So, I give the McDonald's in Milesburg, PA another chance. At 9am on a Wednesday morning it took 9 minutes from start to finish to get through the drive thru for one breakfast meal. Why would the hashbrowns be cold and the coffee barely warm? Whoever owns this restaurant is an idiot and only cares about the money and not customer service. I've been to this McDonald's a million times, and I really want to like their fries, but every time I visit, they disappoint and I am not exaggerating. The fries are consistently cold and often taste stale, but today was a whole new level. They were lukewarm and dark brown, which just didn't make any sense. It's such a letdown because everything else is usually fine--the burger was fantastic, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I don't know what's going on with the fries, but it's becoming a real issue. I pulled up and the guy at the window seemed like he was on drugs. He asked me what I wanted to drink. Then he asked me what my food order was. There was another girl there that he was relaying everything that I said to. He told her I ordered an iced mocha but I ended up with a caramel mocha. Pulled off 80 on a long car ride to get lunch and use the restroom literally 10 minutes ago. We found this McD's very accessible off highway, good parking, not too crowded on Sunday afternoon. The place is nice and neat, but food is so bad, far below any McDonalds I've been to. I got a 4 piece chicken strips and opened them up once we got back on the highway to disappointment. These 4 tiny strips were burnt or over-fried (if that's possible). So small, so dry, so inedible. I took a bite into one and I it was solid like a brick. It's going in the trash at the next stop we make. I recommend to the owners/managers/staff that food be Quality-Controlled before being sent out. I don't appreciate getting served yesterday's chicken strips. Now I'm a little hangry because this food I paId like $4.50 for is trash. I respectfully request you do better. To potential visitors; go anywhere else, Subway or a gas station down the road. read more

Shame on me for not reading the reviews. I ordered off the new international menu, the new tomato mozzarella chicken sandwich. One of the key ingredients of this sandwich is the cheese...missing. Another key ingredient is tomatoes. Mine were a light pink outside and a white center. The lettuce was part brown and there was about 5 times as much sauce as there should have been. My dad and I stopped here on the way to Ohio, and we were automatically greeted at the door by a worker putting a new bag in the garbage. We ordered and because of the rain we were suggested to leave soon unless we wanted to stay overnight lol. But our order was made in less than 2 or 3 minutes, and other customers were already warned to leave due to a river forming on the road out of the parking lot and back onto the main road. Because our car is small and the water was up to our bumper the manager even took the time to come out and direct us towards the best way of getting out. This by far is the slowest McDonalds I have been in. The drive thru is not bad but in store service is terrible.

The staff is very nice and with better managers this would be a much better restaurant. They need guidance and a better team attitude. They are very busy and very understaffed at times. I am not sure if that's call offs or just a timing issue. I remember when most McDonald's had a person cleaning all the time and keeping up with supplies. I would like to go back to those days. I am local so I am there often and see very different shifts managers and staff members. Most times the food is what you expect on the fly but orders get messed up once in a while. They always fix it when pointed out it's what you would expect at this type of restaurant. Headed there today for lunch it's quick and I really like the free Wi-Fi .
