Great service and the burgers were delicious! Made to order just the way we like them!

I been to this location twice and Everytime the food is delicious... this will be my guilty pleasure once a week.

We came here for a pit stop before heading into the heart of Ocean City. We were there around 11:20 and went thru the drive thru. The orders were correct and prepared in a decent amount of time. The burgers themselves were tasty and both the kids and adults enjoyed their meals. read more

Drive thru was slow had to pay extra 3$ for cheese on cheeseburger also burger was very dry with absolutely no juice whatsoever overall tasted like the burger had been stripped of all juice and flavor jus tasted like a block of hamburger meat. I haven't been in over a year and can not advocate for the burger quality or taste. Service was overall good but the food does not compare to anything I've ever tasted before 3/10 would not try again! Not to mention the price of burgers is through the roof I paid 17$ for 2 cheeseburgers and not even a meal 17$ for 2 plain cheeseburgers and a drink that is absurdity. read more

My husband is a burger fanatic and went here to grab himself a burger and he was so pleased with it he has been wanting to bring me, but I don't eat them as much as him. I figured I would just get a small burger to try, not expecting anything special. They have several different toppings and cheeses. I kept mine simple and I love tots so I was happy to see they offered those. Well I was so pleasantly surprised at the flavor and the cook on my burger! It was a step above a basic burger. Not expensive and everything is customizable depending on how hungry you are...even the fries and tots have a selection of toppings. I pulled up to the window at 7:06 PM And the sign outside said open. I sat at the drive up window for about three minutes because there was somebody in front of me. He got his food and drove off. I continue to sit there. Nobody answered at the window. And then drove up to the window and watched as the employee was standing there just staring into space so I beeped the horn. He ignored me so I drove off. The exterior of the restaurant where you drive up is completely disgusting with trash everywhere. This place has become a real joke ever since they moved. Went to the drive-thru today however sat there and to my disadvantage nobody seemed to work there there was nobody at the drive-thru nobody behind the counter I waited 10 minutes and then I went to Arby's. A few weeks ago I went to Jake's way back as a doordasher parked my car on the side and walked in the side door. Well that was pretty funny I ended up behind the registers and not one person in sight this time either. Why don't you just put a sign on your door that says hey if you want to rob us come in the side door and nobody works here and you'll be right at the registers. This spot was right on the way home from Boston. I stopped in with my two sones and we each ordered a burger. The restaurant had a fast food feel. It looks like an refurbished burger king. The young lady at the counter was all business, the encounter lacked friendliness. The food took a while to come out but it was better quality and taste than any of the large burger chains. Mustard ketchup and vinegar are on the tables . Speed it up and create enthusiasm on the front end and this place will be unbeatable. read more

Pretty tasty burgers! I ordered the cheeesssy burger with chili cheese fries and everything was absolutely delicious. My only complaint about it was I asked for extra onions and I only received a small amount. My daughter and son had the chili cheese hot dogs and they said it was really good. My wife ordered the Wayback classic with onion rings and she enjoyed hers as well. The onion rings were super delicious! For 2 children and 2 adults, our total was around $50.00. This was the worst cheese steak i have ever had. It's hard to not like a cheese steak, I should of had a heads up when I wasn't asked what kind of cheese and what I wanted on my cheese steak. The imitation processed tasting cheese killed this sandwich . When a fast food restaurant is known for hamburgers I guess I should hAve known better to order a cheese steak. the price of the meal was ridiculous. Bun wasn't solid, it fell apart in pieces as soon as the condiments touched it. Burger was really bland, and the drink was $3.99 for the smaller size. It was dinner time and aside from my wife and I, there was only two other tables occupied. The burger was ok nothing special,cheese fries were bland...not sure how that happens but it was. Staff was clueless though we waited almost 10 minutes for our cheese fires after we received our burgers. I had to go and ask and no one knew who's cheese fries they belonged to, until I said we have been waiting. The lettuce for the salad tasted funky, prior to putting the dressing on tasted as if it had peanut oil on it. The chicken nuggets tasted as if they were microwaveable chicken nuggets in the shape of Mickey mouse's head. Even though they were clueless they were still nice, although the girl cashed us out really couldn't answer a questions about the food. Btw this was our first time here and stopped as we were headed to BJ's, truthfully I don't see us returning. Burgers & Beans in Milford although older looking inside the Burgers are awesome. Too bad there is not and In & Out or Five Guys nearby. But they must make something good as they had quite a number of people. Food was decent. but it was filthy inside. there's was mold everywhere in the vents, on the floors and even in the ice part of the fountain drink machine. i'm truly disgusted of how poorly this place is taken care of. staff was unfriendly and forced us into giving some sort of tip. tell me why a fast food joint worker who fails at cleaning the dining room deserves a 15% tip. outrageous. read more

This place looks like it stays busy, but with the quality of the food and how fast it came up I was impressed, they brought it right out to our table, and the food was really filling and totally worth the price, you can even see them making your burger behind the counter. They have drink options of pepsi products, sweet tea, unsweet tea, lemonade, and milkshakes with plenty of flavors to choose from! This is a big step up from fast food, you can choose to dine in or take out, and they have plenty of seating space with the option to sit at a bar and bar stool. I definitely suggest stopping in here for lunch or dinner! read more

I dunno, it was ok but nothing that blew me away. I'm not sure if I should have been trying to be blown away. I did have 5 guys in mind but I wasn't comparing the two because I really don't like 5 guys. The buns were good but my burger was dry and missing two pieces off of it like somebody did a taste test on it. I upgraded to the onion rings and ended up with about 8 napkins full of grease trying to squeeze the grease out of them. I know onion rings can be greasy but these were pretty bad. The last money ever coming out of my pocket for this place. One star because of how the staff looked like they were not taken care of through our labor crisis and the fact of my girlfriend feeling upset stomach right after eating food that was dry and unappealing. Be a better company. Start with doing better for your employees. Become a part of the community. It's slow on a day you give out free items. OK so we stopped here because of our weakness for cheeseburgers. It was one time we should have passed on by! WayBack Burgers is located in a strip mall, and it shows. It is your typical cookie cutter franchise burger joint. The Rodeo burger was a whopping $7.98 for a burger with 2 onion rings on it chips and a coke. This burger listed on the menu as a "premium" burger, the actual patty was as big or Smaller than a dollar menu at Mikey D's.!! And they tout they have hand cut potato chips These suckers were so hard, I ate with care for fear of dislodging dental work,then just gave up! In short, I won't be patronizing WayBack burger ever again .As much as I hate to say ,should have gone across the parking lot to the fast food chain nearest me. Burger was good and the bun was the best part. I don't recommend the chicken which had 3 small pieces of dry chicken with wilted lettuce and a 1/8 of a tomato on a roll. The roll was delicious. We ordered 30 minutes ahead and still waited 15 minutes past the "target time." Inside we watched 2 employees working extremely hard and 3 employees doing absolutely nothing. They keep the phone off the hook so you order online or go in and wait. There was no curbside pickup. I don't see any reason to return . read more
