But, I'll often not get the correct amount of biscuits, or chicken pieces, or the wrong condiments. I've also been given plastic forks when I needed a spoon, or vice versa. Sometimes I do need to go back inside and figure out why my order was wrong, check the receipts, make sure I was charged correctly, etc. Sometimes it's perfect, but since it's happened a number of times, when we get into the car we ALWAYS CHECK AGAIN to see if it was messed up. This is ALSO why we walk inside, rather than taking the drive-through. I still enjoyed all the food. My mother enjoyed it too. My impression is that employees are probably not treated very well because they seem stressed half the time, tired, exhausted, overworked, or mentally drained. This is also why I often choose to go NOT during busier times of the day. Even so, they often seem just so mentally drained, and they're just standing around. Ever consider giving your employees coffee, or some perks? They don't seem like bad people. Actually, they seem like good people. hence why I feel so divided over it.
