Going here was the worst experience that I have ever had. I took my fiancée to eat and the food took some time, but it was decent. The entire time though the music was too loud to even talk, and there was a manager that was hammering at a door. Which I assumed it was broke so we did not mind. We then invited several of the employees to go to our church and join our ministry. Some did not act happy for the offer. We ended up leaving and then around an hour later noticed we had a free meal award and we went back, I pulled in at 5:30 and ordered from the parking lot, I am new to boomerang so I just picked a lot where they could see me out of the window. The app said it would be around 6pm. We called around 5:50 and asked if it was ready, they said they were busy and did not have it ready yet but they saw my vehicle. We then called again at 6:10 which was 5 minutes past the promise time and asked what was going on. They claimed they were just busy but they see the truck. We waited until around 6:20 and called again, this time we were on hold for over 15 or 20 minutes. We were doing curbside because me and my fiancée are disabled, I am 100% VA, and my fiancée is on a knee scooter due to a surgery. No one ever told us where to part at anytime. At around 6:40 which was 40 minutes after the promised delivery date, they picked up and told up they do not see anyone at the curb pick up. I told them I knew nothing about a curb side pick up location and we were not sold the 4 times we called either about one. She said to pull to the take out window, so I did and sat there, no one opened it for around 5 minutes and then finally someone came out. I asked to file a complaint and talked to a manager but the woman denied it. She was rude and implied I should have known they had specific places for carry out. My fiancée has had them bring the food to the lot 3 times and never once was it on the right side. Once she denied letting me talk to a manager or giving me corporates number she walked off. I pulled out to leave and my fiancée checked the food bag and it only had one order in it, and it was freezing cold. I then went back to get the 2nd order, we have told them over and over that both names were in the same vehicle. Once I was inside I simply asked again to speak to the manager, they claimed none were there, I explained the situation again because there were several other employees, and the woman that was rude and gave us one and said it was our fault for not being in the right space kept interrupting me. Saying we should have parked in the right place, and it didn't matter if we called 4 times about being there and saying which side we were on. She was rude and telling me to leave, and I asked why because I was just trying to speak to a manager, then she said if there is nothing else we are done. So I told her that I had to drive back because I only had one of 2 orders, that I also mentioned on the phone 4 times. She acted clueless and asked for the other name, once I gave it she brought the bag, and I simply took it and left. Then she ran out saying she did not like being called out, acting like we embarrassed her, when we are the ones who were embarrassed, Then she had the guts to say she was going to call 911 and tell them I slashed her with something and cut her, it was scary and uncomfortable. I will be taking them to BBB and no longer going to this restaurant. We were patient, kind, even invited people to our church which seemed to have made them not to give us good customer service. She is such a Karen that she had to run out after cutting her self in the kitchen, that or putting ketchup on her, then claiming I cut her with a weapon. Its the craziest experience I have been in in 40 years. She finally left us alone and we left. I have been trying to file a complaint to a manager but I cannot get ahold of one. Something was very wrong with this woman's eyes, I will not be a victim due to my love for Christ or asking for a manager due to the service they gave us. We had 3 people at our table. 1 person had a reward for a free appetizer. it was half price burger night so service was slow and it took forever to get it. 3 hamburgers and an appetizer. We got up to pay and they told us they couldn't split the ticket and give the appetizer for free. So they charged her for the appetizer and told her she still could use the free appetizer which expired in 2 days. So her half price burger ($3.00) and free appetizer cost her $20.00 She knew we were mad so she says, I can give you a poker chip so you won't get mad at me. We asked what the chip was for and she said you can get a free burger the next time you're here. That would require us returning. We used to go every week and it got so bad we had to stop. One night they brought my husband's food and forgot to turn my order in. One time all the tables were dirty so we sat down at one and moved the prev items to the end of the table and stacked them After about 15 min they came by and said can I get you anything else? Whatever you do don't order a pancake. The size shrink to 3/4 of what it's supposed to be and it tastes like onion rings Bleh! We're done again. Thought because of their Thunder ties they would've gotten better. We went several weeks trying to give them a second chance. We're done If I could give it zero stars I would. read more

Arrival at 11:05 We were seated maybe 20 minutes in from our arrival, it still took additional time for service to get our drinks and they forgot to ask for our order. We had to manually ask someone if they could get our waitress to tend to our table with empty drinks and take our food order. Looking around it seemed like the whole staff was just lost. 3 other tables with no drinks refilled. Smaller parties were still pending to place an order and the girls were just bouncing back to their tables with orders because it seemed like there was no organization on who should be following up with each table. After placing an order we waited another hour and twenty minutes to get the food we requested and when we get home. Not all of it was placed in the bag and missing 2 dishes. For a ticket that is $60+ it was crazy to wait about two hours for some type of response and food thrown in a box. I understand that wait times can happen and shortness of staff is under that umbrella. But to have a team shift lead who doesn't have a sense of organization to at least hit all the tables to make sure everything is in order is a joke. Multiple tables unanswered and no one being able to place an order, to the least if you have worked in any restaurant you take care of what's immediate and small and all that you can do. read more

We had the breakfast and it was reasonably priced and the server was delightful. We ordered crispy bacon which came out pretty limp. The fried egg was slightly overcooked. The hash browns were slightly undercooked. It was clean and we got a table straight away. We probably will give it another shot. read more

