Also very friendly staff. Now, the best cheesesteak I've found in the general area is Calozzi's in Georgetown. But up North of Seattle the best is Philly Ya Belly. I like Erwin's too in Everett but it always comes back to Philly Ya Belly when up here. At Philly Ya Belly, there's a large variety of beef sandwich choices from the classic to Bulgogi style as well as Pastrami, German Sausages, fries, onion rings and more. They have a lot of extras like Cheese Wiz, BBQ Sauce, Jalapeno, etc. But you come here for the cheesesteaks. For a filling lunch, get the Deluxe which has everything in it like tomato, lettuce, peppers, & mushrooms. It's a no-brainer to pay $2 extra for the Belly Buster version (more delicious meat). Fork required. I highly recommend this place for a fulfilling lunch or dinner. A sign on the door said their kitchen closes at 7:40 PM so plan accordingly. read more

We've been going to this location for about 8 years. It used to be the best cheesesteak sandwiches around. In the last 8 months that's changed quite a bit. The bread is always somewhat stale and chewy, the meat has a lot of gristle and sometimes even bone fragments. Service was really fast you order and then receive your order within 5 mins of ordering. The cashier was very sweet and considerate brought us over some ketchup for our fries too. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat at (I was going once a week - probably not healthy, but it was a treat for myself after working hard all week). However, they've changed the bread they are using and it's just not the same anymore. The previous bread had great flavor and texture, while the new bread has almost no flavor, is smooth and spongey. It completely alters the overall taste of the sandwich, and is no longer pleasant to eat. This would have been a 5 star review previously... but since this seems to be a permanent change, I don't see myself going back, unfortunately. Feels weird to give a bad review over bread, but its literally half of the experience and their whole menu is the sandwich with different toppings, so I can't even just order something else. It's inside of a partitioned industrial building and seems to be quite popular based on the number of people I saw while eating there. I got a the bulgogi cheese steak (belly buster version which is supposed to be "larger") and the cheese fries. The fries were crispy but I would probably skip on the cheese wiz next time. The Cheesesteak was good, though it was a little light on the meat side, but had great taste. The pastrami sandwich was also good. Very messy. I would definitely come back and mix it up on the menu. Wow! I was so surprised by their Cheesesteaks. Located in the front of an office park, this place is so unassuming. If I didn't find this on Yelp, i would've just drove past it. When you walk in, the first sound you hear is the clanking of beef in the kitchen splitting apart by the metal spatulas on the flat top. My friends and I came here after golf and we all got a cheesesteak with some garlic fries and mozzarella sticks. We each got the Belly Buster size and were very satisfied at the end. I got the #20, which had everything including peppers, onions, mushrooms, and white American cheese. First off, the bread is so soft and it's like a little pillow for all steak and toppings and fits in a little pocket. It's not really your traditional philly cheesesteak, but it's a good rendition of it. As for the mozzarella sticks and garlic fries, they're pretty good too.
