It's wonderful when you ask for something, and you don't get it. It's even better when it happens over and over. I haven't been by McDonald's in a while. Chick-fil-A has better Coke, and better nuggets, but it's on the way home, so I stopped by for a quick snack. The fries weren't fresh, and I asked for fresh. The nuggets were stale. This morning I brought the kidsters to McDonald's for a quick breakfast. 1st negative; we walked in and the staff was completely ignoring the line. The man in front of me said he had been standing there for 5 minutes. The staff was utterly ignoring the line and focusing it seems on the drive through instead. 2nd negative: All three kids ordered the hotcakes with sausage. No sausage was to be seen when we got our order. After showing them my receipt so that we could get what we ordered I had the bright idea to check my coffee to make sure it was right, which brings me to the... 3rd negative; my coffee. I ordered coffee with 2 creams. I got coffee with what must've been 5 sugars. No cream. Their coffee is pretty bad already, but come on, at least serve the coffee as ordered. There were no apologies, no offers of a free coupon, no smile, no nothing. These people were as happy as if they were working in a gulag. When you bring kids in for breakfast to McDonald's it's supposed to be fun for them and easy on the adult. Here, it was just a descent into bad service McDonald's hell. read more

We recently celebrated my daughters 6th birthday at this location and I can't say enough good things about it. The price was more affordable than any of the other birthday venues in the area. A staff member greeted my daughter upon arrival, the party room was decorated with McDonald's themed decor. For the party we had a liaison checking on us frequently, they took the happy meal orders, brought drinks, replenished ketchup supply. They provided everything for the party all I needed to bring was my kids and some balloons. All else was taken care of by the staff at McDonald's. High praise. read more

Poorly trained workers destroying the brand. Service is incomprehensibly horrible as there are countless employees standing around in their enclosed space. Deeply impersonal, I've visited this new re-brand 8-9x since reopening. My latest: mobile order to be consumed at a table. I followed the prompts on the app. Waited about 18mins at my table (promised delivery 2-5mins). Walk up to the counter to inquire as a deer-in-headlights though smiling worker has a tray w a fishburger & drink AND MY ORDER NUMBER IN HUGE PRINT on a receipt. I tell her it's my order. But the fries are missing as I ordered the meal. She sez no it's for someone else. She circumnavigates the seating area, returns while I"m still waiting at the counter; then tries to give me the tray. I said, "uh uh. people breathe on the food. Plus I earlier told you it was mine and that I ordered a meal and it's missing my fries." A few more minutes elapse. She brings me a new fish sandwich that had the fish and top bun on one side of the container. The cheese was on the far side of the space, by itself. The bottom bun was lonely all by its lonesome self. Three pieces. The brand is destroyed at this point. This is NOT McDonald's worthy. Appalled, I asked the person to show the manager. He looked at the sandwich, turned his head upward towards the heavens, rolled his eyes and breathe a disgusted breathe. Corporate folk need to do some heavy re-training. This place is NOT a McDonald's. It's an amateur attempt to be a mom&pop shop occupying a McDonald's building and McDONALD'S BRAND. I'm unable to forget my disgust and, although its former self was a favourite stop, I wanna cry that this place, a mere 5-minute walk from home, is a place I'm scared to try again. Pacific NW, rain. They just rebuilt from ground up and the two drive through stations have a overhead cover that is 2 foot wide. Order when raining and the inside of your vehicle drenched. Designers need to reconsider how to in the PNW. Ha, maybe that's nature telling you to stay away from fast food. read more

We don't eat McDonald's often, but the one time we do we get uncooked "rubber" like chicken.. We went through the drive thru,around 9:45pm. We had ordered what was suppose to be the #4 chicken sandwich, the gal taking the order said that the actual #4 is different than what's listed on the board. We still chose whatever it was changed to be, still a chicken sandwich. We got our food and just pulled into a parking spot to eat. Good thing we did that because for one- whatever sandwich we got wasn't what the order taker described. And two-the chicken wasn't cooked and felt like biting into rubber. Went inside and their explanation was: "We cook all our chicken like this. Just throw it in the fryer." Wasn't really relieving to hear that.. Instead we switch to filet fish. I get that McDonald's isn't fresh, let alone actual food. But come on, at least throughly cook the food! read more

