I think this Taco Bell is pretty efficient. The food is always hot and they always add just enough sauce. The employees can sometimes be rude however, but rarely are they. But I always seem to get lettuce in my burritos when I don't order it with lettuce, so it can be very frustrating as it will ruin the taste. Otherwise it's a great location! read more

Every single time I come here and order a sugar free drink in the drive thru I'm given a full sugar. You absolutely HAVE to stop that you don't know if someone has a medical condition this isn't ok; the fact it's every time the staff clearly doesn't care to get orders correct is the impression I'm getting. I would recommend this business if the portions were better. Ordered 12 pack of tacos via doordash, six crunchy and six soft. Lacked seasoning and filling. Sauce was fine as it normally is, even got a chicken grilled stuffed burrito that tasted halfway decent. This Taco Bell looks really sleek on the outside and the food passes for a grade above cafeteria food. I'm giving them two stars for the customer service I got from the blonde with glasses at the drive-thru. She must've been new since I had to wait a short time for her to work the computer. No problem. The problem was her being short with me when I wasn't finished ordering, getting my drink wrong at the window and walking away without seeing if everything squared. I saw that on the door, it said DINING ROOM HOURS (Thurs 10:00 pm) after getting there at 21:40 (9:40 pm). The doors were locked and employees were eating food and consuming beverages in the lobby/dining room. A worker said she had closed it at 9:00 pm and cashed out the register drawer. To Taco Bell employees.... If you are going to close the dining room because the sales are slow or any other reason, have the decency to keep your staff out of that area during the CLOSED time. I used to work for a Taco Bell, not this location, and had to eat in a corner out of the public eye. Saying, "I'll let corporate know that they need to fix the problem" is a BS excuse you say to get people who don't give a damn to go away. I worked Taco Bell as my first "official job". This particular Taco Bell store has less stars than its other store in Rehoboth and they've made it clear why. I went through the drive thru and asked for plain soft shell tacos. As I was driving back I noticed they weren't plain. I come from a household where everyone stopped consuming cheese as part of their diet (a little weird but it is what it is). When I came back and told them through the drive through a lady annoyingly told me that for future references to make sure I tell them what I don't want on it... I've gone to the same Taco Bell since it's closer and have gotten away with saying plain... if her telling me wasn't enough, ANOTHER guy told me the same thing too as if I was mental LOL. I will give it to them, I should have been more specific on my order so it is my fault, but I'm giving 2 stars for 2 reasons because the foods fine, it's not like top notch "oh shit this smacks" you know what I'm say? It's a low rating because of how they handled the situation. I would say they could've told me once since I do have 2 functioning ears and I'll know for next time. I love tacobell, but this location has been letting me down since day 1. I thought maybe they are new and learning so didn't think much of it but now it's been a while and after constantly getting my order messed up it has reached a limit of tolerance. Today I went ordered and they missed my mexican pizza. Last time I had ordered and they missed my burrito. Its as if they are doing it on purpose. There hasnt been one visit where either I haven't had to go back to get my order fixed or have to call them to let them know their process needs some improvements. I called today and talked to the manager and told them that I dont need to get my food its fine mistakes happen but I requested that they fix their system and the manager goes ahead to tell me that nothing is going to happen and that at most The company is gonna give me a $5 voucher and thats it. Is this professional? Is this the standards of a food company? If these are the professionals you hire who dont even take some responsibility for their actions and want to improve I would rather not eat here ever again.
