absolutely AWFUL service. If i could give it no stars I would! I waited (timed) 10 minutes in the drive-thru, finally got to the microphone and no one spoke. Line went fast, so 1 star for that. Food was hot and fresh, 2 stars for those items. But the drive thru staff were not friendly or courteous. Girl taking my order said "what would you like" (nothing else) when i pulled up. I placed my order and she gave me a total. No order read back, no "pull to the 1st window", nothing. The guy taking the money practically threw my debit card back at me. The girl who handed me my food never said a word to me. She forgot my straw so i asked for one as she was handing me the bag, and she snatched the bag back and stuffed the straw in it. Not a single word, even when I said "thank you" I realize it's McDonald's so i don't exactly expect star service, but a simple "please", "thank you", "have a good day", SOMETHING goes a long way. Extremely clean location. The food comes out fast and there is a lot of staff on hand to handle the weekend lunch rush. The food tastes good and the order comes out correctly. The only negative was were weren't given our drink cups and the manager ignored me when I stood by the counter to get them. Luckily a table washer was courteous enough to give me the cups. read more
