Came here to buy a road map of how to find better food. Should have gone to MapDonald's instead. In the South and oh-so-fancy part of Miami right along the highway and close to the water, you will find this McDonald's. It's typical, and it's close to a lot of popular areas like Coral Gables - the irony is that there's not a lot of amazing food around these parts (although hipsterYelp and touristYelp disagrees), so fries here for example are actually some of the better stuff you'll find within a couple of miles, whereas the much of rest of Miami is flush with culinary perfections. Just a flyby review for my standard McDonalds that gets my order wrong 2 out of 3 times. Most recently, I visited to try the hyped up international flavors menu. I opted for three of the four, all of which were a massive disappointment coming from a girl who has unashamedly tried McD in other countries. 1. The fries. There is literally nothing special about them, but here you go, a seasoning packet they pulled from the sample section of Badia, for $3. I mixed the seasoning with ketchup because when you tossed the seasoning over the fries, they don't stick (much like how the salt doesn't stick if they're not hot and fresh). 2. The spicy mcchicken - oh I'm sorry, they rebranded it as the mcspicy chicken - was also really standard for what used to be their mcchicken. "Spicy" for south Floridians, not for Hong Kong. Good crunch though, but really not something to go out of your way for. 3. The stroopwafel McFlurry. I love a fresh stroopwafel on the canals of Amsterdam. Was any of that mildly sweet, airy crunch in this McFlurry? Nah. Instead it was a caramel covered mess with toffee bites thrown in. Don't mistake yourself - nothing stroopwafel about it. The service members are so rude, we tried to use a code for our order they completely ignored us and made us pay full price even tho they said they applied the code. And also conveniently the receipt machine wasn't working (def just knew she wasn't giving us our free fires lol. I was greeted by someone yelling at why i was parked in a mobile order space, then tapping away rudely with my receipt in hand followed by another round of customer service not knowing i was there for a drive thru order. I go to this McDonalds 1 or two times a week. In almost all cases food provided is delivered fast, hot and as expected.

On the 30th of June, 2023 at approximately 0535 am, I placed a mobile order (GZ47) at the 3200 S. Dixie Highway, Miami, FL 33133 location. I was 3rd in the drive-thru until I had gotten to the cashier's window and sat in my vehicle for nearly 20 minutes waiting for the Manager at the cash register to hand me a receipt, after I had given her my mobile order number several times and she finally replied back my full name from her search, confirming the order. She then stated that I need to place an additional order to the order that I had placed, not stating her reasons why. After so much time wasted, I had to drive off to head into work before reporting in late to work at 6am. The same woman has harassed me before from orders that I had placed and she would purposely take a slower pace of time, that I had to drive off without my order. Those other times I had not reported because I was thinking perhaps she was having a bad morning or perhaps she was depressed and miserable working at McDonald's or she was frustrated because she didn't know how to speak English and my order was too difficult for her to comprehend, however, she is either a Shift Manager or an Assistant Manager or the Manager. I unfortunately again had to withdraw from my order and leave but this time, I am reporting this incident, in case, there are others for the same reasons, from the same person, at the same location, perhaps from different times of the day/afternoon/evening/night. Be Advised to the potential probability of food-tampering, language limitation barrier, prejudices and misconduct and abuse towards customers at this location. Purchased an ice cream Sunday literally half way filled from the top of the cup. Went into the store to get my refund the manager no badge he claims his name was Eliot, stated his manager did not provide him with one, then stated that's the way corporate wants to fill the cup. I requested my money back, it's false advertisement. He requested to see my receipt, like if I brought the Sunday from home, I gave him the receipt. This location is run terribly, and overall the restaurant is really bad, every time i go its at least an hour wait for your food. Also, something is almost always up with the quality of the food. They are always missing some type of sauce and usually never have ketchup when i go. Cleanliness is definitely an issue and the workers seemed to have given up on curbside pick-up. If you order through curbside here, you will be left to wait for hours in your car because they just don't come to your car to give you your food. If you do pick-up here it takes ages to get and you have to battle it out with other customers to get your items served. By the way, its not like they have them done in order, you have to physically go up and ask them to even MAKE your order. Don't come here if you aren't coming through drive-thru. read more

We spent over 45 minutes in this drive thru only to come up to the last window and have the employee say "we are only taking mobile orders" and he left ?????? They could not even put a sign up in any of the screens or windows saying that. They let everybody wait in line for no reason. I know McDonalds aren't particularly known for their customer service, but they are known for their piping hot and salty fries. If you are looking for them, don't ever go to this McDonald's. I keep giving this particular McDonalds at this location a chance but it's just so bad. My fries are ALWAYS under-salted and soggy. I've ordered chicken nuggets tonight and they also lack the true crisp of a hot chicken nugget. Because this is fast food I'd be willing to let the quality of food slide once in awhile but this is consistent with the McDonalds on McDonald road!
