Visited for breakfast yesterday on business trip, and had a five-star experience. Very friendly staff, including a manager who warmly greeted me upon entrance. I ordered online and put to pick up on counter. I get off to pick up and the cashier told me that my order is at drive thru and that he did not have access to that. I get in my car and wait in the drive thru and when I get to the window they tell me that they don't have it. After they reviewed my receipt they suddenly found it and told me that they had to still make it. I ordered 20 minutes before I arrived. He told me it was because I said I will pick in counter and I went through the drive thru. I told them that I was told by the cashier to go through drive thru. I was very surprised to find out that they had biscuits and gravy on their menu. It was very fresh the biscuit had a very good taste to it and texture and the gravy surprisingly was very good. I went to this McDonald's on January 10 of this year, and they did not have ketchup. What was so disappointing about that is they could not even give me some that they use on the hamburgers, I also had gone earlier in the week and they were out of ketchup. They said that they are eliminating the fish fillet sandwich from their menu, yet they had it on their display board. They are slow, and they are rude, and when you're in the drive-through, you would think that you were talking to a robot instead of a live person. Very disappointed. read more

Every time I go to this location something always goes wrong, an employee being extremely rude, another employee gets my order wrong, and this past time I went through the dt and I order something for me and my little brother, come to the window and the girl doesn't even repeat my order and charges me for an order that isn't mine!! Around 12pm I went to the drive-through and the lady at the first window was rude and making a scene. my fiancé had gave her money and one of the dollars we got from the bank had a small injury and she continued to go thru the store making a deal of it and being rude. She first was making a deal of us getting the change to hand her to finish the payment and she was being rude and rushing us and just making a big deal period. We have seen her more then one time before and we just blew of the rudeness but she is just ridiculous and probably should be moved to the kitchen or sum. After many crappy encounters at this mcdonalds I do have to say Michelle finally gave me a chance to leave a good feedback. She went above and beyond for my son. She actually over heard a conversation between another employee and I over a minion toy. The lady at the cash register said they didn't have a toy he wanted which was no big deal but she went out of her way to find it for us. The food was extremely fresh and the playground was clean. called my friend a blanco puta after they messed up her order. maybe don't mess up the order and it won't be sent back?

Walked in and workers acknowledged me and ignored me, 10 mins laters I walked out and went to the drive thru, served immediately, changed the order from small fry to large and from one mcchicken to two, took back the small charged me for a medium. Which charged me more, Asked for 5 packs of buffalo. Got 4. Wrapping of the mcchickens were the same. But one was spicy. Drove back up there asked how much a large was and added the small and medium, I was at a lost. Spoke to the manager told her the relevant issues, she was not apologetic not mean though, she just shrugged it off. As soon as I saw no sympathy, I demanded my money back and left.... counter argument, even though it appeared no one was there, I know how it is trying to go home and close, I get it. Mistakes happen but when all these issues happen we at least want the management's acknowledgment of there wrong doing instead of treating it like nothing, time is money and I gave both, in 3 trips just to be disappointed. I'm not angry not when they screwed us over not when I spoke to them I just kept getting sad. Good luck to your company. Ive been to this McDonalds several times and only deal with them because they are the nearest in the area. Im from North Dallas and recently moved to Midlothian. After this visit I am permanently traveling the extra 15 minutes to Waxahachie. This McDonalds is awful! My drive thru orders are always messed up or things are missing. The workers dont care nor do they listen. Today I even saw a worker eating while working in the line and its so nasty! Isn't there a designated place to eat while on break? Theres others people's food youre dealing with! I am appalled by this location and today was the last straw. My order was simple. 3 mcdoubles and a $6 classic meal for me, my husband, and a relative. They forgot cheese on the mcdoubles, forgot my mcdouble in the drive thru, and gave my big mac a regular bun instead of the usual sesame one even tho no request was made. Then I had to wait 10 minutes on a slow day for them to give me the other mcdouble and didn't discover the cheese missing or bun messed up until we were home about to eat. I shouldnt have to worry if my order was right if workers and this place knew what they were doing. No stars and shame on the owner. read more
