    Tiny bun on Quarter Pounder

We are in Ohio for business. We grabbed a quick lunch (12:06 PM) from this restaurant. We had to wait for the quarter pounder the fries had been in the warmer too long and was barely look warm after waiting. We was charged a (Drink Upcharge) for tea because it is not a fountain drink. The burger was bigger than the bun. Very dissatisfied!

What a great surprise, it's nice opening your Chicken McNuggets and they are nice and organized in the box! I always get great service here! This made my night and appreciate McDonald's on Bagley Rd even more!

So, typically after a movie my best friend and I go to a fast food joint just to get a quick bite to eat. We decided to stop at this McDonald's because it was the closest. The building is new it has been remodeled in the past few years and still looked nice inside. I ordered just a burger and drink. I went and got my drink (ice and Hi-C Orange) and I decided not to put a lid on. I ALWAYS put a lid on but for some reason I just didn't last night. After I ate my burger I went to take a sip and I looked in my cup and saw nasty white stuff floating inside all the way down and floating on top. It was revolting! I refused to drink that.. How the hell was I supposed to know what it was?! So I went up to the counter to show them and ask for a new cup. I explained I had white stuff floating in my drink and several workers began laughing. Not one person apologized to me and acted put out when I asked for a new cup. They were rude teenagers and very unprofessional. I am going to be calling Corporate and reporting this. Food was decent and hot.. But due to the unknown substance in my cup that will prevent me from EVER coming back here. The workers was extremely rude. That also is a big factor. Stay away.. Unless you like being treated like crap and you enjoy white floaties in your drink. ***EDITED: I emailed a complaint about my experience and the owner of this McDonald's herself personally called me that night. She was extremely upset and offered her sincere apologies. Also sent me a gift card and pulled up video/audio to see who it was that acted so wrongly. I am very pleased that she took these matters into her own hands and just for that reasoning alone I am willing to give this specific McD's one more shot! **

    Clean and fresh. My favorite

Ordered a plain burger and got a plain with onions. Service was slow but I was acknowledged when I walked in.

It is what it is, a McDonalds. You get what you expect. Inexpensive fast food. They do have a value menu. I do like the fries.

Inside is very spacious, homey but modern. There was a lot to consider, but they advertised as a crepe place so I opted for a savory and sweet crepe plus a croissant to go. Plus some macaroons because why not? Got to watch my crepes come to life, and food got dropped relatively quickly. Took pics and dug in. The crepes were fairly large and had pronounced flavors. The Paris crepe was citrusy and sugary in the right ways. The whipped cream was of low quality though, leave a film on top of the pallet and the propellant was bitter which makes the whipped cream taste cheap and out of a can. The savory crepe was odd. The presentation made it look like a sweet crepe, but it was balsamic glaze. It worked with the filling but threw off my expectations. It was funky, cheesy, and very savory. Needed a little salt to help make the cheese flavor pop. The croissants are gigantic. Did not expect as big of one for the price. Was suppose to be pistachio flavored cream but it was more almond flavored. Think they tried to use extract and lost the flavor with the sweet. The macaroons were okay, little crumbly and also lacked flavor. Not bad, but not with the price. Everything came out to about 45 bucks, so a bit pricy but the portions were large. I would expect a bit more punch in flavors for the money, but it wasn't too bad given the size. It's good crepes, and great portions. Needs better quality control on their flavors but if they can fine tune that then this would be an easy recommendation. Right now, it's fun to try but might be not to everyone's taste

You place your order at the counter and they bring your food and drinks to your table. We got a maple bacon crepe, crème brûlée crepe, kid's crepe, and I had to try the Dubai chocolate latte. My older daughter and I halfed each of the savory and sweet crepes so we each got to try both, while my younger daughter had the kid crepe all to herself. Overall, we thought the crepes were good - we enjoyed it, but nothing spectacular. However, I think I enjoyed my Dubai chocolate latte more than the crepes. They had some interesting drinks on the menu and I'd like to go back and try some of their other coffee creations.

I stopped in last minute while out running errands. I was seated immediately on a busy Saturday late morning and greeted right after. The menu is fantastic. Great options, wonderful seasonal specials. (Short rib omelette?! Hell yes!) I wanted basic, so I built my own omelette with a side of bacon and a hot tea. They have a great drink menu- coffee, specialty cocoas, tea, cocktails, mocktails, and refreshers. I was on my way to see a friend, so I grabbed us each a refresher to go. My meal was out in just minutes. Expertly prepared, fresh and delicious. Also a very nice portion. Sourdough toast was excellent. Generous filling for the omelette too. The only drawback was a common plight for strip mall restaurants- entrance that opens straight into the dining room. No foyer or vestibule means the cold January air nipped you in the face every time that front door opened. On cold days, get a table in the back. I'd like to highlight the mocktail concept, too. I often want a spirited drink but don't imbibe booze often. I love that they have offerings. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. I can't wait to come back!

It appears to be a pretty popular brunch spot for Berea residents and I can see why! The menu and the space inside are huge! First thing I noticed, other than the ample parking available is that the cafe is decorated nicely and was busy, with lots of customers already there enjoying their Sunday brunch. My order was taken quickly by our very efficient server. While I waited for my build my own omelet to arrive, I tried some bites of my friend's meals, such as the lemon meringue blueberry pancake. My friend didn't think it was worth $8 despite being delicious. It does make for a pretty picture, doesn't it though? I also tried a few bites of the pork smotherer skillet ($15), which is essentially a heavily pork based meat skillet. This is a very heavy dish and my friend could only eat half of it. I don't think it will reheat very well, unfortunately, so only order it if you do plan to eat it all! See picture. Meanwhile, my build your own omelette ended up being $15.26 and my diet Pepsi was a shockingly high $3.69!!! Tasty and hearty, but the omelet should have had the meat also inside the omelet, like the cheese was. I think I was a little shorted on my meat here. After tax and tip, my bill was a shockingly high $25!! Based on the very outdated menu they have online, I thought I'd be spending 15 bucks, 20 at the most. Is Berea really the hopping spot where an omelet and diet coke can justify a $25 cost? No. Also, do not trust their menu online - the prices are very outdated. I do want to shout out our server, who was on the top of her game with our table of 11 women. So we did not deal with the slow service many other Yelpers seem to have experienced during their time here. Good brunch place near the airport, but overpriced. I did leave full though and with my bottomless pit of a stomach, that's very rare! Haha
