Went to McDonald's at 11:00 p.m. order 2 cups of hot water they they wanted $3 and lately they've been really rude I don't understand why? After not wanting to pay for it because it was too much Pablo said get out of here. Road to the owner and the owner set the price for the hot water 50 cents each and Pablo said go talk to her then. Idon't know what's happening there but you're going to lose a lot of customers by the rudeness and the price changing. And the orders continuously being wrong you can look on Yelp you can see how many people write that their orders messed up. In my past 3 drive thru, they either added one more flies to my order, giving me Chicken BigMac instead of beef and I didn't realize until I got home! End up eating and absolutely did not like to! The north bay locations are the woooooorst. Employees are unfriendly, food isn't as hot so by the time you take it home or even to the table it's cold and hard, and the floors and outside areas are dirty. I have a love-hate relationship with McDonald's. My mouth says yes and my stomach says no. I LOVE McDonald fries. I'm aware of how unhealthy it is, but the crispy, salty, golden goodness is just so addicting. I also love using the McDonald's app to look for deals and discounts. Take the advice and take a minute to download the app!!! I usually get the 20 piece chicken nuggets, at only $5. Along with large fries and a caramel frappe. You can't complain about the price. McDonald's is obviously so cheap and the flavors yummy. Sometimes my stomach just hurts a little after eating it (reason being for the point deduction). They have 2 lanes for their drive-thru and sometimes they close off 1 lane, making the lines just a tad longer. It is a fast food drive-thru though, so you already know what you're in for. Free bacon day from 4 to 5 p.m. on January 29th. I went to this McDonald's to try their bacon to see how the quality was. Per the advertisement you can order anything and get bacon, but it seemed like the staff as well as a manager wasn't privy to the same advertisement and it took a lot of coaxing even though it was on their board. For some reason they seem to think that you had to buy a burger in order to get free bacon but that's not the case for the advertisement you can get any item including and ice cream cone and get free pieces of bacon. I ordered a kids meal with McNuggets and once again it took some coaxing to prove to them that I could get free bacon with the kids meal, and I had to show them the advertisement on the news which is ridiculous because I really should know their promotions. Back to the bacon which is the reason why I was there, the bacon itself is really poor quality with a lot of fat over fried and not even worth ordering. Bottom line if you had to pay extra for the bacon it's definitely not worth it go to Wendy's instead you're just going to get a bunch of fat. They seem to be putting the bacon in small fry containers and broke apart one piece of bacon to look like two pieces of bacon. All them were fatty and not worth it. read more

We ordered three sandwiches and two fries . One of which was a filet O fish and it's only ever good fresh and crispy. So, I requested it fresh dropped. The guy who was ringing us up said,"they just came out", and I asked him if he could just make mine fresh dropped. With an attitude here said," I said, they just came out a minute ago". My boyfriend and I got irritated at the same time and he told him if it wasn't fresh dropped like we requested he's bringing it back . It was late at night, one car getting their food in front of us, none behind us. He had a bad attitude and shouldn't be working drive through. The fries weren't fresh either, no, I didn't request them to be. But who doesn't want fresh or hot fries ? My sandwich was hot and not crispy. The location closer to my home is really the best. They always give me fresh fries with my fresh dropped sandwich. No attitude, no problem. Plus they have great service . We live in Long Beach so we had to come to this location, it was closest at the time. This location isn't the one we will go to again when in town. read more

Ok breakfast was really good this morning. 3 Large fluffy pancakes, sausage patty, eggs, hash browns, muffin syrup, grape jam & butter. First of all, I just want to say thank you to Maria who works there. She was a gem. I called to complain and unfortunately she was on the receiving end. She listened and communicated very well to me after what I went through. She definitely deserves a raise. What happened: the lady who took my order through the drive through messed my order and really had no communication skills. Or maybe didn't know how to do her job because she didn't know the menu? Or maybe she just didn't care? I am thankful for the refund, but they added the wrong drink to my order and I asked twice to change it. When they did change it they gave me sprite with water. So that indicates to me that it was intentional and they knew what they were doing. So moral of the story is the people who work here don't care. Then when they are upset that you are trying to fix things they just give you whatever so you go away. I've worked retail through out my life and if these intentions keep happening I can't imagine if they do something to the wrong person. Because what goes around comes around. read more

I've come to this McDonald's twice in the last couple of weeks for my breakfast fix of combo #7 - the sausage burritos with a hash brown and a small coffee. Both times, the experience was as advertised - extremely "fast." I was in and out within 2-3 minutes each time. The food was hot and fresh and the quality consistent with what I was expecting. They've put in safety measures to help protect their staff as well as customers during the pandemic, including glass protectors at the cashier and pick up windows and making sure the staff members wear gloves and masks. read more

I come for breakfast. The workers are always professional and hard working. They are not kids who are just doing it for some cash. Seems like they are trying to support their families instead. Either way the food is always hot in the morning and they are fast and get the order right about 95% of the time which is good for fast food. I won't compare them to anything other than other fast food places so don't expect to be at a real restaurant it's McDonalds for Gods sake. They are really busy in the afternoon and I don't eat fast food burgers so I can't say the deal at that time or the workers. But morning are great before work for some McMuffins, hot coffee which is amazing, hash browns, breakfast burritos which are perfected with the hot sauce and my favorite the hot cakes. Make sure to put butter and syrup of course. One thing you have to do is check your order before leaving any fast food place. This is a must and will save you time and hassle. It's fast food remember. Sometimes too fast they forget the syrup or something. Also eat it fast preferably at the restaurant or quickly at home. Once it cools down it's not that good anymore. I asked for extra sauce on my Big Mac and then was charged for it without being advised that would be an extra charge. Apparently this policy can be different based on ownership/area. My issue is, if there's an extra charge for something, please advise the customer. I.tried to talk to management on site about it and they just didn't get my point. I would be able to make an informed decision if I was told what I would be charged for, giving me the option to pay extra or alter my order. Fries are always over salted at McDonald's everywhere. This Mickey D's was recently remodeled and is pretty nice inside. Food is normal and what you would expect from McDonald's. Here's a pro tip for this location. Don't use the curbside app, used it twice here and they never brought my food. Had to go inside both times - totally defeats the purpose. While it's nice inside, I do curbside so not sitting in the drive thru line and don't have to get my kids out of the car. I ended up walking to the drive thru window since I can see it from where I parked to asked what the deal was. Walked inside and order was sitting right there waiting for me. No apology or anything - just here's your order. Also just came today and tried to order using he mobile app and going through the drive thru. Apparently mobile ordering is down today, who knows what he deal is. Maybe they don't like the app deals or something. Why have a mobile app if you can't use it how it was intended. read more

Ask for a meal, quarter pounder, no onions (highly allergic) and no mustard at the drive thru. When I got to my hotel I got cold fries wrong drink and a beacon burger with onions. McDonald's is very lucky I look at the burger first to make sure no onions or I would be in the hospital right about now. McDonald's, your employee's need to pay more attention to what there are doing. Some employees think "oh well not a big deal" but it is in my case. After a long 14 hour day at work yesterday, I figured I'd pick a snack so I can get home after already eating, o day at the drive thru waiting to order for a few minutes and nothing.
