The WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. Their drive thru intercom did not work. We were asked to move forward to the first window. There the woman taking our order was sitting and eating, again-taking our order. We ordered 2 McDoubles and a medium fry. We pull up to the second window-we waited 5 minutes and 52 seconds until we were even approached or spoken to. They never said anything to us except,"here you go." Horrible. Husband went through drive tru ordered us two double quarter pounders with cheese and two sweet teas. Gets home both are raw. Literally raw. We call tell the manager via phone and this person was more concerned over a receipt. Honey I have your receipt and your raw burgers. In the 5 years I lived next to this McDonalds, the ice cream machine maybe worked twice. I can usually forgive this but seeing as it's grimace's birthday and I ordered the meal with a shake, I expected a shake, but had to settle with a smoothie because they can never care enough to get the machine working. One of the nicest McDonald's where we've eaten. . New modern design, nice layout and decor. Exceptionally clean. After ordering, food was delivered to our table. Most of the workstaff were no longer youngsters. In fact quite elderly. No problem with minimum customer traffic today but could be on busy days. I never did get an answer as to how long the machine takes to get cold enough for a shake. I left never to return again. Ordered a kids meal and a cheeseburger- got my food and pulled forward to double check the order. Looked thru the kids meal and there was trash in the box! A blue crumbled plastic bag and a wet napkin! I reversed my car and went back to the window and the worker (Jade) opened the window and I told her my problem and she took the box without saying a word and closed the window, came back with a new box and told me she threw everything out and gave me fresh. On Saturday, May 27, 2017, around 12:15 pm, my wife (a Korean American) with nine year old twins tried to order "20 pieces of CHICKEN NUGGETS" to Earline. First she ignored my wife without saying Hello, while she was nicer to others as she had done before at least one or two occasions. Then she pretended that she could not understand my wife due to her accent: my twins felt that too. When my wife spoke up, she pretended NOW she understood. When I joined back with my family after getting gas filled nearby Sam's Club gas station, my son told that incident to me. As I reported this kind of incident a year ago to then a manager, Jenny, I did it again to Jenny. Jenny told that she was on vacation for a while and came back and introduced me a general manager, Betty P. However, these two supervisors were not much helpful: they did not show any genuine sorry to my wife and my family. Right before leaving the restaurant, an old man approached me (kind of confrontational matter) asking me if Earline was saying hello to us. I answered NO. He then said we did not need to come back here and rather go to other restaurants. Also he mumbled saying that this was a free country and we could say anything we wanted, which I could not understand why he was saying this to us. Then Earline came out to us in confrontational manner saying that the man was her husband. Now I understood that the man was there last time trying to talk to me from the same table, when I was reporting my complaint to then manager, Jenny. Before leaving the restaurant, I have gotten a telephone number of the owner, J J, and left him a message to call me back to inform him what was going on this business. Never received a phone call from him as of TODAY. After returning to my home in Kansas I have left several messages without any return calls from him. NO SURPRISE!!!
