Ok, so I almost never review your typical chain places. BUT... We moved to Milford earlier this year and with life being crazy with work and having a little one, we have been stopping by this McDonald's quite a bit out of convenience, often just for a $1 large Diet Coke. They are consistently friendly, and the line is usually really quick compared to other drive thrus (and I hate waiting in lines :) ). It's been a struggle for many restaurants over the past two years, whether it's a big chain or a small local dive. So I just wanted to give them some props for the consistent good experience, for a place that usually takes a lot of criticism. read more

This McDonalds and the nearby unit in New Hudson are a complete abandonment of fresh, warm, and good tasting burgers and fries. Every time that I am talked into ordering from one of these establishments, I have to remind myself never again. The service is as bad as the food. As soon as the pandemic is over I project that McDonalds will suffer a setback in business as better burger joints like Five Guys and better fast food places like Jersey Mikes dominate the industry with better quality, better tasting and better served product. Drove my today to grab my breakfast, and was out really quick. I'm usually in a rush to get to work, so I'm always trying to find the McDonald's that will get me out as soon as possible. (I avoid stoping at the ones that have made me wait more than 5 min). Came here today and grabbed a large coffee and an oatmeal bowl. The oatmeal comes with cut up fruit (apple) and some cranberries, etc. It's very delicious and a great substitute from my usual sausage egg mcmuffin... so I was happy. ATTENTION MANAGER!!! The play area is DIRTY. The high chairs need scrubbing and sanitizing. The doors had a weeks worth of greasy hand prints. It was disappointing when I happened to carry hand sanitizer and had to clean our table as well as the high chair, which was filthy. Makes me wonder how often the play area is cleaned (if ever). Manager guy in the second window hands me my large "mocha frappe" and I leave. Taste it and it's caramel, I know this because I get a mocha frappe everyday and I hate the taste of caramel, go back and hand the lady at the first window the caramel frappe and she takes it and tells me she will have him make a new one, I pull up to the second window and he acts like he doesn't remember me, asks what I had and I tell him you were supposed to make me another frappe since you gave me a caramel, he then says they weren't supposed to take my first one back because I could have poisoned it and that what he gave me was correct and hands me a medium frappe this time instead of the large I paid for, and it tasted even more like caramel, so he obviously is doing this on purpose and I will never go back to this location again read more

I went to mcdonald's on March 28, 2020 at 12:16pm. I ordered fine, and paid, and then got up to the window to get my food. I ordered a large fry that's it. The blonde haired women literally slammed open the window and handed us our stuff and we grabbed and then she slammed it shut. It happened so fast my boyfriend and I were just staring at eachother like . As a person who used to work in food service my bosses would've never tolerated a worker being short tempered. Not to mention when I open my bag my fries were put in upside down and all spilt out :). I understand this isn't some prestigious restaurant, but no matter what job you should always be presenting your best self and represent your company. If you are unhappy at your job then quit, it's not that hard. read more

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large hot chocolate, and when I got to my destination I took a nice gulp only to find that they gave me coffee with whip cream and it was almost cold. I do not like coffee, not even the smell of it brewing. I called to tell them what happened, and the Manager questioned me as to why I waited until the evening to call. Not even an apology for the mistake. At $3.00 I wasn't going to let it go. I don't eat McDonald's very often, but when I do, more times than not, they mess something up. I usually stop by a few times a month for breakfast and the staff is always super quick and friendly. I've rarely had a problem with my order and tend to find the split drive through ordering is pretty effective to keep the line moving. Definitely one of the few McDonalds I like to eat at. read more

as much as I hate to admit it, I have been to McDonalds all over the world, and the worst one is in my hometown, they screw 8 out of 10 orders up, make you pull out of line to wait at the drive thru, and still cold crappy food comes out, there must be lots of children in milford, because if mine didn't love the food, I would never go there again, do us a favor and sell your francise to someone that knows how to run a store. read more
