tried to stop by this location since it was the only one near us that said that it was still opened until midnight. we got to the drive through speaker at 11:32pm and sat there for a bit but heard nothing so we drove up to the next window. all of the windows lights were still on and we could clearly see two workers standing inside both on their phones. we sat there and waited for a bit to see if they would notice, but after a bit it got frustrating so we ended up leaving since they didn't look up once in a few minutes that we sat there and waited outside the window. i would definitely not recommend coming to this location half an hour before closing because the workers clearly do not care once it gets closer to closing time. read more

As a delivery driver I refuse to accept any orders from this location anymore. I have over 7000 deliveries and have never been treated as bad as this location. This location accepts discrimination. The Latino lady will just hand over the orders to other Latinos but if a person of a different culture comes in she will mean mug you and look at you like your trash until you confirm pick up in the app. I have no problem with confirmation but I do have a problem with blatant discrimination. Welp. This is a first. I just went through the drive-thru and picked up 4 chocolate sundaes. To my surprise, they were very disproportionate. When I inquired, the manager at the store told me that no one should ever expect to have full ice cream sundae again, and the 3/4 full cups (outside cups in image) are and should have always been the norm. When I asked if it was an accident, the drive thru attendant apologized and went to fill the cup a little but the manager took it out of his hand and refused to fill any more even when I showed her the clear difference in the exact same order. She also added that she was teaching them not to fill the cups all the way anymore, and she was committed to making sure full cups never happened anymore. Here is my take... I have had quite a few of these in my life, and never in 40 years has the ice cream not reached the top of the cup. Also, for her to rip the cup out of the employees hand and refuse to fill it, it seems like someone is seriously lacking leadership and management skills. Did I eat them? Of course I did. It's been about a year since I last came here due to construction and operations haven't gotten any better. This location should be open at 5 or 5:30am, but if you say you open at 6am; BE OPEN!!! I will continue to go to this location, when they re-open after the rebuild, but I have to say I am very disappointed with the handling of their errors. I understand 100% that it gets busy, and things get missed; not a problem at all. What I do not understand is why they refuse to resolve issues. I am writing this after 4 of the last 5 visits/purchases were not complete or wrong in some way; missing items, wrong items, not prepared as requested, no sauce. Some examples. All very minor in the big scheme of life. You order two meals, and one is missing. "Hi, I just came through and one of the meals was missing. No problem, just come by with your receipt next time you are in, and we will replace it". Go by with the receipt: "Sir, we cannot just give you a free meal, who did you speak with". Okay... Hi, I just came through and one of the meals was missing. May I have your name so that when I come back with the receipt, they will know I spoke to you? No sir, I cannot give out my name... These are literally two separate incidents, and they just won't fix problems. I ordered from the app and reordered a previous meal. Easy right? No, sir you only ordered a Coke; here is your coke. Recently remodeled, BUT... Crew is poorly trained. Managers don't care. Constantly making mistakes. Orders are rarely correct. Barely speak English. Huge communication barriers. And total apathy by staff and management. Firstly...the McDonald's app the WORST fast-food app out there. Crew here doesn't know how it works. Recently gave them the code on the app, they said, "It (computer) says it doesn't work." Told me to "refresh" the code. I explained you can't, "refresh" because it will bock you for up to an hour. Showed them the phone telling me the code has already been used. Manager was called...and had an attitude immediately...asking me what is MY problem? I tried to explain what has transpired only to be told again, "It says the number doesn't work. Refresh the app for a new number." And then, "What do you want me to do about it"? After confirming she was a manager I stated that this store has really gone to Hell. She shrugged. She asked again what I wanted her to do about it? I gave up, attempted to hand them cash for the full price, said, "Just take my money and give me my food." She said, "No". She refused to take my money, refused to serve me, closed the drive-thru window and LOCKED it!!! I waited there in disbelief for a few minutes before driving off...the next nearest McDonald's at I-405 and 527. App told me I had already used the previous deal so I opted to use points. I was greeted with a cheerful, competent, well trained drive-thru attendant, who asked for the (second) code...then proceeded to ask me what sandwiches I wanted for the (first) code which was apparently STILL IN THE SYSTEM!! So, I got BOTH discounts, order was right, and they are now MY new McDonald's. This location is the WORST!! Got in one of the two drive-thru lines, and waited while 4 cars in the other lane got orders taken and left. My lane was open for orders, but no one was taking them. I finally backed up and went into the other lane so I could order. I ordered a McDouble, add lettuce. I was charged 90 cents for this, which is ridiculous! What's worse, when I opened my burger, there was literally 8 shreds of iceberg lettuce on there. Yes, I could count them because they were so sparse that it was obvious. It's bad enough to charge 90 cents for adding a tiny portion of lettuce, but it's really bad when they charge you almost a buck for lettuce, and you don't even get any!! This place needs to rethink how they charge for items. 90 cents is way, way too much for a tiny little bit of lettuce added on. I won't be going back anyway. It cost $12 for a McDouble, fries and a coke, which is really outrageous since a McDouble is a small burger. I also hate the fries that turn into hard wood when they start to cool off. Yuck. Used the drive through today. After a wait, I placed our order. The woman taking the order seemed rushed and kept trying to close the order before we had placed all of our order. When we were done, the order was off the screen before we could verify it. When we pulled around to pay for the order, the young man said the cost was $14.19. I told him that wasn't possible since we had placed four meals and a dessert. He seemed miffed and insisted that the order was correct. I asked him to tell me what was in our order. He was perturbed but finally did as I asked and read the order. Many items were missing. He again debated with me about our order. I asked him to cancel that order and redo it. He reluctantly did so making a remark that I had "changed the order". This all took quite a bit of time. When I pulled forward to receive the order we found that we were missing the dessert and a bottle of water. The Happy Meal had a cheeseburger in it instead of chicken nuggets. We had an extra cheeseburger and a large order of fries no one had ordered but we paid for. We decided attempting to get it straight again was not worth our time. I keep trying to give this place business, but it often disappoints. Tonight I ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich, along with a double quarter pounder deluxe meal. It totalled over $17. First of all, the person taking the order didn't place/input the correct sandwich that I had asked for. They get this wrong a lot/often! It's wonderful when you ask for something, and you don't get it. It's even better when it happens over and over. I haven't been by McDonald's in a while.