Originally my rating was 3 stars, as I go to & order UberEats from this location frequently. But, this UberEats Order that I just received has made me never want to order from here again. Whoever works there with pink/purple hair left a nice long HAIR in the center of my 3 year old daughter's (burnt) cheeseburger in the happy meal. I called the Restaurant 3 times and left a message with no response while submitting pictures of the hair and my order to the app. It wasn't until I called a FOURTH time 1 hour later that the manager answered. She offered me a whopping replaced happy meal, even though I had a $20 order. She wasn't concerned about whom's hair or any further information. Not to mention, The delivery label on the McDonalds bag that is suppose to be filled out, you know, to know who prepared my order.... the WHOLE PURPOSE OF THE STICKER. Well it was blank during this time when itd be nice to know who's nasty hair is getting inside paying customer's food. I used to work as a Crew Lead at a McDonald's in Yakima, WA where even a pony tail with hair past shoulder length was not allowed. It was to be tightly braided, which is probably why we never had any hair complaints. After so many messed up orders, this one has to be the last straw. It took the staff 20 minutes to finish four happy meals and two value meals. I attempted to use the men's bathroom, but the only toilet was clogged and full of toilet paper and poop, and the floor was very dirty and wet as well. I notified the staff about the bathroom condition and that I needed to use it, but thirty minutes later it was still disgusting and I left without ordering dessert or a to-go meal as planned. I love mcdonalds!! They are the best fast food place to go to when you are in a hurry and starving. Their prices are extremely cheap and their food is good! It is also a good place to stop by when you are on the road and your kids are starving, it is cheap and fills them up quick. My only issue with mcdonalds are all the negative things I hear about them which does scare me sometimes, but personally, I have not faced any issues that others have faced thankfully! read more

I love this location so much especially for how they prep their frappes! My favorite drink is the mocha frappe with extra chocolate chips and extra caramel drizzle on the sides of the cup and on top as well as extra chocolate drizzle. They always make it right and if they don't they are happy to fix it quickly. The fries are so good to dip in as well, fast service and great staff here. Great experience, they will make anything fresh too if you ask. They always have great deals and the best chicken nuggets. read more

Okay, I get that this is McDonald's and you really shouldn't expect much, but you should at least expect to get what you order. On one occasion my husband went and ordered two cheeseburgers. When he got home and opened them up, both of them had no burger patty. Really? I don't know how that is even possible. How do you forget that, let alone put the buns together and wrap them up empty? A couple months later he went back for another try, this time getting a McChicken. He knew better and checked the sandwich before leaving the drive through. Good thing he did because it was not a McChicken at all. They replaced the chicken with a burger patty. And before you say that he was given a burger accidentally, it was not. Don't know what it is about this location but it has ALWAYS been REALLY SLOW. I would never stop there if there was more then two cars in the drive-thru. A couple of years ago they tore the place completely down and built a new one in the exact same spot (kind of weird). So I thought I'd give it one more try. Even though there was only one car in the drive-thru ahead of me I was told to drive around front and wait for my order. After about 15 min of waiting and seeing others who had pulled in later getting their orders I flagged down an employee, gave them my receipt and asked where my order was. I live on Main Street, use Uber, drive there ect. Today is July 31st 2020. Please check in to see who was in charge today! This location is so ridiculous! I placed an order, Door Dash delivered and dropped of my order two sausage McMuffins were left off no syrup no butter nothing! So I called the women who answered tells me "how wired that is because she put them in and doesn't see them there" lol I told her no sorry not in the bag or I wouldn't be calling! Then I tell her I'm pretty upset because my last order they left off both our fries. So to make everything worse she straight up hangs up on me! So I continue to call over and over for 10 min. Then she finally answers the phone and tells me sorry my phone is broken I just told her wow whatever what are we doing about my missing items? She tells me next time I order I can do something I didn't even understand. I told her no, I live on this street you get my two missing items ready and I'll be there to get them. I want the food and other stuff that I've ordered, not what they think I want. Went here to pick up lunch for the fam and was so disappointed. The food was ok and the person taking the order was ok but the person that gave me my food and made my beverage was an older lady, maybe middle eastern or from India, and after she poured my ice tea she stuck her index finder to grab the drink out from under the ice tea container. When I pointed it out to her teammate because she walked away, she denied the whole thing to him. I asked him for new ice tea but I don't think they gave me new ones. I never saw them pour another tea. She gave me the same ones after her teammate pointed it out. If I wasn't in a rush, I would've asked for a manager. I couldn't believe she lied straight to my face. The time before this, they forgot to give me my drinks completely. I didn't go back because the line was too long. I tried to call them using the numbers on the receipt but no one picked up. My recommendation is if you have to go to this McDonald's, don't do drive thru unless you are ready for them to mess up your order. read more

They did not get my order correct - at all - and when I went back through the drive through to return it and get a refund, instead of completing the transaction at the window, where their cash register is, I was told I had to go wait in the wait space for slow orders. Did a mobile order for curbside pick up, we ordered two meals, nuggets and a happy meal. We waited for sometime, which we are okay with, things are hard right now for businesses. When we received the food it was missing part of the order (I always check because they continue to mess it up), then when the mistake was corrected we drove less than 1.6 miles home. The food was I've cold and inedible. We threw it away. When I called today to speak to a manager about it, she was curt, rude and only offered to replace the items. I don't want to go back, I want a refund. This location continues to provide sloppy service and it's always disappointing. I worked in fast food when I was younger, I am forgiving, however it's EVERY SINGLE TIME we go. It's not good service, it's not good customer care and the management needs an attitude adjustment.
