We waited for 20 minutes, weren't given a receipt for a $22 order & then waited another 15; when we FINALLY got up to get our food, it was clear with inept employees arguing that they gave the people in front of us our order They then asked us FOUR SEPARATE TIMES what our order was, demanded a receipt (which they didn't give) and the one who rang us up stood there acting like he had no idea what we were talking about until I called him out on it. Drive thru order here. Ordered a $5 value meal, Burger had no onions, drink was 90% ice, and even though they asked what sauce I wanted for the nuggets, it didn't even show up in the bag. Visited this location on Tuesday, July 16th at about 10:30pm. We had previously ordered $30 of McDonald's food at the East Moline location, however, they were unfortunately out of ranch. We went to 3433 Avenue of the Cities strictly for ranch and Big Mac sauce, fully understanding and prepared to purchase each ranch for $.25/each. I then got yelled at saying it is not on the menu. Even though I was looking right at it (I said as much). When I asked for a discount or some kind of compensation at the windows, the speaker lady came back and continued to argue with me then refused to serve me, telling me to call corporate. She was yelling and escalating the entire time. After 15 minutes of being yelled at, laughed at, and threats on calling the police by no less then 5 other employees, I finally was given a receipt with the store number on it, not "corporates number". After asking 3 times for no onions on the burgers for my wife and kids and it even saying no onions on the ticket and wrapper, it still had onions. I also asked for sweet and sour and bbq sauce at the window face to face, and the lady says "Hot mustard?" . I'm not sure in what world BBQ AND sweet and sour sounds like Hot Mustard, but it isn't this one. To top it off, they decided none of those options were good enough, so they instead put Ranch in the happy meal. I have been at this McDonald's twice now. At the first occasion, I arrived after lunch time and ordered 2 sausage McMuffin with egg. The bread on both sandwiches were burnt. Besides the burnt bread, it was tasty. On the second time, we were here at lunch time and we ordered a wrap and Pico Guacamole crispy chicken burger with fries. There are self ordering screens, one table with some sort of digital games for kids. There is a lady who chats with all the customers dining in, making sure that they are happy with the food. The restaurant was clean and they even had a staff member cleaning the drive thru and parking area. I noticed that the drive thru line was moving quickly. read more

Tried using my in app coupon. Woman at register said invalid even though it expires 4/04/21. So she scanned it, and then afterwards mumbled the total & failed to give us or offer our receipt. Hardly spoke to us after the fact. I don't expect much, but as someone who used to work for McDonalds, I understand it is standard practice to always offer the receipt unless the customer declines. I have been delivering food now for Uber eats for about a month now, and every time I go to McDonald's at 3433 Avenue of the cities I run into an issue with the customers order with them. It's happened now for the last 6 times I have gotten food from them for my customer. Either they can't find the order or they tell me Uber isn't working or they don't give me the complete order. There is no way I can check the order because the seal the bags shut with stickers. This is the only McDonald's that causes problems for me and my valued customers. I have been to all the other McDonald's and have never had a single issue with any other one. Sat at the drive thru speaker for over 5 minutes, I had to rev up my car and repeatedly ask "Hello??" before some marble mouthed yokel finally answered, laughing, like it was funny that they made me wait. I ordered my food, went to the pay window, and the girl that took my money was singing, what sounded like gibberish. "Ha chee cha chee cha cha!" Drove through on Monday, June 8, 2020. Ordered a Sausage McMuffin. Person handing out sacked meals incorrectly gave the car ahead of me my breakfast. They rejected it and handed it back to the window person. She then tried to give it to me saying she had repackaged it after someone else had handled the sack. The sack was so wrinkled that it was clear it had not been repackaged. Most McDonalds I frequent advise that their instructions are to not take back a sack of food into the store and instead let the car driver have it who touched it and recognized the error. In a COVID-19 environment, this is an alarming lack of attention to sanitary and safe food handling. read more

