Food was okay but LET ME TELL YOU about the terrible customer service. I placed a pick up order, came in, & took a couple of minutes to be acknowledged by someone on the staff to finally be able to grab my order. There were 3 staff nearby but seemed to all avoid eye contact and do other tasks. Funny enough the worker said "hope to see you again soon" (oh god, THE LITERAL IRONY). I came home to open my bag and realized that only 2/3 of my sandwiches were in the bag. Called the store to complain and had to explain multiple times the situation. I had to push for what the solution was going to be. My options were to come back for the sandwich that they will make or a refund. I don't even think they apologized for this or even heard the word "sorry". & when I got there to pick up my order, once again, was completely ignored for the longest time just waiting. The store is always clean and pristine. Down to how nicely their chip bag display looks. Came her to get picnic food for an evening in a local park. Super clean and staff were very friendly and courteous! The sandwich options were great. But not all sandwiches were listed in the board. But when you smell the glorious smell of bacon but don't see a BLT sandwich on the board - they recommended it and I got it on the Rosemary Parm bread which was delicious. This location is hit or miss, and this time around it was definitely more of a miss. The ambiance was the same as other locations with clear menus and full chip racks, but the service was lacking and the food was so-so. There were three employees working around noon, and the one who took my order running the slicer was professional and to the point, but he only put four slices of green pepper on the giant size #14. The employee with the pinkish hair working the grill was pretty rude and seemed confused over the fact the #17 had extras (which wasn't cut in half before being wrapped) and that some of the veggies for the #14 were grilled, she finished the order in kind of a huff and then eventually was the one to ring me up. The third employee who was on the toppings assembly was quiet and seemed newer because it took him a while to finish one sandwich. Disappointed. Ordered and paid for two sandwiches online for pickup in 15 minutes. Arrived at the store 20 minutes later and they had not even started the sandwiches. Employees weren't even aware there was an order waiting. There were four employees. One was in the bathroom. One was busy talking and dancing. The others seemed confused. They made the sandwiches which were sub-par (not enough lettuce to hold the oil and vinegar) and just left them sitting on the counter. I had to remind them that I was there to pick them up and they were already paid. The "bag fee" is automatic online and they failed to bag the order... they just handed me the sandwiches. Having grown up on subway, I'd say these subs are more substantial in terms of heft. A regular sub can be split into a meal and a snack, maybe even two meals if you're a light eater. The sandwiches here are very good and the ingredients are quality and that is what keeps me coming back. However they do not change gloves often enough. The staff will touch the POS screen and register area (which appears very dirty) then use the same gloves to make your food. They only change gloves when you are paying with cash. The older woman working there is very sweet and kind and always greets you warmly when you walk in and while making your food. I always appreciate her when visiting. However there is a girl with pink hair and a nose ring that is very flat and rude when interacting with you even if you leave a tip. After several incorrect orders, we have learned that if you have specific preferences, make sure to order in person. We have tried the gluten free bread and it wasn't good at all. I haven't been to many other JM's and this location is pretty close to my house, so I'm not often venturing outside if this one. I also always order in person and never through any delivery apps, and have always had exceptional customer service and a delicious sandwich. The restaurant is really clean and from what I can see standing behind the glass, the prep area looks really clean as well. I always order the turkey provolone, mikes way, light oil and vinegar, and extra extra pickles. Every single time my order is followed to a T and the employee making the sandwich asks me "how does this look?" before cutting in half and bagging the sandwich up. This location is in a strip type mall, so parking is usually always super easy. To reiterate, I think this location is doing a great job and have always left really satisfied. read more

Whenever I am out and get the hunger pangs this is my go to place. Yes they are a little more expensive than Subway but you get what you pay for. It's worth the extra to see your choice of meats being cut in front if you and the bread is super fresh. Every time I order a cold sandwich my bread is completely dry ‍. What happened to this place? It used to be good, now 6 trips in a row nothing but garbage! The latest visit was the worst! I walk in and there are 3 teens working..one had headphones in and had no idea that anyone was in the location...the other two were running around chasing each other and laughing. Two customers were waiting to get rung out for about 5 minutes before they noticed. I then finally was greeted and ordered my sandwiches, one with extra mayo and one with no bacon. Jersey Mike's is a favorite chain of mine having worked and lived on the East Coast. Sometimes I get a craving for something like a grinder and I'll pop in and order my favorite which is the #13. The 13 is a classic Italian sub and I always get it Mike's Way with a single pass (not two or three) to keep the dressing at the right level. People often complain about getting too much. Just ask the person making the sandwich and they can dial it back for you. I do have an issue with this location. I ordered extra meat and the person making my sandwich looked alarmed and called the manager over who was working on her accounting nearby. After a lot of whispering in ears as the manager advised the new employee they finished the sandwich and I checked out. When I got home I found out that they had given a large quantity of regular ham which is the cheapest component of the sandwich. I didn't find evidence of the four meats it's supposed to have. Those include prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. I found something resembling salami and the rest was ham. So when you order here, keep an eye on the meat and cheese slicing. If this location is not doing well financially it is not unusual for restaurants to start cutting portions and ingredients. If the manager of the place reads this, please note that you have a franchise agreement with Jersey Mike's. That means you are contractually obligated to uphold their quality standards in terms of the size, shape, ingredients, and quality of the product. If you can't or won't do that, maybe the corporate office should find another owner for this location. I'm going to try this place again, and if they pull the same trick I will contact their corporate office and report them. Be forewarned and be aware. read more

Bummer! Not very good at all. I ordered online and it was ready and waiting when I got there but only to discover when I got home that I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a sub-club and it was just turkey. It was drenched in oil and way too much lettuce. It had no flavor and was a mess to eat. What a disappointment...and I was excited to try it too. Subway, Port of Subs, Quizno's and Jimmy John's are all better than this. I could've got a better sandwich at QFC next door. Better bread isn't worth it if the rest of it is lame. Came here today for a little lunch date with my toddler. The girls were super friendly and had great customer service. My sandwich tasted good and I appreciate that the fixings were not skimped on. The sandwiches are a tad over priced, but that's why I only come here as a special treat once in a great while. The fixings were also extremely fresh, whereas other establishments, they are not. My only complaint was that she over did the red wine vinegar so it spilled out of my sandwich and made the bread a little soggy. Jersey Mikes is like a mashup of a fresh delicatessen and a Subway sandwiches with fewer topping options. The bread is superior to Subway and they use a slicer to slice the cheese and meet to order, so presumably the ingredients are fresher. They assemble the sandwich in front of you like Subway but they have far fewer ingredients (we didn't even see mustard as a choice) and they don't have a toaster oven. The staff is very friendly, the food is prepared quickly, and it's definitely worth a try if you are a fan of stuffed sub shop sandwiches. They are A-OK. Not sure we are going to make this a regular stop. Will probably try again since we have a coupon and see if they earn another start and make it on our regular rotation. read more
