McDonald's used to be my go-to for an affordable breakfast, but their current pricing is completely out of touch. Longtime customers are officially being priced out. I recently ordered a basic sausage biscuit and was shocked to find out that adding a single slice of cheese costs an extra .90 cents! Does anyone actually work here? I've been in line for like ten minutes. The previous car just took off and now I'm sitting here with no service. No, "Hi, we're running behind" or "hey, go to hell." Went through drive through and waited 22 minutes for 10 nuggets. They went above and beyond bad service as 3 different people walked past our car to deliver meals to others and none asked about our order. I had to go in and then to top it off, the nuggets were NOT hot. read more

if I could leave negative stars I would. This McDonald's has always had its issues, but lately it has gotten ridiculous. About 2 weeks ago my family and I went in the afternoon and it took 45 minutes to get food. Today I wait 30 minutes to get 1 Quarter pounder meal and I had to go inside to get it after waiting that long, once inside the back workers said they still had to cook it. I get home and begin to eat my meal and thankfully I looked down because something didn't taste right and the entire center of the burger was still pink. I'm thankful I got the uncooked burger rather than my 3 year old however -1000 I do not recommend and will be telling everyone I know to not go to this location read more

Ordered half tea/half lemonade, drank most of it then noticed it was full of small winged bugs.

Anyway it was a pleasure talking to her. Great customer service from her. All of the burgers that were ordered were correct. Hands down the worst McDonalds I've been to. I only ordered an Oreo McFlurry. It was ice cream with Oreos on top - no blending at all. The worker gave me no spoon, said "hold on", and came back giving me a packet of a fork and knife, saying "we're out of spoons". Shut the window and didn't bother to reopen it when I had a question. I went in, asked the one person who paid attention to me standing there, and luckily he made the effort to dig a spoon out of a box in the back. The service is extremely lackadaisical and sloooooow. The employees are rude and argue with you. Instead of micromanaging fries and folding origamis into the bottom of the fry boxes you should try cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant. I have lived here 18 months and this location is still the most disorganized McDonald's I have patronized. I gave them another try this past Saturday afternoon and was reminded why I avoid this location. I did mobile order. I ended up having to go into restaurant to get my order. Complete chaos: staff arguing with each other, food and debris all over prep area. One customer requested napkins because none were out in self serve area and a very nasty female employee yelled back at customer that they are in dining room. The customer said, they are empty. The nasty employee rolled her eyes and finally gave a few napkins to the customer. Then another employee came out and started restocking napkins. How does this McDonald's pass inspection. I saw them take a burger that was made incorrectly and didn't throw it away. The customer came back into the business with the burger unwrapped and showed the manager that it had cheese on it. They put it aside for some unaware customer in the drive thru lane. Is management making you all to be cheap when you're ripping us off with higher prices but smaller portions size? This business is near Flat Rock Rd in Midland, Georgia . This place is putting the public's health at risk. What if the woman had put something in the burger. Also the bathrooms are always nasty. Customer service is always good (at least in the drive thru) however, they can't make ice coffee with light cream to save their lives. I'm giving up ordering the ice coffee with cream. Every single time I order it light ice, light cream, the coffee ends up having to be remade because they put so much cream in it that the coffee is WHITE. I've tried ordering it by asking for one or two creams and it still comes out super heavy on the cream, like they don't even care about the order. read more

Probably one of the best McDonald's in Columbus. They usually have hot salted fries and fresh cheeseburgers which is the basis for a good McDonald's. They don't rush you in the drive thru which is a reoccurring theme for a lot of fast food places in Columbus. Another reoccurring thing for the other McDonald's in Columbus is that the don't get your order just right, but that's not the case here. If you want McDonald's in Columbus, I'd recommend either this one or the one on exit 10. read more

This is about McDonald's as a whole. I love documentaries. Late at night I hit the sack with a documentary on ancient history running on the computer and just listen until the Sandman gets me. After 8-10 repetitions over successive evenings of the same documentary, the information is part and parcel of my soul... McLibel is a documentary about two British activists who are sued by McDonald's-UK for statements made by their Greenpeace-affiliated activist group in London. The statements were that McDonald's food is unhealthy, can cause health problem if eaten to excess, is bad for trees cut down to produce Mickey D's packaging, and the bombastic advertising aimed toward children is pernicious. The two activists targeted and sued - Dave Morris and Helen Steel - cannot afford lawyers, so Dave takes on McDonald's lawyers by himself in Crown Court. He has backing and some advice from a trial barrister, but in open court he is on his own. He was a former postman and was working a nondescript, low-paying job and raising his son by himself. Dave Morris rips those Fat Cat Corporate Lawyers to shreds on many occasions and the judge, Justice Lord Bell, really seemed to be tacitly enjoying what was unfolding in his courtroom. In the UK, libel and free speech laws are stacked against the Little People (they have no Constitution or equivalent) and these two Little People, Dave and Helen say, screw it - we'll take them on by ourselves. Not an inspiring love story etc because Dave and Helen are simply associates and friends. Justice Lord Bell's sometimes scathing ripostes to McD's lawyers are a joy. Their trial system is totally different from ours. The Little People get their voices heard via Helen and Dave and this is far and away the best documentary of the thousands I have seen. Probably one of the best McDonalds that I've been to. The inside is very clean and nice and the service is quick. Also, the staff is friendly unlike the majority of other fast food staff members. Definitely recommend coming to this McDonald's over others in the area. read more

Waiting in the drive thru when the previous car was done no one came over the intercom to help us, we had to call out to them. They were very short and only said "what else" , "what else" . . . We ordered a sandwich with only mayo, instead received a sandwich with only NO mayo. Prefers another sandwich with no pickles, there were pickles, soda was flat but not as flat as the personality of the people at the window. Wish I could giver lower than 1 star. The service is terrible. They would not give the drinks we ordered and we sat "pulled down" waiting for TWO drinks for over thirty minutes. They did not care.