There is a nice lady who works drive through, but she holds up the line with her constant conversation and defeats the purpose of it being "fast-food". The food tastes like it's been sitting under a heat lamp, and if they make a mistake on your order it's like pulling teeth to get them to correct it. This is hands down the worst McDonald's in the Quad Cities. I know it's dumb to complain about a fast food restaurant, but every time I've visited this drive-thru after 8 o'clock or so over the past several years, the service has been terrible. Typically the wait is 15+ minutes. I'm not even kidding. The last time I went through, it was 35 mins. This was with only 5 cars in front of us in the queue, which is typical. Probably will stop going altogether if my fatass can resist their McFlurry. From my experience, I've observed that this is mostly due to a staffing issue (lack of personnel). This needs to be corrected at the management level to hire the adequate resources. Lots of people even left the line after they put in their order since the wait was so long. Worst McDonald's ever! I swear I will never go back! Not only do they always get my order wrong but one of my orders was a cinnamelt. As I started to eat it it tasted a little bit off, after looking at the bottom of the box I discovered they had served me a cinnamelt that had expired two days ago at 10:30 AM . I have the box and I have the receipt to correlate . Upon calling and speaking to the supervisor , she proceeded to tell me they did not sell it to me. That I have gotten the wrong store . I read her the address on the receipt as well as the store number she proceeded to argue with me and tell me that that was incorrect it's not their store when in fact it is their store . She proceeded to tell me that she has had no orders for us and amounts which was completely falls I have the receipt and the box to prove . So then after admitting that they did sell me the cinnamon out she told me that today was September 23 and it expires tomorrow at 10:30 AM which again I had to correct her and she proceeded to argue with me about the date, which is completely not accurate . I then asked for the store manager information so I could contact him, and she refused me that information . iThe manager that's there is one of the most rude people I've ever encountered in management in my life always screaming at people and she started screaming at us because they told us to pull up and not park in a spot and she came out and started screaming at my husband for blocking the exit even though the employee told us to park there! Attempted to get food on Saturday, 9/10/16 at approximately 10:30 at night. Only one car in front of us. Took a very unusual time for someone to ask the person in the car ahead of us for their order. When we finally pulled up to the speaker we waited and waited and waited. After some time, someone took our order. Pulled around to the 1st window to pay, per their instructions. Waited and waited and waited and waited. From when we pulled up, with one car in front of us, until we sat at the window WAITING to pay for our food took well over 20 minutes. I was totally disgusted and finally left. The car initially in front of us was still waiting for their food. I don't know what was going on here, but will never come back. We could see employees walking thru the space behind the pay window. Someone intermittently came to the window but we were disregarded. This mcdonalds has the suckiest managers ever!!! there's 1 that is super nice and took care of me right away!! but the other night I went in with a few friends ordered some mcflurrys and burgers and the manager that was working that night was extremely rude!!! she tried to say I was dumb about the touch screen pricing and the register pricing was right!! um no it wasn't my friend payed 1.79 something for a mcflurry and the other had to pay 3$ and tax I was like mam why is there a difference in payment prices she went to the screen and showed me acting like I was dumb!! then she was like not my problem that it rung up wrong! oh and I waited 30 mins at the most for my friends mcflurry because she has to show an employee that they didn't pick up or clean the machine right!! I was like wow treating customers wrong yet alont an employee!! I certainly asked for cooperates number and she gave me an attitude saying "sure here it is" and when I asked for her name she gave it to me rudely!! so I called and left a complaint the next day but no one ever answered and im so disappointed that I got treated the way I did there!! oh not only that but I almost slipped during the winter and no one ever did anything about it!! so I will never be there again there food is gross too!! there was mold on my burger a few weeks ago and they didn't refund me!! but it's okay just hope management is more respectful to their customers!! read more

I have eaten at this McDonalds for decades, but I will never eat there again. Today I was there at 6pm and it was absolutely filthy! I don't trust the food now. Employees behind the counter were just kicking the trash aside as they made the food. Bags, ketchup packages, spilled McFlurry, fries, all over the floor. An empty brown bag of somthing was in the McFlurry mixer, which was crusted with cookie and candy pieces. The area where I poured my drinks was filthy also, with ketchup and pop spilled everywhere, and the tray under the pop dispenser was filled with junk. I complained to the manager and she barely acknowledged me but called for staff to come and clean up the dining area. Also, the staff behind the counter didn't seem to know how to do their jobs. I used to work fast food myself, and my daughter worked at a Bettendorf McDonalds, so I know how it is supposed to be done - this ain't it! read more