We haven't had very good luck with this particular location. Service has not been good. The food is OK, no real concern there. It is the service and how long it takes to get your order taken and then took almost an hour to get the food after waiting, I don't know how long. I enjoy that they have breakfast all day and they have good ole brown beans and cornbread. Add in the fried fish and the menu is solid. I hope the service improves. Live down the street, but it's been awhile anyway called in order hub was already waiting. Was so upset my bacon cheese burger was burnt bun and Pattie then bacon was on bottom with I guess cheese maybe melted that you couldn't see. Hub had mushroom Swiss was burnt and built same way!! The service was 0/10 I arrived mid day at 12:30 PM and was told to seat myself, this is normal as I love trying new boomarang spots. Easy to say this is the worst spot I've been to as I sat for 20 minutes before I even received my drink, 40 minutes before I received my breakfast meal which normally takes way less time than this at other locations and tastes way better. I SWARE I GOT THE WRONG ORDER!!! I'm not exaggerating when I tell you the cheeseburger was smaller than the palm of my hand and it was so small that the strips of bacon stuck out on both sides of the burger at least 2 inches... I pulled out the french fries and it too was a small tiny cardboard boat that was half full, I'm not exaggerating when I tell you it probably only had 15 skinny french fries in it .. I honestly think that I was given the wrong order, because that tiny burger and the small amount of french fries that I got is fucking ridiculous, I could've got more if I went to a Little League baseball game for $15 .. We ordered online. When we arrived at the designated time, our food was hot and ready to go. The order was correct - including the request for cutlery! I ordered a Patriot Burger - no bun. It was served in a large take out container - on a bed of lettuce. It was AMAZING! It tasted like a burger and comes with onion, tomato, lettuce, cheese... and BACON! But also a salad! Lol! Two patties, so plenty of protein - and their burger patties don't shrink down to nothing like some national chain fast food places do. This made a protein packed low carb/keto meal. Oh, I almost forgot the ranch dressing... Ohmygosh! It is the BEST! YUM!!! My kid ordered a Patty Melt this time. He is working his way through their menu. This was our second horrible experience in a row. We sat down and ordered two KV Burgers, tots, and sweet tea shortly after arriving. After more than 30 minutes in our booth, the waitress who took our order returned and apologized, saying she had thrown our order away by accident. As my daughter had to work, we did not have time to re-order. We received no food and there was no manager on site to speak with. I had to rush elsewhere to get a lunch for my daughter to take to work. Later, I called for a manager and was told the manager was busy. I still haven't received a call as promised. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We will not be returning to a restaurant that does not respect our time and fails to exhibit common courtesy and customer service. I came for the first time on a Sunday morning and I was glad to see it wasn't packed like all other breakfast/brunch places usually are on weekends. The food was okay, I mainly came in for the biscuits and gravy that I was craving and I really enjoyed it. My husband got a stack of pancakes and they were pretty large. I wish they had more staff to wait on customers, there seemed to only be one waitress and occasionally a second waiter. It was surprisingly cheap, we only paid about $19 for two people. I stumbled upon this place with a friend who recommended it for lunch one day. I loved the decor and ambiance inside. It was taking me back to an era I was not alive for but, I really enjoy. This place has the absolute worst management I've experienced in Moore. We decided to give them a second chance because it has been months since we were last burned by this place and the wife wanted fish. We ordered catfish and chicken fried steak with sides. We were told to pick up at 7:20 and arrived at 7:20 to be told they were out of chicken fried steak so we asked for catfish instead because it should've been quick. They kept the original fish in our bag and waited half an hour to be handed a cold fish and a hot fish. Then when we got home (at 8pm!) the okra that was supposed to be well done was slimy and cold.. not room temperature but COLD. And it was the ONLY side we got. The sit-yourself-diner has quick and easy service. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are quite large. We went to Boomarang Diner the other day. I was instantly impressed by the nostalgia that was in the room. The walls are covered in pictures and posters from the 60's. It's very quaint. The customer service was friendly and welcoming. We were greeted instantly upon sitting down by a young lady who had a smile from ear to ear. I ended up getting a chicken sandwich, my two sons got the kids meal that comes out with a very cute cardboard cutout of a car and my husband got the hamburger steak dinner. All the food was really good. I will say my chicken sandwich was extremely overcooked but was still palatable. I took a bite of my son's cheeseburger and it was really tasty. The prices were decent for what you get. They do need to fix the air conditioner, it's pretty warm inside. I will definitely be back. read more

So after RAVING about the Boomerang at Lake Eufaula I just visited the one in Moore. The place looked great, the servers were very friendly. But the food... What. A. HUGE. Disappointment!! I ordered a single-patty Patty Melt (Swiss cheese, grilled onions on rye bread is a true Patty Melt). They didn't have rye due to supply chain problems (that was fine) but I still ordered one. I saw the server write it down PERFECTLY!!. What I got was smothered in pickles and mustard, some onions and lots of cheese!! I asked to remake and what is pictured is what I got!! Barely toasted bread, cheese not melted, barely any onions, and worst of all- that 1/4 lbs hamburger patty! It was paper thin, burnt to a crisp and probably was barely 1/8 lbs. Came here with half our baseball team for half price burger night tonight. The waitresses were fabulous!! We had the kids sit at one table and we sat at another. First of all I love boomerang. There are two in Enid they have great customer service great food always a great experience. This was the worst experience I've had at a diner in a while. The manager doesn't know what he's doing they brought me the wrong food they took my entire plate. The rest of my party was done eating before I even got my food. They brought the same piccolos back out I still leaving them there for me to eat while they were warm they were cold.
